AISH

I’m so close to losing my aish because THEY mixed up numbers and added money to the following time cut off. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a week but no one’s picking up the phone or replying back to my emails. This is ridiculous. My financial advisor has been trying to get a hold of them as well.

Something needs to be changed because I know for sure I’m not the only one being screwed over by whoever works at aish.

It’s very disappointing Something needs to change here. This is disgusting. And it’s not the first time I’ve been tried to be screwed over by aish.

Big Joke Always on HOLD every day of the week They are barley answer Your questions I’ve sat on hold for literally 3 1/2 hrs Just to get My Answers that are needed Lmfao aish Needs to just GO about this province already waste of Taxpayers money

My power went off without notice after I was assured the disconnect notice would be covered by AISH. Which put us into severe crisis. In the past I was denied moving expenses, utility hook ups, damage deposits and necessary forms which I faxed in were lost. They don't seem to care if you become homeless while being severely handicapped. I've had decent workers but absolutely horrible ones as well which left me In tears.

It's been impossible to get a hold of my worker since she held my money. I've been doing everything I've been told and I still can't get a hold of her. I never got July's pay because of this. I need to pay bills and eat.it's now July 10th.

This place is a joke never want to help and always looking down why because I don’t have work awe poor babies

People are really great. I got the help I need for my son thank all of them.

I need to move from my current residence and Im unable to due to physical and financial barriers. Grace my worker refuses to help me and I know Im allowed to access emergency funds yearly. I have my family physician supporting me in writting and she has ignored the doctors note. 2013

Fast forward to 2023. Female staff working for Aish should all be re evaluated re training is necessary for some staff here. Tammy Parish has humiliated and hung up on me while we were in a conversation
She and other staff should be held accountable for causing unnecessary psychological damages

I had numerous verbal incidents with the female staff here
Its not up to staff to give personal advice. They should leave there personal advice and personal treatments of clients out of conversations because its unprofessional and having your own agenda shouldn't be allowed.

If your an Aish Client and have had unprofessional treatment and been verbally abused by any Aish Government workers
I emplore you to make a formal complaint to their supervisor and have these dangerous people removed. They are not allowed to hurt people with mental and physical disabilities. Please go the proper channels to report these unfi. Government workers.
