There was some ups and downs, but in the end it led to a purchase. Bob was helpful and facilitated time to have the unit looked at. He even helped transport the truck to a shop after purchase.

The staff were very helpful and told me everything about the unit I wanted to buy. It needed some work, and they were straight up about that; they said they wanted to fix it up before selling it. I wanted to take it as is for less and fix it myself. After I'd paid for it and was about to drive away, one of them walked up with a handful of parts they'd ordered a while back for it and gave them to me. They didn't have to do that. Initially, I'd had a little trouble pinning down which of their listed items were actually in stock - but if you show up or call they'll take you around and help you find something that works for you and work to get it up and running. They are somewhere in between a slavage yard and a dealer with loads of things coming and going or being fixed, used for parts, etc. If you know what to expect, it's fine, and they have some great deals!

I drove 3.5 hours to see a unit, photos were very vague, nobody knew too much about any of the equipment. Lots of very used worn out equipment.sold the truck I was going to buy hours after I told them I'd purchase it, just needed to talk to the finance department within 12 hours.

Shabby service, would not recommend to anyone looking for equipment.
