We had Tom and Mickey come out replace the frame on our new dryer, very friendly and punctual. Made the repair with out any issues.

We had a defective gasket seal in our new top freezer and Mickey came to replace it. He is personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about refrigerators, and I am sure, every appliance available! He gave me tips on how to look after the gasket so it should last a lifetime, hopefully the fridge will, too! But if we encounter any problems we know who to call!

Great service, very professional and quick work. Only concern was it took longer than expected for the part to arrive because it took four deliveries from Samsung to get a non-damaged cooktop. Not Alberta Appliances' fault but it did impact our overall service which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Lied to me that they were coming to change a part in the freezer but instead came and did their own diagnosis which was not authorized by us. Stay away from them I would give then a 0 rating if it was possible.

They showed up unauthorized to do a diagnostic repair instead of a compressor fix and charged me $140 then left saying the unit was not reparable. I was out $140 and no compressor thus no fridge! They were not understanding nor polite when I complained and did not find a solution. Very disappointed and upset at this company.

Was referred to Alberta Appliance for a Samsung fridge issue. Anthony the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and arrived on time. Would recommend their services.

We had a problem with our new Frigidaire Dishwasher. Frigidaire support called out Alberta Appliance Service to fix our problem. Their Service Representative, Mickey, came out and not only fixed the problem, but showed us where the manual was incorrect and how to resolve the problem. During all this Alberta Appliance Service kept us informed in a professional and helpful manner. A great Company we will definitely use them again.
