I was impressed. Good job. Experienced down to earth instructors. But making sure you aren't missing any safety steps.

Best training course I have attended in Alberta. The practical portion was thorough. Usually you just put on a harness and are done. But this course makes you complete several practical tests 1-on-1 that actually make you think. Highly recommended.

Quick and informative. The information is passed on and no time was wasted! Well run training facility!

I had to call with questions and assistance in making an adjustment I wanted - Super responsive and helpful staff, and the website is 10/10 too!

Very good, very clear, super friendly, the person who teaches the course, I recommend him very seriously in his work, 5 stars.

Fall arrest was good, honestly I usually find these courses boring and painful to sit through as I’m on about the 5th time now, this one was decent, instructor was good made it less painful for sure!

I would not recommend this company, every other safety company I have taken courses with provides replacement certificates, this one charges you a fee for a course I already paid for. A simple no cost method would be to provide a image on my Alberta BC Safety account that I can print myself.

Said muhamet the worst instructor ever, i been in so many other places, other people are kind and come and explain if you don’t understand anything, Said fail just to go again and do the course and because he want money. 0 star for this. So disappointed. 0 stars worst instructor lazy guy just seating and watching the phone.

They have thi lazy instructor his name is Sait.

This guy was too lazy to get of his chair. And was telling the class all the time. Oh I want to finished early because it's a nice day I want to go play with my kids in the backyard my wife is sending me videos I wish I was there.

They are money Grabbers that's all I can say. It is sad they don't explain when you register that if your English is not good they want help you to understand the questions!

After they take your money they tell you sorry please try again that's who they are. Especially said

Every course that I took on another places at least the Instructor will come and read the question for you if you don't understand very well English, they will do everything to help you to understand the questions.

Said is by far the best instructor ive had for any courses, very informative and able to apply the course to everyday scenarios outside the work place as well on the jobsite. Kept us laughing and made everyone feel involved making sure everyone was on the same page. Very skilled with time managment, was done the course an hour before the time scheduled even with him being social with everyone.no info was left out as majority of the people scored 100%. You wont fall asleep! I recommend taking your OSSA BSO course here!
