Just went into Alberta Carpet to pick out everything for my new house. Jassi was so helpful in showing us everything and explaining the choices that the builder gave us. She let us lay out all of our choices and go back and forth for as long as we needed. You can tell she is experienced, as she brought up several points that I didn't know, that influenced some of my choices. When you are picking out everything new its very reassuring to have the help of someone with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

You can tell this is family run and that his son grew up with the business- we came in there with little idea of where to go beyond vague colour choices and he blew us away with his helpfulness and knowledge.

We had another excellent experience with Alberta Carpet. They provided flooring and carpet installation back in 2011. Very professional and patient with us. No pressure or sales tactics. A family owned business that is very reasonable and has great quality products. We had our basement renovations completed recently and they helped us again with a great carpet! Their installer was also the same as the past. Collected all the garbage and very very respectful. Definitely a first class experience all the way!

Absolutely horrible experience, the carpet was placed wrong which made it look a completely different colour than we needed.we informed the owners and he came to check it out.when he came he was so disrespectful and refused to acknowledge that the job was done horribly and refused to fix it.do not go here!
