I have used them for many years without any problems and they seem to be getting even better.

My father's carpets hadn't ever been professionally cleaned and he had not cleaned them in about twelve years. They were really badly stained and I didn't think they would ever look decent again. Alberta Carpet Cleaning came in and they did a good job. They also put a sanitizer on the carpets which removed the smells from stains. Overall, I was satisfied with the job they did.

Within 5 minutes of submitting the form online I had a call from Alberta Carpet Cleaning to give me a quote on our house! They were able to get us in right away and showed up exactly when they said they would. Our carpets have never looked better and the service was so quick. Definitely will use again!

Alberta Carpet Cleaning picked up and dropped off as expected. Dealing with their customer service representatives was pleasant. The carpet was very smelly with dog urine and there is now an improvement, although there is a hint of urine still there if you stick your nose to it.

EDIT: once the rug aired out for a 48 hours, all odours, except for the smell of a shampoo or something, seemed to be gone. Well done Alberta Carpet Cleaning!

I was really impressed with my service, the technician did a great job. My only complaint which isn’t really a big deal I guess is, upon arrival they stated they’d need to charge more for my couch because it has a pull out ottoman. I do understand the charge, it’s just all too familiar to be charged more than the quote when the time comes. Over all, I will likely call these guys again when I do my carpets again:)

Socrates was very friendly & cheerful and was a pleasure to deal with the carpet cleaning at my parent’s home. He was very hardworking and did an overall excellent job.
There was one minor area that after drying needs a little bit of extra attention, however the office was great to deal with to ensure customer satisfaction on this and dispatching cleaner to go over that area again.

We have had several carpet cleanings due to our aging dog.
It’s hard to forget the name of our cleaner-Socrates. Each time he has come, he has been knowledgeable, polite and speedy, making sure not to scratch the floor with his equipment. We’re at the point where we ask for him when we call!

The prices are reasonable, and they are often able to accommodate same-day service. Highly recommend this company!

Neil did such an AMAZING job on my couch that had been stored in a garage. I was honestly so very impressed and amazed by the wonderful smell from the chemical.

I really loved having the cleaner take care of our home. He was really professional, friendly and good with our dog and 3 year old. It felt like having a friend come over. He was really fast, thorough and right on time! The fee was far less than I expected and incredible value for the service. Our carpets look and feel better than when we bought our home.

Having our couch cleaned was another story. They offer to return to fix the issue or money back, but instead have terrible communication and then ghost you. The couch looks awful as if all the dirt was pushed to the edges and there are dirty streaks all over.not resolved even after a number of attempts to reach a solution.

I have used Alberta Carpet cleaning for 20 years and they are always the best at what they do.

We had a long term stain that we had been cleaning with a personal home cleaner but the stains never really would go away and the one area kept coming back.
We contacted Alberta Carpet Cleaning & Furnace based on all the great reviews. Everything from the reception taking the call to the superior professionalism of our technician and the follow-up to see if we were satisfied with the service.
Also I have near white carpets in my upper great room and my sisters dog went upstairs and urinated right in the middle of the room. I could never get it lifted despite all my efforts. ACC came back a second time to treat the carpet and it looks as new. Scott even coached me what I was doing incorrectly with my steam cleaner.
I am so grateful and over the moon pleased.
I would refer them anytime. Excellent customer service!

I thought he was very professional. Although the price kept changing was the only problem. Should have been 99$ as advertised and he used the van no problem- but instead they charged $169.00 plus $100 for pee smells. When it only shudda been 99$ plus $100 for pee smells.

They were very friendly, courteous and technically excellent. Our stains were removed which was a real plus as we thought they would be hard to remove. Our second time using Alberta Carpet Cleaning; will use again!

I was overcharged for my area rug (they did refund me the difference after I inquired the square footage) however my area rug smelled worse after then before I brought it in. Instead of dog urine my place now smells like a wet dog grooming place. Needless to say $1500 area rug + $400 cleaning is now in the dumpster. Will not be using their services again

We booked carpet cleaning with Alberta Carpet Cleaning in 2021 and then again in 2022. Unfortunately on both occasions the company did not show up (2021) or called at 8: 30 to say they could not come (2022). Both occasions they took no responsibility that they did not come - people called in sick, you did not phone back to confirm (I certainly did). A very poorly run company with no integrity. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The carpet cleaning service professional, J. Bogdan was was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He did an outstanding job and suggested deodorizing which was very helpful. I will definitely us this company again and commend them for employing well trained professionals.

Alberta Carpet Cleaning was super professional and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in my property. The carpet was severely stained and dirty, with terrible odours due to previous tenants I had renting out the property. They made my carpet look and smell as if it were brand new for a very affordable price. The technician I had was also super friendly, polite, and informative.

I had great experience with Alberta carpet cleaning. One of my family member had given me their number. They cleaned our carpet, couch and mattress. I had some stains on mattress and couches. I had issues with the cleaning of my area rugs, so they came & picked them up and redid them and delivered them back to me. They are very good now. I'm very pleased with their service for area rugs and formerly in my home for the carpets.

We had our lazy boy 6 seat sectional steam cleaned. We have a medium size dog that loves to use it as her dog bed. "Laben" the technician was on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the job.
Went over the sectional twice maybe even three times with the steam cleaner and deodorizer. Wiped everything down over and over to make sure everything was clean and more importantly making sure we were happy with the end result.
Good valve for money. Have had carpet cleaned with them 2-3 times over the years and nothing bad to say.

Mark was good and the price was fair. I was hoping he could remove stains, but he said he couldn't, despite stains not being anything more permanent, such as nail polish. It would have only been food stains the the carpet. I chalk this up to the equipment, not the technician.

Done in less than 20 min wth? One particular room had one stain, easily removable by hand yet it was still staring back at me when inspecting property.

YOU FAILED THE STAIN TEST! Lol like isn’t that why we hire carpet cleaners to remove stains?

I’ve had this service done before by others in past properties and it doesn’t take 20min, especially when removing pet remains, it needs the proper attention and if 2 or 3 passes need to be made then that’s what it takes not 20 min.

Poor service, poor communication skills which is entirely another review comment worthy subject.

We were really impressed with this company. My daughter spelled some milk on our carpet and they make sure the smell was completely out. The guy on the phone Grant I believe is his name) is very professional. Definitely using this company for all our future carpet cleaning.

Alberta carpet cleaning did my downstairs carpet and the Technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure sales job or unexpected charges which I have experienced with other companies. He couldn't get all the pet stains out but did the best he could under the circumstances. I would recommend others use this company.

Alberta Carpet Cleaning did such a great job on our carpets. They got us in on very short notice as well. The technician was very cordial and friendly and explained what he was doing. I would recommend them to everyone.

I booked my appointment online and received a call to schedule the cleaning within a couple of hours. They were able to schedule my cleaning right away at my preferred day and time. The technician phoned within an hour of the appointment window and completed the cleaning before two hours had expired. He was efficient, thorough, and informative. He even saved me some money by charging for a smaller area than I had estimated over the phone. All in all, this is an excellent service at an excellent value with super friendly and efficient staff. I will definitely use this company for any carpet/upholstery cleaning in the future.

Not at all happy with my carpets.they even came back a second time to fix the problem and still doesn't look clean to me.also they told me that they get pet and odour stains out that too wasn't done properly. I was told it was wear and tear but I get my carpets cleaned yearly.however first time using these guys as I was told they do a great job and the price was reasonable so I gave them a try.nope not a good job. I have never had this issue before getting my carpets cleaned so needless to say I won't be back
Just to add to this now as you posted how can we help.well I left you another message and I never did get a call back even after the second time the person cane out and yet again did a horrible job.so we hired another company to fix your mistake which costed us more money.so very unprofessional.the least you could have done is call back or refund us atleast a portion since the job was horribly done. I will never use your service again for anything nor will I recommend it
