They deserve zero if its possible they dont want you to dispute the amount the fines

One of the male clerks at civil claims was rude. Not even a 'Hi' or anything when it's your turn, just 'Next' and a blank stare. He asks a question and does not want to hear your answer (cuts you off by the second word you say). Just leaves the counter without saying anything. It seems like he's annoyed and didn't want to be there. Can really set him apart from the other male clerk beside him who was extremely nice and helpful.
