Never been treated more poorly by reception in My life. Dr. Patel is excellent, rest of his Staff are full of animosity and rude. Never ever coming back unless Patel moves shops with new Staff.

I have been a client of this clinic since 2008 and I am horrified by the treatment I received today. Some new staff members here behave extreme unprofessionally. I came in for a check-up which I waited for for a week. When I got there and stepped to the desk and asked about my appointment, the front desk ladies began discussing me while pointing. I thought it was strange they weren't speaking directly to me but I pushed the thought away. After I was told the total amount, I was asked if I could afford it? After explaining how long I have been coming here and have always paid, another lady rudely and loudly inserted herself saying that they always asked the question. I have been here many times over the years and never experienced this question/treatment. I have also referred around 15 of my friends and acquaintances. Their treatment is despicable and I highly suggest Dr. Patel look into his employees. You have lost me and I do not plan to return but I hope for the sake of your other clients that something changes.

Very friendly and concise staff. The doctor also made a conscious effort to thoroughly explain the details discovered during the exam in a way which was easy to understand. Would recommend others to come here as well, no complaints here.

First visit and I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends. Covid protocols were top notch. Shelby made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Patel made me feel quite at ease. My glasses are the best.thank you very much

I don't like their customer service, everything is very expensive there "No discount at all" plus each appointment takes 35 days for Dr. Patel who is well experienced. Ooh by the way there is a Chinese graduated optician with zero experience so be careful do not make any appointment with her. Not recommend to anyone
