Barry and team were wonderful to work with at Cowboys Music Festival. They saved us in a pinch and showed us the ropes from being out of town. They were a great water partner to have and look forward to working with them in the future!

What i can only describe as the perfect customer service experience. Instantly realized the somewhat niche water softener system i was looking for was outside their wheel house, and instantly started with advise for both diy and off the shelf solutions, without even a hint of trying to upsell something they provided but wouldn't fit my needs. Super helpful staff; helped me exchange a defective pump with no issues. They made sure the replacement was working before I left the store.

I really enjoy the customer service here, the water is excellent, and I really like the process that you do not have to fill up your own water containers yourself like you must in the supermarket, and they are filled up quickly and even brought to your car in the parking lot:)

Having dealt with Alberta Fresh Springs Water Co. LTD for many years I thought it was time to write this review.
I have had them on a yearly schedule to come out to my house and change out my RO filters.
They would call me and schedule a time to do this.
And this year Barry was more then willing to come and do this but suggested to me that I could do it myself and save myself $100.00 dollars for my own pocket.
This is something that most places would never think to do but to make the money them self, in which I’m okay with it if it’s something I can’t do.
Barry was so good with me at guiding me through this process in every way with phone calls, he sent me photos and called me back to see how I was making out, he told me I’m doing great, he said I can do this he has faith that I can do this and he will get me through it.
I had done okay but a few leaks that I fixed (didn’t have the line in and locked tightly) fix that but still no water going through the system. So I took photos and sent to him. After I seen his photos and he seen mine he spotted the problem right away. I had some lines in all the wrong places OMG. Thank you Barry for all your help and you determination to help me do this right and how really simple it is. I have to say you would be a great boss to work for your kindness and patience you had with me is greatly appreciated!
Thank you and thank you for saving me $100.00 in this day and time when everything is so expensive.

Their water is great and free from so many harsh chemicals, including fluoride. Their staff are so very courteous! Those guys are strong; wielding the 18L bottles full of water like they weighed half as much! They load them into my vehicle and always wish me a good day.

Excellent service, courteous and very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend the Water Store and great deal on 3 refills for price of 2 whether mineral or reverse osmosis.great tasting water!

My wife sent me here to get some water jugs refilled a couple weeks ago, and oh man.i didnt even step foot in the place when an employee came to great me and promptly took my jugs. He was super polite and helpful. Then a gentleman came from the back and greeted me with pleasantries and small talk while the other gentleman was filling my jugs. I paid, then they offered to take the water to my vehicle. I took it myself, but regardless, I was beyond blown away at the politeness and helpfulness of the staff here, so much so that I called my wife to say "wow! "

Awesome service! Had bought water at another location for over 20 years. Alberta Fresh Springs Water not only has better pricing (I buy 3 at at a time), they also take it and load it into your vehicle! Can't beat that! I highly recommend!

Always had amazing service! Been getting water for a few years now, the delivery service is super easy, convenient and very reliable. And in a pinch it is just as easy bringing the bottles by the store. The staff inside are very courteous and helpful!

It was my first time coming into this store and I'm glad I did. As soon as I entered I was greeted by Chris and the team - they were happy, polite and professional. Really fair pricing, excellent customer service and great tasting water. Definitely support this local company. Why would you go to Safeway when you can come here? No excuses, folks.

Always a great experience coming here, staff are friendly, prices are unbeatable. I use them for horticultural water and only need it during the winter, they took my bottles back and refunded my deposit without any hassle. I'm very impressed and I think everyone should use them. Thanks guys!
