27 November 2023 2:19
Excellent service, my Ridgeline was ready ahead of the estimated time and staff was very courteous
20 November 2023 0:49
I went there for an oil and filter change for my CRV through the express lane. Plain and simple for my day and it actually took like 10-15 minutes for the mechanics to do. They were very nice! Tina there was nice and Ian is very talented. Give them a raise!
03 October 2023 5:43
Service is awesome, people are friendly, product is fantastic. Does that answer your question?
01 October 2023 19:36
Edit: Rachelle, in parts and service, is awesome. She kept me up to date with status of my vehicle and got me an Uber to and from so I didn’t have to wait. Thank you!

So in April I bought my very first car since my big move to Canada. I know absolutely nothing about cars by the way but I knew that I wanted a Honda because of its reliability and how stylish it is. Sandya was absolutely fantastic and made the process so easy and even stayed beyond closing time to answer my 5,000 questions. Cindy, made a financing super easy and clear as well. In short, I’ll never drive another car again and would definitely purchase from Alberta Honda again.

Generally their service is professional and effective. However, if there is a scratch on your newly delivered car, they do NOT care or follow up even if they signed a contract to fix or replace it. This is really bad.
20 August 2023 15:15
Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The vehicle was ready exactly when they estimated.

Service department is always accommodating and pleasant.

Bought my first new car here at alberta honda, john david one of the sales guy' there - from beginning to end very attentive, throughout the process made me feel comfortable and well informed on the all options he provided for me that would be most beneficial.it was Nice connecting with you John. Other honda representatives of the dealer such as tony in finance was very open and honest with me in considering what decisions to make for now and later. Both were personal and professional, the sales side in general had a great atmosphere.appreciate everything, thank you
26 December 2021 7:05
I would never purshase a vehical here. Once they have your money, you are a nobody to them. I have had a very disappointing experiecne with them and my strong recommdation is you stay away from this place. They dont even honour thier words

Went in today to see a used 2016 BMW 328i. My brother Arsh was talking to Clarence and when we got the front, he told us his brother John would take care of us. Oh he took care of us.absolute garbage customer skills. I know dealerships make the most off their used cars so as a friendly gesture I simply asked John what's the best they can do on this used car. Mind this is the very first time I asked this while we are discussing numbers. He laughs at us and asks us "Didn't you check the price before coming in? " and proceeded to smirk and talk to us very rudely thinking we were penny pinchers. He had the audacity to ask me what my offer was when I was right at the door upset ready to leave. I was ready to buy that car right there and then but my self respect is worth more than a $26,000 vehicle. Please avoid this "salesman". Terrible experience at this dealership. I've left my name and number with the front receptionist waiting to talk to a Manager. No call back yet.
13 December 2021 3:34
Came into the dealership just to look, but left with a car! John is an amazing person, he helped me through the whole process. He was very professional and I know he's a huge asset to Alberta Honda. He had so much knowledge when I had questions or concerns and made my experience very seamless. Will definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle! It's not surprising he's one of the top salesman at this dealership, he is going places.
12 December 2021 19:13
John was my salesman and he was so accomodating to me, he knows exactly the specifics of the vehicle he is selling. Special thanks to Ping (Finance Dept.).
10 December 2021 1:25
Just bought a car recently from here and i am very happy with my car. My sales person JOHN helped me a lot since it was me buying a car for first time. I had no clue how things work but he explained and put in extra effort to get everything done easily. Driving me home, picking me, working on my schedule JOHN’s the real one. He still helps me if i have any problem or questions about the car. Im very thankful for having JOHN as my salesman.

Reception was very rude when I was picking up my car from service.

Service was great in swapping out the summer tires for winter
01 December 2021 2:22
If you need your car serviced here, be careful. They will charge you 15% extra "shop charge", and they might charge you higher than the prices shown on their website.
03 November 2021 19:18
Excellent service I will strongly recommend Honda thanks very much specially to Mitch Holes and Ping of finance dept
29 October 2021 7:27
I went into the dealership thinking that it was time to trade off my car. I did have the 2021 Mazda 3 GT AWD in mind and test drove it less than an hour of walking into Alberta Honda. I wanted to test drive the Honda Civic to get an idea of my options and was greeted by Dean. The car I wanted to look at was not available so we found a 2022 Honda Civic Touring which I decided to take for a spin while they took mine to assess the trade in value. I was impressed by the car but also by the way Dean treated me. He wasn't pushy and just really easy to talk to. The process was easy, laid back and fun. Helen in finance also was a pleasure to deal with! All in all it was a great experience buying my very first brand new car. Thanks so much and I'd HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone.

This past month I bought a new suv from John. He was very helpful in getting me set up with my new ride. He told me about all the perks it came with, showed me where to find them and how to use them. Super kind person to deal with I had a great experience and would definitely recommend him if anyone is looking for a new vehicle
07 October 2021 12:49
I bought a Honda Civic from John and am pleased with the service I received. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him.
01 October 2021 9:47
My friend and I went to many dealerships recently, and Alberta Honda is best one. John is definitely amazing salesman. He was patient, friendly, respectful, knowledgable and super helpful when we were shopping around and trying to make a deal. He answers all my stupid questions patiently (actually, haven’t decided which car to buy before met John). It was absolutely a easy, comfortable and wonderful shopping experience. Thanks John for getting my car so naturally and smoothly.
21 September 2021 8:37
I bought a CR-V here. They were very friendly and cared for until the day I received the car.
I am very happy to have bought a nice car.
Thank you so much John Percia.

John was great a help in finding my new car. He was professional, patient and showed me a few options until I found the perfect ride.

It was a very comfortable process, great people working their hardest to get you in a new vehicle. I would say excellent service as always.
All credit goes to - JOHN PERCIA.

WORST DETAIL EVER! Branching off to the Audi I recently purchased from here, sales was amazing, but car service was TERRIBLE! I brought my vehicle in for a "free detail" that comes with the vehicle bought off the lot, as I live in the west side I wasn't able to come till 2 weeks after purchase.

Once I arrived to pick up the vehicle at the dealership (around 4-4: 30pm) I drove straight to work in the west side, and once I arrived to work I took a good look at my car and noticed all these SCRATCHES (service was closed so I had to call the next day). I have NEVER seen these marks before because previously I have washed my car myself a couple days prior to the detail as well as every time I get into my car I ALWAYS look around the car to see if I get any new dings/scratches/etc.

Of course leaving the dealership I didn't think anything of it (because its a detail! IT SHOULD BE CLEAN) and the vehicle was parked in the shade to really notice anything. I'm not sure if the equipment used wasn't properly cleaned or if the person detailing my car wasn't aware of things loose attached to them while cleaning. WHATEVER IT IS NO CONSIDERATION AND CARE WAS SHOWN, and I know as a fact it wasn't keyed by a bystander because the main scratch on the driver side could only be done if my car is on/unlocked otherwise the side mirrors would close and fold inwards if locked, blocking the area of the scratch (the scratches also looked fresh) - and I noticed it right away when I left my car.

I complained and they said they would buff/take a look at it. But I live/work deep west and I no longer trust that place anymore, I didn't want to drive another 30 min to possible get another scratch or have things worsen because I will no longer do any service related things here - even the interior seemed like that only dusted it barely cleaned anything. There were still spots in the car that weren't clean!

DO NOT GET A DETAIL HERE, EVEN IF ITS FREE. GET IT PROFESSIONALLY DONE! My Audi looked better before I took it in!
07 August 2021 18:55
We had excellent service from Gio while purchasing my first ever "new" car. Gio is patient, honest, and down-to-earth. He did not pressure us at all and was excellent with my husband (not an easy task sometimes). I would definitely recommend Gio if you don't like the experience of being pressured at a car dealership. We also had really good service from Sandra in the credit department. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Thanks for all your help!
04 August 2021 15:27
Was in need of a vehicle upgrade, and Clarence (sales) came through and helped me get the best price for the car I came in for! He's genuine and will help you out in every way possible, couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to help me out! Appreciate you Clarence! So happy with my purchase (2018 Audi S4)!
27 July 2021 21:06
Have to give a huge shout out to my sales person, Justin!
He was so sweet and kind and helped me with my purchase of a vehicle at alberta honda.
He was prompt, listened to everything i was inquiring about and was very professional.
If you guys go to this dealership, please contact Justin.
25 July 2021 17:58
Worst dealership service center. I went in for son's car repair and they messed everything up. Issue still not resolved.
24 July 2021 18:32
Everyone I interacted with while at Alberta Honda was genuine and that’s so important for me. I was originally to meet with Justin (sales) but our schedules didn’t align. He was still fantastic. Not only did he arrange my meeting with another sales member to ensure I was taken care of, he made sure to introduce himself when he saw me come in for my 2nd visit. Clarence (sales) was amazing, very attentive, respectful and patient (cause I asked a lot of questions and thought a lot!). Truly a no pressure experience as I navigated my decision to purchase. Can’t stress enough how refreshing it was to not feel rushed and to be encouraged by Clarence to take as long as I needed! Chris (sales mgr) made sure to come by to introduce himself and let me know that if there was anything I needed to come to his office, open door policy. Sandra (finance) was excellent at explaining all of the paperwork and what everything meant. It’s a big decision and she was thorough, making sure I understood everything I was signing and where the numbers came from. When I came back a couple days later to pick up my car, exact same experience! I was treated just as wonderful and they had already made the sale. As I was taking a picture of my new car beside my old car Chris (sales mgr) came out to congratulate me on the new car and thank me for the business. He graciously listened to me reminisce through memories of my old car and the bittersweet experience of purchasing a new vehicle. Overall the team at Alberta Honda is truly dedicated to their customer’s satisfaction and when I’m in the market for a new vehicle again I know I’ll be seeing them.
21 July 2021 18:00
Bought 2 cars from Richard in Alberta Honda. He offers the best services and best price. Will refer all my friends here.
17 July 2021 7:57
Wonderful atmosphere and great service! I received support and great customer service through an employee named John. Super friendly environment!
15 July 2021 16:55
I spent a good month searching for a new vehicle and went to multiple different dealerships. Out of all the dealerships I went to throughout the city, Alberta Honda was by far the most understanding, respectful, and transparent with me. The salesman Clarence and sales manager Adam were both amazing in helping me purchase my very first vehicle. After a month of searching, I went into Alberta Honda knowing exactly what I wanted and I feel like the team delivered just that, if not more. I felt extremely comfortable and did not feel pressured or forced into my purchase whatsoever! I’m so thankful for my first purchase and highly recommend going here for your vehicle related needs. Thanks again Clarence and Adam ️
14 July 2021 2:30
John was amazing in the buying process. He communicated well, was super friendly and helped me get a great deal on my car! If anyone is looking at buying a vehicle I definitely recommend Alberta Honda and John.
11 July 2021 19:17
I highly recommend this dealership, Just got my Jeep from here, I Did the deal over the phone as I live 2.5 hours away. Clarence was great to deal with and super helpful.
05 July 2021 16:48
Highly recommended!

Hats off to Fred, Helen & Eric

Fred at Alberta Honda will go well above and beyond your expectations of an automotive salesman. Fred went to bat for me on a vehicle I was very interested in purchasing which had people lining up for, in addition to myself. Unfortunately I was at a bit of a disadvantage being over 150km away and not being able to make it to the dealership for about 48 hours after my initial call. That didn't stop Fred from working his magic, he was able to complete alot of what he needed over the phone/email and also got me in touch with Helen in financing to get the ball rolling on that, as well as the deposit. Helen was able to complete everything needed to confirm financing in the matter of a couple hours and with results everyone was satisfied with.
Fred still kept in contact with updates and next steps throughout the financing process. After all this, when I showed up at the dealership 2 days later to finish off the sale of the highly sought after cert, fully optioned 2019 Pilot elite black edition.the service didn't stop or slow even though at this point Fred knew I was extremely interested in this vehicle and that if I didn't take it he had a long list of people who would. Fred still went out of his way to be as helpful as can be, along with treating you like how a friend or family would expect to be treated. You felt more like Fred was a friend with your best interests in mind you were taking with you to buy a vehicle rather then a salesman who is trying to sell you a product. Even after I met with Helen and completed the financing and down payments etc, Fred never changed he still was friendly, helpful and clearly interested in helping in any way he could including offering me a ride to/from a restaurant while I waited for a cosmetic warranty option to be applied to the vehicle. His thoughts were this way I wouldn't be waiting around the dealership hungry with nothing to do for an hour or so during lunch time. How many salesman volunteer to drive you around at lunch so you can eat? This was a first for me.
I've purchased many vehicles over the years and hands down- Alberta Honda, Helen, Eric and Fred were by far the most helpful and respectable sales and financing people I've dealt with in decades.

If your into buying a new or used vehicle, a Honda or another make and model do yourself a favor and make Fred @ Honda Alberta your first call. Fred is now my first call and recommendation to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. He's outstanding.
Thanks again Helen and Eric for your assistance as well.

-FRED it was an absolute pleasure meeting you & purchasing a vehicle from you, THANK YOU for everything you did to go above and beyond to get us into that beautiful Honda Pilot elite B. E
Best wishes to you and all your future clients!
Until next time take care

Purchased a Honda Civic Hatchback and a got great deal of the price that i wanted. Excellent service. Thank you JOHN and TONY
01 July 2021 19:30
As much as it does cost a pretty penny most of the critical work I'll drive up and go here for service, there's a piece of mind and insurance that it'll be done right or their rep is on the line. I use to deal with Brian (he's been great and very caring, getting the odd discount here and there; nothing major but it feels nice and helps me with my tight finances) but since he's moved up.

I've been between service assistance. It has been the avg run and I can't recall the Ms name but she's mid booth she carries out Brians treatment once a while if I get her if not the others don't really stand out in terms of treatment or extras (thus far).

John helped me through out the entire process of ordering and picking up my 2021 civic type R! Great sales service all around, excellent financial manager as well.
24 May 2021 7:22
I had a great experience with Alberta Honda. John Percia was my salesman and he was very professional. He was attentive to our need. I would recommend him if you want to get a vehicle.
02 May 2021 9:56
Brought in our 2014 CR-V for a oil change and a couple of other issues. Melissa was our service advisor and did a cracking job.

She was quick to let me know what was up with the vehicle after the service inspection. And make recommendations on additional issues that needed to be addressed. During the checkout process, everything went smoothly.

Melissa was very efficient, friendly and professional, and I thank her for that. A+

The reason for the Four Star rating;

1. There was no service shuttle or offer of a ride (thankfully Uber is still an option)
2. The vehicle wasn't washed prior to pickup
3. The interior of the vehicle hadn't been sanitized, like my key that was returned to me (with much fanfare).

Granted, during these times I understand that some customer care will not be addressed. However, these are areas that could be improved.

Honda Owners Beware!
Took my 97' Honda CRV for a recall a few months ago. At the same time, I had asked if they can replace the air filter which I bought at the dealership while my car is being serviced. The sales associate told me within his fast rant that it will be $25 for that service. I may not know much about cars but it is a fairly simple switch. When I told him that, he then recanted and said well we will do it once for free. First red flag.
At the end of the conversation, he tells me that he will call me around the end of the day, that not to worry "we won't forget about you". He did call me about an hour before closing telling me that they found a quite a few problems and its better to be discussed in person.

Tactic - make the owner worry, call them near closing to have the person feel pressured and make rash decisions.

I told him that it isn't a problem and I'd rather come tomorrow when there is more time. Sounding surprise he tried to tell me when to come in then stopped himself and said I can come in anytime. Of course, I come when it is convenient to my schedule to pick up my car.
Came in the next day, he took me aside, got a bunch of papers that showed me a long list of servicing I needed for my car. I asked about pricing for each problem that was listed. He could not do that rather he punched in a bunch of numbers in his calculator and came up with a price over $3000!

Tactic - a individual who has an older car, appears to know nothing about cars - let's see if she is willing to pay this ridiculous amount for a '97 CRV or will I get her to think about buying a new car. How much can I rip her off?

I told him I had to think about it and talk it over with my husband. He did not give me the list he made up of all the problems for my car. He gave me invoice for the recall servicing and that was that.
The only good thing about this experience is I found the best auto repair shop in city now (fair, honest and reliable). Recalling from memory of what was needed to be repaired from Honda was not of concerned according to the other auto repair shop.

I will never go back 97st Honda Dealership even for recalls. I will go to another Honda Dealership for any recalls even if its across the city.
If they attempted to scam me they will to you too!
12 April 2021 10:12
My son purchased a used car here. John in sales was great. Amanda in finance was very helpful. They took good care of us.
19 March 2021 18:52
Bottom line: very poor business ethics.
Our car battery was under warranty period to get replaced for free should anything happen. They refused to honour that by aggressively pushing unnecessary services amounting to the same cost as an actual installation of the battery would take (over 200$). Even upon asserting that according to the documents we should rightfully receive a free battery change, they repeatedly refused and many times quite rudely so. When we said this was very unfair and we were disappointed with their unethical approach to business, and we would rather now get the service somewhere else, they refused to even boost up our car that had been sitting with them for two days and even after charging us around 80$ in “diagnostics cost” which was essentially useless. We had to pay someone to come boost our car that was literally outside their service station. With job losses due to Covid, we initially thought we were lucky to have the battery replacement under Alberta Honda’s warranty period but in the end not only were we treated rudely but felt very cheated and ended up paying way more for the service (ie.calling someone to boost our battery, buying a new battery, getting the service some where else, loosing hours at work, and cab transportation).
I noticed that their positive customer reviews are mostly from those who are wanting purchasing something as opposed to those wanting any other kind of services where their business would not make as much money. Says a lot! Lessons learned!
17 March 2021 8:15
*four stars for this one star review* I bought a 2017 CRV, AWD in the fall of 2017. I was told because of my divorce and credit I’d only qualify for this one offer at 10+%. I was shocked but I believed the finance guy. Come February, James calls me to inform me that I ‘now’ qualified for a reduced 2.9% and I said great, when can I sign the papers? Oh, but no! James said I have to bu a new one. Even though I bought a new one like four months earlier. Nice game to play with someone WHOS CREDIT WAS ALREADY PERFECT. Had I known at the time, I would have gone to a lawyer. It’s just a game to bring me to buy another one. Unprofessional. Instead, I’ll just trade my CRV to Crosstown and go back to Dodge. I should have my interest lowered. Period. Just as smarmy as people say. I would avoid Alberta Honda.

EDIT Yes. His name was James. The guy who
sold it to me didn’t work for you either apparently. He actually worked at BMW he told me but was helping out during your ‘Blow Out Tent Sale’. Ridiculous
14 March 2021 11:26
Great experience. Fair negotiators and patient with a first time car buyer. John is a good salesperson, I would recommend him if you’re looking to buy here.
05 March 2021 12:11
Brought vehicle in for a comprehensive inspection, brakes and bearings. Took a week to get done. Understandably, a one day delay happened due to an equipment malfunction resulting in the vehicle being stuck on their hoist. The next day; however, I got the vehicle back at nearly 6pm that night after being called at 2 stating it would be an hour. Then I was told they forgot the receipt and would come by and bring me one. They didn't, so we had to track down the receipt ourselves. Next, the vehicle didn't start the next day and found out the battery was at the end of it's life and had corrosion. Lesson learned.mechanics aren't honest and don't do full inspections even when you pay for it. Next time I'll take it to a place that will do a proper check of a battery rather than waste another $1500 on them. To be fair, they provided a credit for detailing due to the hoist delay, but credits do not make up for overall poor customer service.
17 February 2019 1:30
These guys will spam you with emails, phone calls, letters in the mail. Don't bother giving them your real contact info.

Service was average, seemed like it was confusing for them to understand I just needed an oil change. The rep there had to ask a few people how I can drop my car off.
12 February 2019 14:14
Tue.got call saying you have service tomorrow, showed up but NO, today got call again saying you have service tomorrow, I don't know what's wrong with them
11 February 2019 13:30
I had an issue with my gps on my Honda. They took it and diagonised my car, Melissa also took care of a recall that I was not aware of! It was a pleasant experience at this dealership, I am looking forward to my first oil change here.
11 February 2019 3:57
Stay away! I spoke with a rude sales person Omar. I was interested in their used Honda CR-V and was wanting to visit in the evening to test drive the vehicle and the Sales guy seemed happy about it. I asked Omar to send me some pictures of the vehicle as there weren't any pictures of the inside of the vehicle. He said the vehicle is in the shop getting detailed. I told him I would not make the trip if the vehicle was not available for us to view this evening. He got defensive at this point saying he never said the vehicle was not available and repeatedly asked in a rude tone if I understood him. I told him to watch his tone. I then called the General Manager and left a message for him about his rude employee and I have not heard anything from him either. Looks like customer service is a thing of the past. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointed to say the least!
17 January 2019 8:55
This was nice place and all the person that I dealt with was helpful. Sales person Omar was very kind person he gave me very good deal on 2018 Acura TLX
24 December 2018 8:10
Awesome Experience! I bought my 2019 Honda Pilot EX-L Navi from Alberta Honda over phone from Fort Mcmurray, since it was impractical for me to go to Edmonton due to some personal reasons.
I contacted many dealers but the deal provided by Alberta Honda Sales Executive Omar Nasser was “simply unbeatable”. I honestly appreciate his patience, responsiveness, adaptability, knowledge and great attitude towards customer. He was very instrumental in finalizing the deal and kept all of his promises! No doubt!
I got my car delivered to Fort Mc in very short time (with no extra cost!). Everything was so smooth, I never had to follow up for anything! This was a big deal for me since it was my first Car and I was delighted with Alberta Honda services. I found Alberta Honda people very Honest and Trustworthy.
One last thing I would like to mention and appreciate that even after providing a unbeatable price, they never push me to buy any accessories or packages from them.
18 December 2018 21:20
Took my truck in because it had something odd that was going on, ended up being a blown fuse (I don’t know anything about vehicles) they call me and tell me it needed new tie rods, water pump, and oil gaskets. I told the service person that called to just fix the fuse and the assistant manager called me saying that these were “safety recommendations” and he’d give me a good deal to get it fixed, 2600 dollars later it’s fixed. I talked to a couple people afterwards and they informed me that recommended doesn’t need to get done and it’s just a way to milk someone who was only going to have a couple hundred dollar bill, I got taken for a ride here in my opinion, I don’t know anything about cars and trucks and this place took advantage of that. Beware taking your vehicle into Alberta Honda for maintenance or repair
18 December 2018 10:19
My experience with Harp (Harpreet Saggu) Sales, and Andrew Barber, finance was excellent and very customer friendly, honest and so helpful, and they gave me a great deal on my new car and I'm so happy with my purchase. I want to say Thank You Very Much.and I would highly recommend them, they were amazing and very approachable and extremely easy to to deal with. Very nice, calm and respectful persons. Thank you so much.appreciated it a lot. I would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family
17 December 2018 20:59
We got our CR-V here and the staff is always nice to us. We came during an event on Wednesday.

During this even they offer Oil changes for life (conditions apply to only get the changes at this location, does not transfer to any other location), possible rebate on prices for new older models, Las Vegas trip for 2 (probably from Edmonton only?).

For what ever reason I do feel the service and paper work was a bit slow, even for a busy event but sometimes uncontrollable. I think we had a rough total of 3hours and 30 min in the building to buy. Luckily they have water, hot chocolate and coffee.

When talking to people things fine though.

Edit After a Maintenance scheduled:
Just some feedback. I came in to have my CR-V updated for the recall issue reference the Turbo electronics update. While I came in I also asked for the Check B (I was told if I did this check It would "keep my Warranty up-to-date") which comes with an Oil change and a few other checks. I did purchase rims at the same time.

Points to Sustain:
-The in clearance of the vehicle went very well and very quick.
-The selection of the rims were minimal but easily done.
-The Drive out and Drive back in went smoothly*
-Friendly Staff
-Retrieval of the Rims went well.

Points to Improve:
-I was told the Shuttle would leave around 8: 30AM so I dropped off my car for 8: 00AM to be able to ride that shuttle but it did not leave until 9: 30. I think there was some miscommunications to all the people waiting. I think having someone just do a quick update when rides are delayed would be appreciated by the people using the service.
-Upon retrieval of the vehicle I was asked to Initial a stamp that had a Smile face and to Initial to acknowledge the invoice was explained. Because I was not explained anything beyond sign to say the work was done (Which I have to assume is complete) and initial this Acknowledgement of being explained what was done. I did not initial but did sign to have my car released for the work that should be done.
I would of taken an offer of getting my tires put on for $20 each but nothing was offered. I would think something like this would be asked about when purchasing.

Points of Neutrality:
I was told I got a call / VoiceMail for when my car was finished it's Maintenance but I did not receive a Voicemail on my phone, So I'm willing to say it was my phone issue so I did plan to pick up the car the day after anyways.

Stay away from these con artists. Dishonesty is in their DNA. I wish I could give them -ve star. Their so called "free life time oil change" program is a scam. Do not fall for that! 1st oil change is free, anything after that, they keep asking you to do unnecessary inspection (even your vehicle is brand new or in excellent condition), if you don't follow their "scheduled maintenance inspection", your oil change will not be free. That is their "policy" or their "trick or scam" to force you to pay for unnecessary service in order to generate more revenue. They are just a bunch of conniving scumbags. The way they practice business is totally unethical. Do not even consider buying anything from this dealership.

I was referred to Alberta Honda by a Good Friend. I called the Dealership and spoke to a Sales rep I was recommended. An appointment was set later that day. I arrived early and was requested to wait in the coffee lounge while they looked for the Sales Rep. My wife and I waited 45min and then went back to the reception, however, the reception Kiosk was vacant. We decided to leave. Two hours later the Sales Rep, to his credit called me and apologized for dropping the ball. He asked if we were still in the area and would like to come back. I replied that we had already returned to our home in Devon and we were no longer interested in returning. The next day I went to Sherwood Park Honda and bought the Civic. It took one hour and the staff were outstanding. I have had a Sales person dissuade me from buying a vehicle option before. They stated the photo in the vehicle flyer was not a true depiction and that I would likely be disappointed. Imagine that telling me not to waste my money.

I purchased a 2018 Pilot back in August. First, I'll say everyone at this dealership is friendly and helpful but If you decide to purchase a vehicle from them my advice would be to double check the bill of sale and the calculations made to get to the final amount before signing. It took 5 times before they got the total correct and it wasn't because of dickering over price, it was because of unknown amounts being calculated in. I found they "accidentally" added things in that didn't exist. In three instances the total starting price was more than what the vehicle was advertised on the website. Their claim here was that they got the 6's and 9's confused.really? 3 times? They were only able to come up with the correct total when I gave them my calculations and how I got to the amount, then they finally came to the same total. Then when I finally got my paperwork and left, (I live three hours away) I realized they spelled my name incorrectly on the NVIS and warranty card. I requested this to be changed 4 times, yes 4 times, no one returned my call or replied to my email, finally 9 days later I received an email. I never did get the spelling on the warranty card corrected. I really wanted to give this dealership a great review and actually delayed sharing my experience but errors like these shouldn't be overlooked. I also expected some sort of follow up after the purchase. I received a text message asking how everything was a week later, but when I asked a couple questions in my reply, I didn't hear anything back.

I have been a long time client of #AlbertaHonda since 2011 to be exact. I have gone through 4 cars 2012,2015,16, and 2017. I simply loved (past tense) the service they once offered.
But that relationship has gone sour. I brought my vehicle in Monday (10/22/2018) because my speaker rattled. They said because it was loose. They said it would be fixed, only when I came back, it isn’t. All they did was put some foam in the speaker space.
I came back the next day Tuesday (Oct 23rd), and so far, these are the things I heard.
1.8AM by technician: “Maybe you just have to live with it”
2.8: 15AM by advisor: “I really hope you know the survey has to do with service and me only” (she was okay but not the right time to bring up satisfaction survey)
3.3: 50pm by someone from the service department: “Car is supposed to rattle like that on bassy songs. Nothing we can do. Here is the customer relation number, feel free to call it” - frankly none of my older cars with you did that. And if they are saying the newer model is worse, I get it.
4.3: 54pm by same person at #3: “Have you ever experienced anything else that unsatisfactory from us? ” - Yes, Like when I battery kept dying for 2012 Honda & I also had to bring it in multiple times before It was replaced. Or recently when they kept taking double payments for my old car when I got the 2017 vehicle.
Maybe 4th time isn’t the charm. Maybe I made the wrong moves by coming back to them. My parents always wanted me to go for a different make, but I said I liked them as they have been treating me well. I guess not any more. My car is barely 5 months old, and also, it is less than 8,500 km. That’s nothing for Edmonton living.
Dealership with be all honey to catch flights but will turn to vinegars when it comes to servicing & warranty. How far do I have to go till they finally fix it? Maybe never. Maybe all they can do is blame Honda Canada!

My salesmen Matt and finance manager Scott were great. They go me into the car I wanted and worked with me to get good pricing. However it seems that once you are out the door that service ends. I was told to come back in two days to get some all weather mats for my civic, however once I arrived I was told by the manager that it wasn't in writing so that I would have to pay for them. I drove in from out of town for this. Would have been a great buying experience if not for this. Also would not have been an issue if I was not told to come back for them. Make sure you get everything in writing as they will not honor a verbal agreement

Wesley did a great job on selling me on a 2018 civic I love the car and he’s a great guy always jumping in exactly what you want. He’s the best part about that whole dealership I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used. He forward and hides nothing. Very great guy. He works super hard for his money and he will prove it over and over again. Secondly if you are financing make sure you go see Vinny in finance, so way some how he makes magic happen! Also a very nice guy. As far as the sales managers go they are a unfortunate part of the process and make it a lot more painful than it has to be. But don’t let their ignorance stop you from helping the other two out!

I just recently got my 2015 Jeep Cherokee through Alberta Honda. My experience was first class from the day I sent my first inquiry into the advertised vehicle to the day I got the keys. Orlando was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable of the different types of vehicles available as well as flexible to meet my budget needs. It was not just all about making a quick sale but more of an informed decision. What stood out the most was how the staff treat you like family and not just a customer because they value being a part of you investment! I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends!

Id like to thank Justin, and Maria for there help with my car service. Justin helped me better understand the cost of the services done on my vehicle. And Maria took the time on a day off to help deal with my situation saving me a trip back to the dealership on Monday.
Mira (the women who i delt with at the desk on friday oct 26 @ 6pm) on the other hand was extremely rude with every short encounter I had with her. It felt like because she knew the supervisors were gone she could be rude to customers and coworkers.
I give her 0 stars if i could do another review

Beware! Unethical and unprofessional staff from the salespeople to the receptionist! I came to the dealership because i had seen a vehicle that Alberta Honda had online that I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was approached by Billy A. He informed that the SUV i was interested had already been sold. I told him what I was interested in purchasing and gave him my monthly budget. He brought over the sales manager Mike who proceeded to say he could get me in a SUV $200/month over my budget and then proceeded to tell me I was going to trade in my vehicle after 3 years. I let him know that i wouldn't be doing that. I left because i had something I had to get to. A few days later Billy called with a vehicle that he said was fantastic and within my budget. He said it would go quickly and asked if i wanted to put a deposit down til i could come in and test drive it. I said yes and then we set up a time for me to test drive it. He said he would have it detailed. When I arrived a few days later (a Thursday) at the scheduled time, he was not ready with a plate nor was the vehicle detailed. When I asked him about the detailing as my husband was not impressed, he became annoyed with us. We didn't like the vehicle so we thanked him for his time and left. When I checked my Visa statement on Tuesday I noticed that my deposit had still not been refunded so I called and spoke to Billy about this. He wouldn't give me a straight answer as to when my payment would be refunded and was extremely unprofessional. I called back and asked the receptionist to speak to the sales manager, she hesitated and then transferred me. An Alex answered when I asked him if he was the sales manager, he said yes one of them. I explained my situation and he told me that he was just speaking to Billy about the refund this morning and it would be taken care of. I replied with that's funny because Billy told me he didn't know when the refund would be taken care of and I didn't even tell you my name (which I hadn't). It was the receptionist that had given them all a heads up! Alex then proceeded to tell me it could take 9 days to show up on my Visa. I told him it has never taken that long for a refund. I asked him when my refund was put through, he said last Friday. Well I checked my Visa statement today, the refund was processed the day after I spoke to Alex, on Wednesday, and showed up on my statement a two days later not 9.
I guess these guys think they can BS and that we're a bunch of idiots and no one will know how they conduct business. They are unethical and dishonest! Buyer beware!

This is the third car we have leased with Alberta Honda and we couldn't be more happier. Both the sales and finance team were a pleasure to deal with and made the experience easy and quick.

Engine light kept coming on took my car in and they charged me $90 to put on the scope, Turns out I hadn’t tightened my gas cap all the way, The service department should have checked this before putting on the scope, wasn’t happy having to pay this charge on a vehicle that’s less than 3 years old felt the dealer should have waived this charge,

I have been a customer for Alberta Honda for over 5 years. I took my car for repair and detailing on August 21. I picked the car on Saturday August 25 but i realized before leaving the compound the eject button for the Cd was missing. I made u turn and informed the problem Melisa the service advisor and she told me to come back on Monday August 27 so they can order the part for me. I went to dealership today and i was asked if i have a proof? I have been bringing my Crv since 2014 for service at Alberta Honda did i asked for parts missing before? Why know? I filed complaint with BBB and i will go public with my story and seek legal action if the issue is not resolved immediately. My advise to others PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALBERTA HONDA, they rip you off. Common man/woman has no place in their businesses.
