Alberta Hunter Education Instructors' Association (AHEIA)

I have been part of Aheia since 2009 and all I have to say is good things about this organization, from conducting courses to help you start doing hunting, training, mentorship and most of all amazing people to talk to and learn from them. I also took my son to do his course as well when he was 13 and man he pass the test with flying colours and also got him a mentor for his first ever deer. So anyone who is looking forward to be outdoor and live of them land this is the place to be to start your journey and don’t be just looking to get things from this organization please also be giving to help this organization to live forever even if your gone you will be leaving appt behind for you kids and grandkids to learn and teach future generations.

Nothing but praise for AHEIA. We have spent our summer learning with AHEIA. Our 13 year old did the hunter education this summer. As non-hunters we are so appreciative of all the programs they do.

Our group (7 people) was very fortunate to have been trained by STEFAN SZUBERT CICCONE. He is an AMAZING instructor!

He is very knowledgeable with the CFSC training course and also with some of the legal aspects on how to be a responsible and law abiding firearm owner here in Canada. Stefan is very patient, he make sure that all his students understand the topic before moving to the next. He is very professional, delivers the course very well and in a not so boring way, he welcomes all kinds of questions from his students and willingly give tips as well.
