Ordered a part for my atv. They sent the wrong part. I called next day and problem was corrected within an hour. Would definitely deal with again.

I recently had work done on a 2012 Polaris Sportsman. The power steering wasn’t working and was diagnosed with a bad relay. Way cheaper than a used one, which was great. They also told me that the steering post/ bushings were worn out. We agreed to fix these 2 issues, plus do an oil change with oil and filter we supplied. Fast forward a few weeks, we were called that machine was ready for pick up, with a bill of just shy of $2000. Looking at the invoice, they replaced the shock bushings, brake pads, cleaned the rad, installed a new spark plug, changed front differential oil, changed transmission and rear differential oil, cleaned radiator and charged us for oil and filter even though we supplied them. (*They did not use ours) All of these parts and work was done WITHOUT our authorization. I called and discussed my concerns of why they didn’t call and discuss what they were doing and replacing. The service guy said it was all stuff that needed to be done, so he just took it upon himself to do it it! I asked if this was common practice to order parts and to do work WITHOUT authorization? He replied that since we saved so much money on NOT replacing the power steering motor, it would even everything out! I could not fathom what he had just said. I demanded they reimburse some of the bill on parts and labor, because I DID NOT AUTHORIZE/APPROVE these EXTRA PARTS. I explained that all they had to do is pick up the phone and ask for permission to do this EXTRA work. After a second phone call back to them, they reimbursed me $325 back. And made it quite clear we are NEVER to do business with them ever again! Not to worry - we won’t and neither will our many ATV friends.

Didn't have the part I needed but took the time to explain exactly what I needed. Also pointed me in right direction on where to find the part I needed. Getting the customers quad running was his priority. Would highly recommend. My first call to search for next part I need would be here.

Have purchased many parts here for Yamaha and Arctic cat atv. Recently took a chance on a used front upper control arm and ball joint for grizzly 660. Part was in great condition. Saved a mint. Parts always ship quickly same day or next.

Salvage yards generally get a bad wrap, usually deserved. I went to 3 places looking for a part for my TTR 125. I have some trauma from those experiences, digging through bins and buckets, no success finding my part. Finally I found Alberta Motorsports, found my part online (with photos) and called Shannon who quickly assured me it was in inventory. Shannon stayed 1 hour after close for me, and I was shocked at how clean and organized this business was. So much that I asked for a tour, and Shannon led me through the yard, their shop and order processing area. I even met Kevin, who was tinkering in the shop. What great people, what a great operation and what a great experience it was from start to finish. Do yourself a favour, save the hassle and headaches, these guys will ship to your door and are good honest people who care about their business.

I purchased a NOS item for an older ATV from Alberta Motorsports. At first I was dismayed that they do not ship outside of Canada but the folks here led me to an outside freight forwarder that took care of me in no time. The process went quickly and smoothly with communication at every step of the way. When the item I ordered arrived, it was exactly as they had described. Overall a good value for the money as well as excellent customer service and follow through. Don't be put off if you live outside of Canada, there are ways to make it work that are cost effective, just ask them.

Dealt with these people on several occasions for parts for small projects and they always came through, great online store and friendly staff over the phone, definitely the best when it comes to used motorsports parts!

Excellent! Called and spoke with Evan. I needed an obscure part for a 15 year old sled. A part that is not available from Polaris or aftermarket. Evan found the part had it removed and shipped. I received the parts from purolator THE NEXT DAY. Great customer service and very affordable. Thanks Evan.

Saved money by using Alberta mortorsports and delivery was speedy. Only thing to note is that the side-by-side seatbelt I needed is more universal than they have listed. My model not on their list but it was a great fit. Will definitely use the company again.
