I had gotten there early Friday morning to get blood work done.
Was in and out within 15 minutes.the reception was very friendly and understanding.and the nurse that had taken my blood did a quick and wonderful job.felt very at ease.

6: 45 AM arrival.
13 people ahead of me.
Doors opened at 7 AM. Took elevator to the forth floor. Checked in at 7: 04. Called into the collection room at 7: 15 and out of the door at 7: 25. Great place and great staff.

Had an amazing experience with them. I went in on walkin to get blood work done for my 3 years old. The nurses there were so helpful and made it so easy for me and my little one. Will definitely recommend this lab especially for kids, it was less crowded and we were in and out within half an hour.

Only a few people know how to take blood without you being a pin cushion. Everytime I was there they had to go find someone that could find a my veins

Front desk staff are rude and short with clients. I had an appointment and was called 40 minute's after my appointment just to hand them my req. Then called again in another 10 mins. Very poor system. There has to be a better way.

Horrible service, not organised. Unhelpful staff. It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment. You will wait for hours there.

They prioritize walk-ins over appointments. I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes to be checked in to wait another hour and half to get blood taken.

They were telling walk-in patients it was going to be a 5-7 hour wait. Luckily I made an appointment but I still had to wait over 2 hours… very disorganized.

Insane waiting time - got in time for my 12: 20pm appointment and sat at the reception for 1 hour and 5 minutes. When asked to pay, their staff member at the reception didn’t know how to operate the terminal… Asked me if I am paying with Visa three times…

Would not recommend this place for any kind of lab work.

Staff were fantastic and when I got there for 6: 30am walk-in, it was a smooth and easy process - in and out in 20mins! Note, if your coming before the mall opens, come in the back - entrance 5. The mall doors only open at 6: 20 and the security will not let you into the professional building till 6: 30.

Courteous staff but I waited one hour and twenty minutes past my appointment before I gave up. I’d recommend trying a different lab if you are able to go elsewhere.

Arrogant staff, i dont know her name coz she is hiding her id, she is an old filipina fat lady with short hair, she acts as if she owns the place, she was so rude and mean to us.she made our experience the worst! You should know how to treat patients a little bit nicer.

I was just at this location today as walk in. My experienced with Clement fron start to finished was fantastic. The service was above and beyond.

The was a lady up front that day beside the wall shes rude to the patient his voice tine im not impress specially to the old people. Shes not supposed to be working up front.

The filipina receptionist/lab assistant named ROWENA is super rude, i am just asking some question and her reply and reactions are terrible.she sounds unapproachable and do not know the proper approach to the patient.she should have more training in customer service and learn more proper and acceptable vocubulary in dealing with questions.

Receptionist can be a tad more friendly. But Cindy I think her name was. She makes you feel comfortable and talks to distract you while she draws blood.

Need a much more efficient system for specimen drop offs. Requisition form is already in the bag as per instructions, there is no check in by reception needed. Telling people who are simply dropping off samples that they must line up in a queue of over 25 people (way past the elevators) waiting to be checked in for blood tests etc is an unnecessary waste of everyone's time. Excuses of transition to new system "Dynalife" seems like a we don't know what we are doing kind of excuse. In the end no one looked at the form, they simply took the sample. Understandable that stress may be high with changeover of company but this needs fixed sooner than later.

These professionals are on their game. Making sure you are comfortable and administrators pain free procedures, and clear understanding is top priority, I'm not a fan of needles, and didn't feel anything.

Total confusion, people with appointments waiting in the hall.when you finally make it in you have to wait even with an appointment.

Rudest staff I've ever met in my life. Other paitents had to stand up for other paitents, you can hear the staff talking to each other about mixing up the walk in lists (they put one at the bottom when she was to be at the top making her wait an extra hour). One staff tells people they arent talking walk ins and the next two patients are taken as a walk in! If you can book an appointment do so, otherwise find another location for walk in. The staff at the front clearly hate their jobs or hate people

This location is excellent. The staff are efficient and friendly. They are always on time or early.

This place is the absolute worst medical place I have been too. I took my wife for her appointment today. As soon a we walked in we were told no no no mask and sanitizer first. Fair enough we both said sorry and put on a mask. My wife started having a panic attack as she suffers from extreme panic and anxiety disorder as well as agoraphobia. She had put the mask on inside out no big deal but you would have thought it was the end of the world. Finally we were allowed to go to the desk. The front desk person asked to see the AHC so I gave it to her then asked for ID. So I grab the health card as the ID was in the same package as the card. She slapped my hand and said I am not done. Thankfully the fire alarm went off because I was just about to say yes we are done here. As my wife waited outside for me to get the car the front desk people were pointing, laughing and making rude comments about myself and my wife. We won't go back and I hope that they don't treat anyone else like this.

My name was on the appointment list yet they did not know why I was there and couldn't find any paperwork. It had been emailed and faxed over. The people there are ignorant and can't speak properly to customers. I will never go there again even if it's the last place on earth. Zero stars but they don't have an option for that. Horrible

I haven't had many issues when dealing with the lab services here in Calgary. Granted some staff lack customer service skills, but it's sad to hear the shpil they have to say on their phone line. About not accepting verbal harassments. Who in their right mind would harass someone over the phone? Let alone someone trying to help you with your medical issues? Sad times hearing this happens.

Terrible in service. Couldn't control the line up, they let people come late with later appointment to go in first for no reason. Don't know why they couldn't take the appointment on time why they let so many open spots on the website

No signage anywhere that the lab was by appointment only! I waited in line for nothing! I was only there to get blood taken for my 6 month diabetes check, I FASTED FOR NOTHING! I always hated this lab because its usually packed but I decided to try it since the Sunridge lab had a huge line up outside 45 minutes before it opened. I suggest that you just wait at Sunridge instead of wasting your time here, where they can't bother to inform you of their rules
