They need to change the way they are doing things.
Since these people took over everything is bad.

This lab recently changed to not accept walk-ins. There doesn’t seem to be any indication of this online.

A small facility with probably with the shortage of staff and also limited seating capacity. It took more than one and half hour to get my blood work done as a walk in patient. It would be wise to get an appointment first, even though, they were also behind the schedule but only for around 45 minutes.

I could said that all the staff are professional and courteous but the waiting time is crazy I arrived early to my appointment and I waited approximately 2: 30 hours and many people that had their appointment after me passed before me. What is the point to make an appointment.

I even saw people really angry for waiting more time than me.

I hope the administration could improve on the management of clients.

Avoid this place like a plaque! Small facility to begin with and on top of that they were short of staff. Expect to wait more than 4 hours in line if you still choose this place.

Waited 2 hours for a walk in. I would recommend an appointment if you're not in a rush. No organization or communication from the staff - air of confusion and frustration from the other people waiting. Still requires masks inside.

Staff is fine. Dynalife is bad and I don't know where to leave a review about them. Apparently it's now the norm to have an appointment yet wait over half an hour because of dynalife (this is according to the worker at this location). My experience has the wait times closer to the hour mark if not over. Last time I had to go out and say that I've been waiting for a long time and then I was attended. Because we don't have lives to live or work to do right? As well, the waiting rooms are more full now than I've ever seen. Dynalife really throwing a wrench in processes. What was wrong with the old system?

The technicians do the best they can. The organization seems good but the lineup at this location was a bit extreme from my experience. Be prepared to wait for a while if you are a walk in. This also may be resulting from our strained Healthcare system in general.

Not enough staff.have to sit on the floor in the corridor because not sitting room in the lab. Thanks alberta health!

Was a 1/2 hour wait but that is normal these days. Staff was professional and Lydia drew blood and I did not feel the needle wow! She was very good at her job!

I booked an appointment weeks in advance, showed up 15 mins early as instructed, and waited for 40 mins to even be called in. While the technician helping was nice, it seems to me there is possibly a 'work to rule amongst the troops' this is how it went. Waited 40 mins to be called. 1st part of tests done. Waited exactly 15 mins for the technician to come back. 2nd portion of the tests was done. Waited another 15 mins. The technician comes back. Then was allowed to leave. The wait seemed unnecessary, as if you had an appointment, you should be in at your time or at least within a few minutes. Not 40. This seems to be getting worse since it started with Calgary lab services to Alberta lab services to Dynalife. I believe the staff was overall polite.

So far good experience. Staff is not rude. A little bit wait time 30min-1hr which is still not bad. Waiting area is quite restricted though.

I don't have to wait and did the specimen samples quickly. There's an elevator which must access inside the mall.

Brutal. Now that DynaLife has taken over, There is no way to book an appointment in the NW of Calgary. You can't call anyone. When you do book an appointment, they send you texts and email and no option to opt out of texts. When I finally did book an appointment (30 min from where I live), it was a 45 minute wait once I got there. Overbooking and making the customer / client / patient wait on their laurels seems to be the norm nowadays. What's the point of booking an appointment if they don't honour it?

Well I had a appointment with this location Wednesday at 11: 20am. I truly wish everyone out there has the chance to experience a relaxing and almost enjoyable experience. I was greety in a calm and courtesy manner. Did not have to wait to long even though they were very busy.
My lab technician was outstanding and this is coming from a person who hates needles. I will return to this location for any future lab work.

Yikes! New System created a lot of problems the last couple of days.

My 11: 50am appointment turned into a 12: 30pm appointment. When I started seeing the 12pm appointments go ahead of me I started to pay closer attention. When they cleared the waiting room and I was still sitting there, I knew to get up and ask. But I couldn't figure out is why the staff who saw me every time they walked by didn't question why I was sitting there. It didn't dawn on them that I was waiting to be seen. I had to get up and let them know that I have been missed, when they looked me up they say oh, you weren't checked in. The lady who did check me in said she did. But I was sitting right in front of them, and no one question if they missed a patient or not.

Not only that but trying to figure out where in the mall they were located was very difficult. I had to ask security. I called the clinic and the main number only to get a "your call cannot be connected" and hung up on me.

On the positive note, once they realized that I was missed, they apologized and got me in the room right away. Another awesome feature they have for walk-ins is that you can get a text that your appointment is ready. So, you can walk the mall and while waiting instead of the small waiting room or waiting in the lineup down the hallway.

Yes, I would go back and try this again. My main beef is with APL and signage to where the lab is actually located. Staff were under a lot of stress with dealing with a new system.

Can't believe how they run this operation, extremely sad and disappointing. Daughter left sitting at the exam room for well over two hours, she went out asking for assistance and still over looked. Extremely incompetent!

Not fast by any means. 1& 1/2 - 2 hour wait.not enough chairs so youll be standing or sitting on the floor.
