Parking lot is full. Waiting room is full. And it's easily over an hour & a half wait, on a Wednesday afternoon?

It is frightening to see a medical facility this badly organized and managed. There are dozens of simple fixes to the procedural processes which would easily fix the ridiculous wait times for people WITH appointments.

I've gone here multiple times for bloodwork due to proximity to my home. Each times I've eperuebcer extremly long wait, zero effort to keep to appointment times, very inefficiently run and some of the staff are very rude.

All the Alberta Precision Labs are booked out. It took over a month to get into this one. The walk-in is incredibly long, so avoid that route as much as you can.

The staff that work here are patient and friendly. I know that they get behind often, but they are doing their best to tackle the sheer volume.

The staff member who handled my blood was pleasant and drew my blood with minimal discomfort. The whole process after the wait was efficient and quick.

Came in as a walk in. They said it would be a 3hr wait. Asked if they could text me when im in a 20 min window to my turn. 1 hr later they texted me. I checked in. 2 hrs later I was seen. And the system online doesn't work either to save your spot. Patients who saved their spot in the Que where waiting the same time as me. Its a failed system.

2.5 hour wait. Stressed out staff. Guy at reception was really nice. Unfortunate change in the healthcare system.

Not sure what the advantage of having an appointment is. I made one a month in advance (because that's how far out they are booked). Showed up 20 minutes before appointment time and checked in, sat for 40 minutes, was never called to a room, and left 20 minutes after my appointment time to get to a work meeting on time. It seems like dozens of walk-ins are constantly bumping the people with appointments so this should certainly be managed better by staff. Now I get to go back another day as a walk in and wait 2 hours so I can have the lab work done for my doc appointment next week.

We went there without an appointment but it didn't take long to get in. I guess that I was lucky. Clean facility. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. I was with my 9-year-old son for the blood test and the technician who took care of him was cheerful and kind to him.
Very convenient for parking and shopping while waiting for my turn. They will let you know when they are ready to see you by text.

A virtual queue system that requires you to go to a website (on your phone) and create an account is not really a virtual queue. Today eve waiting room was PACKED with no place to sit or stand because nobody is using the QME system that DynaLife implemented. It’s too bad they don’t use the WaitWell system that many Calgary Registries use that was developed in Calgary. They would definitely see their ratings and reviews improve with an intelligent and user friendly queue system in place.

Worst lab in Calgary, waited 2 hours on a walkin, once called inside still waited 1 hour for the test.absolutely Terrible service and wait times. Management should be fired, they have no clue how to do there job. They do not value your time! Avoid at all cost.

After waiting a month and a half to get blood work, my appointment time was never honoured. THIS PLACE IS FILTHY, run down and they cant manage an appointment time if your life depended on it.

One star for the nurses who are approximately nice. As for the rest. I came as a walk in, they told me there was a 1h30 min wait, so they would text me when my turn comes. They did text me only half an hour after that, which was a good surprise (thankfully I stayed close by). But they put me in a room, where I had to wait for 40 minutes before somebody comes! What's the point of making people come sooner if you can't take care of them? ! Very disorganized.

I don’t understand how this location can’t keep their scheduled appointments on time.they took me in 40 min late from my appointment. It was packed! Walk in was 2 hours wait and that also make the appointments get delayed even more

I went there on a Saturday morning, I had an appointment but arrived +20 minutes early. They did the blood work before my scheduled time, they were fast and professional. I left even before the time of my appointment.

So… I understand that this can’t be helped sometimes … but I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour for bloodwork!

It appeared that so many walk-in appointments were messing up the actual booking - and the poor staff were doing what they could to keep up.

They have a good location, easy parking and the team seems professional. My complaint is about scheduling and I know it isn’t an easy problem to solve.

I’ve been here twice and both times the blood work was done quick and painless I even had a student do it while being observed she did great. I don’t care about wait times it’s really not up to them the most annoying thing is watching everyone in the waiting room be impatient with our already overwhelmed healthcare system. Thank you will be returning! Hope the switch of systems and merging with Dynalife goes smoothly.

Very inconsiderate. They can't be bothered to even check to see if your requisition was received. Front desk staff are rude.

Can't book online, can't book over the phone unless you enjoy on hold torture for over an hour.

GREAT SERVICE ALL THE TIME. I HAVE A STANDING ORDER EVERY TWO WEEKS AND ALWAYS GET IN ON TIME.

This place is ridiculous. They make you line up outside in minus 30 when people could actually get frostbite. It is ironic that a health care centre doesn’t care about people freezing in their line. They are supposed to get your phone number and ask you wait in your car until its time. That is what other labs do!

Good services starting from the entrance, and ending when you are done. Polite people working hurd, convenient place for parking and shopping, too. A lot of patients, but the processing is going swiftly. I like going there if I need to
