Nurse oby (not sure how to spell her name) the black lady was so gentle with the needle when doing my blood work today. I’m very scared of needles and she was so professional and good with needles I didn’t feel anything. She also offered me orange juice which helped when I was feeling light headed. I’ve never had such an amazing and understanding nurse she’s truly the best. Not only that but the clinic overall is pretty clean and very much on time with their appointments.

Made an appointment for 1: 40PM, still waiting 40 minutes later. Told that's the norm here. Doesn't seem right but what can you expect from socialized medicine

Mammogram machine broken all day and they couldn't bother to call and cancel. Completely inconsiderate.

It was very busy when I walked in at 12: 15 on a Thursday. Despite how busy it was, the front desk staff were friendly and attentive. I was told that, as a walk in, my wait would be approximately 45 minutes. It turned out to be over an hour, but that’s the chance one takes and no fault of the staff. My Lab Tech was also friendly and skilled. I would highly recommend making an appointment if possible.

The wait at this lab was a bit longer than I thought. The lab lady "Rain" was very good though. She was friendly and worked quick. I did not feel a thing! I would recommend this lab based on the staff alone.

Hit or miss.

I have received friendly prompt service at this location, but also the opposite. Several times I have been required to pick up test kits and drop off samples. The first time went smoothly with no issues and friendly staff. The last two times have been disorganized and confusing. I waited in line to drop off a sample and was told by the receptionist if I was dropping off a sample not to “hold up” the walk in line up, and just indicate to the reception staff I have a sample and reception would take it. The second time I was required to drop off a sample I did as instructed previously, and held up the sample to indicate I was dropping off. I was rudely told to wait in line if I didn’t have an appointment. Shocked, I went to the back of the increasingly long line and called the receptionist as I waited to ask for an appointment to drop off a sample. I was told I didn’t need an appointment and I could just come in and drop it off. I explained I tried to do that but was in line. I was then told not to wait in line, but to just approach the desk and hold up the sample. I explained this is what I tried to do but was told to wait in the walk-in line, despite being told not to previously, and the receptionist told me they do not book appointments for sample drop offs. I am not sure what the clear instructions are. Because samples are time sensitive, waiting in a 2-3 hour walk in line up was not an option. Decided to attend a different lab location where I was treated rudely for waiting in the walk in line, but managed to submit my samples as requested.

This lab is always organized and pleasant and professional. Clients' seats continue to be well spaced. Having BIG signs for your private room takes out all the guesswork about which spot is yours!

Everything was clean and orderly. They still have all of the covid precautions in place to make everyone more comfortable. Staff were friendly and mostly on time. I'll return to this location for sure.

Staff is good. Signage is terrible. It's on the second floor of an unmarked building. No outward sign of APL or AHS. No even a directory when you enter the bldg.

Thank you Amanda. She is an amazing phlebotomist. I didn’t feel any pain when she was drawing blood from my arms. I was puzzled where those tubes filled with blood came from. Couldn’t believe she just took them out from me. I wish Amanda will be my phlebotomist again next visit. I hope this amazing lady gets promotion and a raise for her exemplary skills. Amanda if you are reading this, I hope you’d get into teaching. Your skills and knowledge will be of great benefit to many people who are afraid of needles.

Came in on Dec 29/21 everyone was friendly and efficient. Has my blood work done by Elaine. She was super friendly and very gentle. Great experience:)

They have a sign on their door that they do not accept walk ins so be ready to book a month out with these guys.

Never had issues at this location. If you have an appointment there is a minimal amount of waiting.

I've only visited the lab once to take my mom for a scheduled test. We didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to called for the test. Everyone was very friendly and efficient, and gave instructions accordingly. We were pretty much in and out fast!

Had to wait even with appointment also instructions were not given on how to properly take tests. Felt like I was on an assembly line and the faster they could pass you off the better. No empathy

Don't bother with this location better off traveling to okotoks it would be quicker shame there isn't an alternative lab services

I have never waited more then 20 min with an appointment. The staff have been kind, polite and efficient on every visit.

This lab is usually relatively good for medical bureaucracy. Today they were terrible! I arrived at 11: 25 for an 11: 30 appointment. The check in line was 5 or 6 people long.i am in a back brace with a broken back so I by-passed the line and went to another front desk person and explained that I could not stand in line that long. She checked my ID and took my paperwork to the check in clerk. I then waited 1/2 an hour to get called into a room. No problem. It was a full waiting room with a lot of walk-ins. I then waited for another 15 minutes in the room, my back pain getting very bad by now. I finally went to the door and flagged a tech down and asked for some service please. She went to the front and one of the clerks stuck her head around the corner and asked if I was OK. I gave an emphatic NO and explained the situation again. A few minutes later a tech finally came in to take my blood and noticed I was supposed to get an EKG as well. When she had finished taking the blood samples she said I would have to move to an EKG room. Fine. No problem. I struggle to my feet and then she tells me none of the EKG rooms are available. By now I've been there for an hour and am in excruciating pain. I storm out with a few choice words about there sanity and no EKG. Also, I couple of weeks ago, I was there for a 7: 40 appointment and the outside doors were still locked. I had to hobble all the way down to the end of the minimall and come back up to the other set of doors which were thankfully open. And last but not least, the first time I went to this particular lab I could not find it because the signage is terrible. There is one tiny little sign in a 2nd story window on only one side of the building near the end of the building and does not even have the recognizable green and blue CLS logo to catch a person's eye!
