First off, friendly staff polite and very helpful. Storage units are well designed very convenient if you need access in cold weather. Available carts for customers use.

I had a self storage unit from June, 2022 to March, 2023. The access to the unit was very easy and it was open for access at really great times. The unit building was kept extremely tidy which was important to me. The staff in the office were extremely helpful too. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using their service again.

I was in the middle of selling my condo and needed to downsize. I was looking for a short-term storage place and ASP was right on top given its high ratings. I absolutely agree with the 5-star ratings. Everything went smoothly and without any hassle—starting from their very user friendly website, to the first call I had with their very knowledgeable and friendly customer representative, to their showing me a sample locker, and most importantly to the squeaky clean and climate-controlled storage and surroundings. I was even able to borrow a bolt cutter, which I needed to pry open an old lock at home whose unlock combination I already forgot. Very highly recommended!

Highly recommend! I researched several places before choosing Alberta storage. All the others felt impersonal and corporate. I love that this is a local business and the personal touches. I no longer live in Calgary and Donald personally helped me set up storage for some of my things that are still there. He kept in contact regularly and made it so easy for me to set things up from a distance. They really care and go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. If you need storage, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I stumbled upon Alberta Storage Place unexpectedly but have been very pleased with their service and facilities. Their prices were better than other storage units I looked at and I feel very confident that my items are secure and protected from the weather there. The Place is very clean and the staff are very conscientious. Donald, the employee I deal with the most, provides excellent customer service. He is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of the services they offer.

We have used both indoor and outdoor storage from Alberta Storage Place and have dealt with both John and Donald for more than five years and have had a great experience. Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. These well-intention employees are very good. I contacted them 4 years ago when I was planning a move; and, they were nothing short of respectful in calling back, as I'd asked them to do. They were so respectful at that time (things being what they were, friends stepped up.) Then, when I anticipated needing storage space again, I immediately called them and, my gosh, they not only locked in the special price; but also, Donald also called to follow-up if he hadn't heard from me. In both cases, I'd arranged a private alternative. That said, were I in this position again (needing storage) I would - without hesitation - contact this company again.

Connie was a pleasure to work with in finding the best solution for my belongings. Moving cross province was stressful enough, but ASP was attentive and very thorough. The facilities are clean, well laid out, and easy to access. Thank you

We had looked at many, many storage facilities when trying to find a 5x5 unit to store items that would not fit into our condo that we had rented and were not ready to make a decision as whether to keep these items or not. So, storage was the answer. The price per month was the best I could find and then upon meeting John and his wife Connie, we knew we were in the right place.
