Receptionist lady is a not only ugly but also piece of delivery of. Oct 19 2023, she is not a good front end service giver.

She has to be dismissed!

Friendly staff, accommodating, kids get warm blanket after and Popsicles, we went in at 7 am, done in an hour.

I have talked to several representatives from here for an upcoming surgery. Today it was a woman who’s name is Crystal. She was very cold, disrespectful and demeaning. I will consider the idea of dismissing service and seeking other alternatives.

Would not recommend this place for any child that needs dental work done. The nurses are rude and condescending. I did not feel comfortable with my child being sedated and thankfully left.

My child had dental work here. The staff was mostly great the procedure went well. I was not expecting to have to wake my child up and drag them off the bed and out the door. The nurse was really urging us to get out the door before my child was even awake. I think it would have been a lot more pleasant if there was more time in recovery. I know they move through patients pretty quick but maybe less is more. I was pleasantly surprised after getting a follow up call post surgery to check on my child.

ASC and staff are amazing. Reasons are as follows:

1. Easily accessible - unlike a hospital it’s free parking and located on major routes. It’s not a maze to get to or to locate within the building.
2. Clean. The facility is extremely clean, as it should be. Walking into the waiting room, patient rooms, and surgical suites is comforting knowing the extent of cleanliness that is attained.
3. Staff. Nurses and front staff are friendly and genuinely care. You are not a number, but a human. Happy nurses, in my opinion, mean a good workplace where they are respected. They are also understanding of your ridiculous behaviour coming out of anaesthesia.
4. Recovery. Very attentive staff during the recovery process. You are not left to sit alone. I started feeling what I thought was chest pain after surgery and they investigated with an ECG.

Today was my second visit to the ASC, and both times they exceeded expectations. If you are ever nervous about attending this private surgical suite, there is no need. You are in good hands!

Nurses, doctors and support staff who genuinely care.

My friend had surgery here and she said all the nurses and staff were lovely expect the receptionist.when I came in she was super condescending and kinda rude towards me and a mother and her child. I think the little girl was getting surgery and I feel she was really cold towards them.

We had our 5yr old son's dental surgery there. I understand that we are one of many, and they do this every day.but to us parents and the kids this is a once in a lifetime (hopefully) experience.the dentist was kind and informative however the nurses were a bit cold. From the time my son woke up kicking and screaming to the time we were ushered out maybe 10 minutes have passed. Also the children are all close by and everyone is screaming.which not only scares them going in but also scares them as they try to recover.
I hope he never needs any more work done but if he does, we won't be back.
All in all this was a traumatic experience for us both and it felt factory style.in 'n' out.

Very professional, though almost to a fault. There is a point where being professional is no longer being human.

I had my breast augmentation on December 22nd 2017 and I can't thank enough to the nurses and anesthesiologist for being so kind and taking good care of me

Nurses sat in the other room watching funny YouTube videos while I had to deal with my kid's recovery. With my child in my lap, I had to ask them loudly for items like wipes as they infrequently came in to check on us.
The recovery area is shared with an other parent and child coming out of anesthesia so they feed off each other's crying.
Make sure you bring a second person to help.
