Glad I found this place. Purchased a 5 pack of Honeywell furnace filters. I couldn't find a lower price anywhere else. It was a bit out of the way for me but staff was friendly and service was quick.

Great prices, knowledgeable, quality product, friendly. Worth the drive to pick up. Would buy again in a heartbeat, and would encourage others to do the same.

I have placed a few orders with Alberta Furnace Filters as their prices have been very reasonable. Shipping has been quick as well. I had purchased 2 filters last fall and didn't realize the wrong size was shipped to me until recently when I went to change the one in my furnace. Thankfully the man at the front was very helpful in getting my exchange done even though it was past the return policy. Great job guys!

Cheaper filters than retail stores. In my experience, I had to call them a day after I placed my order as I did not receive any updates. I was then informed that my order is ready for pick up.

It’s been over a month since I placed my order. I emailed a few times and was finally told my order was lost. I never heard back. I finally called and was told the ‘manager’ said they were dealing with it, apparently never did. I finally got my order shipped out. 1 of 3 items arrived. I again had to call and a few days later I received the second item. I called immediately and asked where my third item was. I was told the ‘manager’ said they’d issues me a refund a day earlier. I was then issued a refund for the item but not the shipping associated with that item.

Overall, pretty disappointed with this experience. I’ve provided contact information in form of email and cellphone and have yet to receive any communication from Alberta Furnace filters.

We phoned in the store and asked if they have this filter in stock before we go, the lady said they have in stock. We went there and show the picture we need this filter. She took out the filter and we checked it, and it doesn't seems the same box as we bought last time.the lady said they keep changing the boxes. We bought 2 filters then we figure out it doesn't fit. We went for return, but it was not allowed because it already opened. At the end, we only get a refund for one of the filters that is not open. We will defensibly never go back.

I ordered furnace filters through Amazon and the company said it would fit however when I tried they did not. It cost me over 34.00 dollars to ship them back through Canada Post. Very disappointed.

Amazing customer service. Was having a hard time finding the correct filter size for my high velocity furnace. Alberta. FurnaceFilters.ca had them! Shipped them to me in Edmonton and I had them in 1 day.

Very poor customer service. Short changed me on my return and won't reply to my emails now.
