I Live in Brampton, was visiting Calgary for a holiday. I visited the store on the 19th, entered with no intention to pick anything, Rachel was on the floor and she greeted me & we engaged in a conversation, this kept me in the store and I liked a sandal & a boot and picked both, initially I requested Rachel to check for the availability of the size & keep them aside as I would come back and pick these 2 shoes. Rachel kept them aside and when I returned back I was hesitant to pick the boots as I would face a problem with my bags at the airport, Rachel happily told me she can get them shipped rather than loosing me as a customer. I paid and left, today (24th Aug) I called the store as the merchandise had reached my home before I come back from the trip, however I misplaced the receipt, I called the store and it was Rachel who picked thr phone and I mentioned about myself and she immediately recognized me, told her I needed the receipt and she emailed me the same again she had to go out of thr way to follow up with me as due to some glitch I was not receiving thr email. The reason I narrated the entire incident as I have been a sales associate myself in NY younger days, and I always love it when I experience good service and it's worth it to let thr person know that she did an amazing job. This will help her keep up the good work always.

They were out of smaller styles in the styles I liked so the girl suggested I buy them online and said all the one's I'm interested in are, "super comfy and great for standing in. " When I checked the reviews on the website, I read the opposite was true. Staff at this store should not be misleading their customers on their products for the sake of sales.

Great customer service. Dana helped me today to pick out a fabulous purse. She know her fashion this girl definitely know her stuff within the store as well.
This location was on top of things to help me make a smart decision and prossess my transactions on a timely manner.

Customer service was great! They assisted me with selecting the right colour of dress shoes, and the correct style of dress shoe I was looking for! Very nice ladies, made small talk as I’m new to the city, made me feel welcomed!

The service at the store was really bad i haven’t had experienced that much rudeness in the staff they are really uncooperative 0 customer service the representatives named dana was there she was yelling at me i was making and return of the product from last evening and she didn’t get me this she said this is a used product i haven’t gone to banff last night in which it become used totally bad service
