Needed some new dress shoes for a wedding. Great selection and fantastic service! Way better than the other big shoe store in the mall where people were really rude. Will go back to Aldo anytime.

Very Bad customer service in store Southgate mall, I usually buy bags and shoes twice a year, arrogant sales girl rude to customers, my suggest not to go their anymore, Aldo will loose customers, people will find other brands similar, due to bad service.

I bought my leather shoes in 2009 and I used it about 1-2 times a week so today this shoes is 14 years old and it's time to get new one.

Came in to do a return. Worker asked for my email. I said I didn't want to give it out. She said she needed it to do the exchange. I thought that was strange, but I wanted to get my refund, so I obliged. She promised it was strictly just so she could process my return and no spam emails would be coming through my email.

And now I'm giving my review, because I've received 3 emails from Aldo Marketing now.

Came in the store on November 27th, 2022 around 1130am. Please talk to your worker to not lie.

Called 15 mins before close to put some items on hold for the next day. Was told they absolutely cannot. They informed me that the store was super slow so they wouldn’t sell but just to call back and put them on hold in the morning. Called another location and manager was just like “yeah no problem I can put the two pairs of shoes plus two handbags on hold for tomorrow”. Lol like this location needs a refresher on customer service. Just lost a sale and the other location gained one! Manager needs to do some team coaching. However, I’m thankful for the other location because I have my shoes with matching purses for my two Christmas events!
