When i was trying to pay with a $100 bill The asian girl came very rude for no reason and replied“ WE ARE NOT THE BANK”. Some people gotta work on customer services!

Never ever coming in to these doors again not the family either!

I have bought my last couple of shoes from Aldo but this time their sheer lack of respect for customers put me off. At noon on Monday 18 December 2023, I went there to try a pair of boots. I liked them and wanted to come back with my friend to buy them.but there was a young boy (would call every customer “boss”) that gave me a look as I told him I’d come back. I thanked him and he did not reply.
Aldo: As your fairly loyal customer I want you to have a better customer service.

The male manager was so neglectful, wasn’t of any help; but my experience quickly turned around when Vee, the assistant manager came to assist me.she was amazing, recommended all the things i LOVED, knew all the different styles i was looking for (i went on a shopping spree for new work attire). She was so well spoken, extremely professional, assertive, and attentive.thank you so much, Vee!

A blonde lady was working alone. She liked to advertise that the other girl with her was "absolutely useless, so [I] just sent her home". I already knew it was going to be a bad experience after hearing her talk. The tone was not professional and sounded really "stuck up", even though she says she's been working at the Chinook store for a whole 3 years now.

She wasn't able to handle the customers in the store, so she compensated by not bothering to check the back for shoes and not offering to place any orders for me.

I showed her my receipt from a purchase I made a whole 3 DAYS ago, and she told me she didn't trust me that it was real (? She said I probably faked it). I asked her to just look it up and she said no, there's no such thing as records of transactions. (?) She wanted me to pay more because she didn't believe the receipts, and judged me because she deemed it was a small difference.

So I went to a different store and found the person who helped me 3 days ago.

Chinook store has too trashy employees and they really suck. I hate ALDO with the experience I was having, and meeting the blonde girl really adds that final touch.

Maybe you should've been the one that went back home.

Still wondering why that tall seller behave like I am the one makes her life miserable? I’m just here shopping and you act like you can’t hear me when I said I may come back but thank you. I didn’t even bother you for a second pair. You make my day so unhappy. If you don’t like your job or you hate Asian, this is not a proper job for you

I wanted to do a refund as they send me a wrong colour shoes, a young blonde girl came and claimed she was the assistant manager on duty. Very rude, unprofessional. I asked for her name so I can report it to the Aldo, she refused to give me her name or employee ID. Will never shop here again. She didn’t even bother to make an apology.

One day I came to the accessories store expecting nothing but browsing until i was approached by the assistant manager (a small Asian young lady). I have never met such an outgoing person willing to help. I spent almost an hour at store looking for different things adding to the things I didn’t even think I needed because of her. Not only did she show me so many things, she was extremely easy to talk to. I have never enjoyed a store so much. Will definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the mall!
