ALDO

Good selection unfortunately staff stand around talking and don’t offer any help. Was looking to buy 3 pairs of shoes (2 dress, 1 casual). Quick sale lost.

This particular store has really low rating and I understand why.
I hope ALDO as a franchisor follows reviews and can improve the store performance. I was shopping there on Aug, 2 2023 around 11.00am. The associate neither acknowledged us nor offered some help as she was busy on her phone. I asked for help - she got irritated and shoveled some boxes at me, without interruption of her phone call. That happened twice and and after requesting a proper service and help she said it was a business call and she was busy. When we went to pay at the cash desk she was very rude and arrogant, my husband could not even understand what she is talking about.
ALDO is a great brand however I do not recommend to shop in this particular store.

I had such a great experiences here at Aldo. The associates were very kind helping me with all my needs.

Drove to Crossiron Mills all the way from Calgary SW just to observe the locked store with no lights. When we asked security why the sore is closed, the answer was “the person who is supposed to open it is probably late”.

It was a “nice” way to waste gas and out time

I don't know what's up with CrossIron Aldo but the customer service was terrible. The store was disorganized and the staff couldn't find ANYTHING. One of the staff was actually running away to avoid helping customers. Hilarious.if I didn't actually need to buy boots

Waited over 10 minutes for an associate to help me look for dress shoes, no one ever came despite the employees looking at me. They even helped out people who walked in after I did.

Over priced junk. I'll pay $20 more and get designer stuff. Actually I think most of the stores including Saks 5th ave have similar prices just longer lasting/nicer looking products.

Amazing staff, the two girls that assisted me were eager to help me and assist in recommending different on budget shoes. They genuinely seem to care about their costumers and do it all with a smile. Best Aldo I’ve been to by far, will continue to return solely based on their fantastic customer service

This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. I asked a girl to find my size in a boot and she said she would get someone to go in the back and get it as she said they had it, I wait 10 minutes for them to come back and tell me they actually didnt have my size. During that time I found another boot and my own size and the same girl came up and asked how they fit, I explained I never got the boots i originally asked for but it was okay since I would buy these ones I found. By myself. I go up to pay and 3 employees are standing there just speaking to each other completely ignoring me and the other customers waiting in line, didnt apologize or anything so I decided to leave and sarcastically tell the employees thanks for the help. I understand Christmas time is chaotic and I literally never leave reviews but it was barely busy. The employees are super lazy and I'll never be shopping at Aldo again.

The customer service was really sweet and helpful and also patient with me because i tried on half the boots thanks, i love my boots and heels:)

Huge variety and very well kept. The staff is willing to come forward even before you ask for help
