I have been to the clinic twice, my doctor is Monika. A wonderful doctor, explained all the information, told me how to do it right. I 100% recommend this clinic and Dr. Monika

Sad that this practice was sold by Dr. Taylor to Dr. Smadych, she is a butcher. I just came back years later to edit and add to my original review. She extracted a tooth for me. Lasered back way too much of gums after she the broke the tooth during the extraction. I have had to pay for this mistake years later with multiple rounds of grafting around my implant trying the stop the recession.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The reviews should shine light on who she caters to and who she doesn't.

This is something that caused several issues down the road for me and why I have come back to post this.

As for the "defamatory" comment. I am able to speak my truth and I can see there are several others who have as well.

I stand by my statements.

I want to warn everyone who goes to this clinic: Do not pay attention to the positive reviews, be sure to read the negative ones! This is all true, unfortunately I read it too late. I’ll start from the very beginning, my friends recommended this clinic to me, they did a cleaning here and they liked it. I didn’t have any problems with my teeth; I didn’t have many fillings. I also signed up for a cleanse. X-rays were taken and cleaning was carried out, after which a doctor came who spoke Russian and said that the teeth were in very good condition and there were minor imperfections that needed to be corrected, but everything was fine. At the end they gave us a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss with hygienic lipstick. For me it was the first time such an attitude and I bought into the next session, but it would be better if I didn’t do it. I came to the session expecting to get 2 fillings and remove a wisdom tooth, but they gave me some kind of piece of paper to sign, divided into 4 zones with some numbers starting from 200.most likely, I can suggest that these were the prices for teeth and where and how much costs. I asked what they would do for me, they said the doctor himself would decide and without consulting me they began to do it, in general they injected me heavily with anesthesia (it took 6 hours, but they said everything would go away in 2) and they began to do what the doctor himself decided in 1 They did everything for an hour, after asking how many fillings were placed they said - 7.7 Karl - for good teeth with which there were no problems, I would agree to a maximum of 2 fillings (one of which should be changed). Later I read reviews that this is how they work and swindle money from benefits. When I arrived home, I was in such shock that I immediately began looking for another clinic where I could find out how well and legally they did the fillings for me. At another clinic they said I was lucky and got off with a slight fright and, unfortunately, not having any before pictures, it’s hard to say whether it was necessary to put fillings on some of my teeth or not. So, before you go here, be sure to think twice

The staff is very friendly. Katerina is very friendly and empathetic, she was always checking how I was feeling.
Everything in the cabinet is clean.

Two stars only because the girl from India (I think) did a very good job of cleaning my teeth. Doctor Alena made some kind of fillings. In general, people generate provincial benefits. Twice cotton wool fell into my mouth if I managed to catch it, 4 times I tried to put some kind of thing for a filling: once it dropped on my tongue, I picked my gum until it bled, but I put it on, burned my tongue with some kind of thing. And the most disgusting thing: it didn’t leave it between my teeth space even for the thread. Spoiled now. It needs to be redone. Remember: if it doesn’t hurt, there’s no point in climbing there.

Dentistry is cool. Everyone is very polite, especially the doctor who did my teeth.   I am very afraid of dentists, but here they made fun and encouraged me.   Doctor  tried to do everything as painlessly as possible.

Just left the clinic, wonderful staff, excellent work (I did the cleaning), I want to say a special thank you to Monica, she is a wonderful specialist, a very polite and pleasant girl

The clinic has very friendly staff, they find an approach to each client, everything is very clean and comfortable. All procedures begin on time.

I did my first cleaning. I was very afraid of the dentist. Dr. Sendu gave me a painless cleaning; she had the most professional approach to her work and business)

Good time of the day to everyone, I really don’t understand why there are so many positive reviews, this is the worst clinic I’ve seen, I got in with acute pain, they met me perfectly, everyone smiled, they were kind, they took a picture and said that there was no inflammation, but according to my stories it looks like what you need to remove the nerve, the insurance does not cover this and it will cost $ 1300 can, I agreed, which I regretted very much, I was pricked quite painfully and not carefully (after this injection of anesthesia, I had a numb lower lip for 10 more days, apparently got into a nerve) they opened a tooth, they removed the nerve very roughly, my legs were shaking after the first appointment and tears flowed by themselves (and I was never afraid of dentists) after about 10 days I came for a second appointment, sat in line for half an hour and me they invited me to the office, here my nightmare continued, again the injection and very rudely began to cut out the medicine that had been previously laid down, while working, the doctor Alena talked very nicely with the nurse and they discussed how they spent the weekend and who was lucky with the figure who was not, me at that time sawed with such force, held my lower jaw with one hand and pressed the instrument with the other, it seemed to me that the drill would go through, they began to fill the canals, it lasted an eternity, they took an intermediate picture, somehow, they almost broke my mouth with this thing, and the doctor says oh, something wasn’t completely laid, it’s a bit short to redo it (I haven’t seen such a fakap yet) I started to drill out everything that I laid down earlier, it was very rude and already painful, with grief in half I went through this horror the second time, put a seal normally didn’t drink bite because I could no longer close my teeth, it hurt terribly, I was in the office with my mouth open for an hour and a half, I left the office as if I had been beaten, and I paid $ 1300 for this event, so I was prescribed antibiotics, so I and I didn’t understand why, but they told me just in case, I came home and suffered with pain for the rest of the day, the tooth on the tooth when I applied the pain was terrible, it was impossible to eat, I even touched the tooth with a finger, it was very sore, I didn’t sleep all night because in a dream if I touched it it was very painful for the tooth, the conclusion is this if you want to remember how teeth were done in the CIS countries in free clinics, then you are here, this is the worst thing that I experienced the doctor was Alena Smadych, I advise you to find another clinic and not spend your benefits in this clinic because they do a bunch of extra expensive services to rip off money from you, I don’t know how my story will end, but I will definitely write a complaint.

Waited an hour to get an appointment. Dentist Alena Smadych offered to replace 2 of my old fillings, to which I agreed. But as a result, 1 old filling was replaced and 7 were delivered! New fillings on other teeth without my consent!
Because I have a high gag reflex, after the remedy, the oral cavity became numb and, accordingly, I did not feel that these fillings were being placed on me. At the same time, during the procedure, the doctor did not explain what he was going to do.
Before the procedure, she said that she would only examine her teeth, but I could not even think that fillings would be placed on them.
The most interesting! After that, she went to see a Canadian doctor at another clinic and confirmed her fear that there was no need to put so many fillings. There, the height of the new fillings was corrected for me, since in this clinic the doctor was in a hurry and did not even specify in the end for the convenience of the bite - assembly line work!
Now I found out that All About Family Dental does this because Ukrainians have Alberta Health Benefits Cards and the government covers our medical expenses (the cost of filling and cleaning in this clinic was almost $3000!). But I believe that performing medical interventions without the need and without the permission of the patient is a gross violation of the law! They make money, and I don't need extra fillings! In this regard, I plan to file a complaint.
I strongly do not recommend this clinic.

The quality of the service is disgusting, no one explains to you what they will do to you and what is happening in your oral cavity. She does not work according to the protocol, but as she wants, she is in a hurry to make it faster, since time is money. She works without a rubber dam, she made 9 fillings in an hour without discussing it with the patient (she agreed to 2 two fillings, but they did 9) She refused to do anesthesia, persuading the doctor, she did it poorly, the anesthesia went away very quickly, and it was sensitive, she said this, just relax. The clinic has the cheapest Chinese equipment, I advise you to go to another doctor.
