All Hours Pizza & Donair

Well with there walmart chicken nuggets, if you check there dumpster you can see the walamat boxes when you place an order they say they might call you out of 60 people and 60 orders there was 60 calls so that is 100 percent that is a lawsuit right there, also they cannot see to get most orders right about 67% are right but if you phone it's your fault.another lawsuit I'm tired of paying for items and having my back furred on me also when they always say an hour it's up to 3 hours another law suit message me for class action I'm tired of it

Got a 3 topper pizza and wings for $21 for a friend and I at 2am on a Sunday night (Monday morning). Got extra pineapple and pepperoni. They absolutely whacked on the cheese, and the pizza was cooked perfect. Crust along the edges was a little crunchy, everything else was, uhh, I don't wanna say "Chewy" but like the good kind of chewy. When I picked it up, the cheese did that thing pizza cheese does in cartoons.

Anyway, it met expectations. It was a late Sunday night pizza. Decent pizza with awesome hours.

Customer service can’t hear even if you’re not on speaker phone. Very poor customer service I’m sorry I’m having hard time ordering to them

I have ordered here multiple times before and never had an issue until today. I ordered pizza for delivery at 8: 13pm the guy on the phone told me the wait shouldn’t be to long 20-30 minutes max. So my pizza just showed up at 9: 30pm, when I called the restaurant back at 9: 15 to ask what is taking so long the guy rudely told me that they are busy and they don’t know what time the pizza is coming at. I understand they are busy and could have taken longer not a problem but I wasn’t rude to them on the phone and if it was just communicating In a nicer tone that they were busy and running behind I would of have no problem. Not only that he told me it ALWAYS takes an hour to deliver the pizza and I mentioned I have ordered multiple times and deliver has never been this bad, all I asked for what that they communicate with there customers about the timing it takes and he laughed and said “it takes 20 minutes alone for the pizza, so we did not tell you that delivery will be 20-30 minutes, your lying” as him and his friend continue to laugh. Then he proceeded to talk over me and hang up when I was finally allowed to speak. The pizza isn’t worth it and I will definitely not be returning after this encounter. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The service was quick, the size of the pizza not so great but it’s not bad for a place that delivers at any time of the night.

The verdict is in. I never knew that this place was in my neighborhood. This place has the best Donair, nice big chunks of tomato and onions. Delivery was fast and the driver was very polite. Highly recommended.

This place has gone downhill.
This used to be my favourite late night pizza spot. Now, it’s a miracle if you get anything edible out the door. We ordered two pizzas tonight and the pizza was literally raw. The dough was completely uncooked, the pizza was soggy, and the cheese wasn’t even golden. I’m so disappointed. Luckily, skip refunded this atrocity, but please, don’t waste your money on this place. This is twice in a row now that we’ve gotten inedible food. Last time we ordered donairs that had SOUR sweet sauce on them, we didn’t even take a bite because the smell was so repulsive. We decided to try one more time, and this is the last time. If there’s someone new in the kitchen, get them out, if it’s the same person, something is going on because they’re lacking bad. I was a long time late night customer but it’s just disgusting what’s coming out of this place!

This shops pizza is so good. Always hot and to perfection. There are so many great options.
A must try if you like homestyle pizza.

I travel 3 hrs to buy a donair from this place. Its hands down the best donair you could eat. Always come back any time I can. Supper nice staff.

Owner or whatever one of the guys are rude. Won't deal with them again. Saying that he called my cell and I didn't pick up when my phone didn't even ring. Telling me I shouldn't have a phone in the first place.

Ordered 2 pizzas, with a caesar salad and 10 wings of hot and 10 wings of teriyaki’s. First off waited 2 hours for our food arrive the pizza was cold and soggy they put ranch all over my hot wings when the menu clearly states ranch on the side and the salad tastes old. Wasted 82$ for garbage i seriously don’t recommend this place just sloppy.

I ordered on uber eats, and the person from store called me 2 times to confirm the details and they still mess up with order.when I called they kept passing the phone and the store manager refused to tell me his name and disconnected the call.they literally put garlic sauce on top of whole putine when I clearly told the person on phone that i am ordering for my kids and I wanted only meat and no sauces or veggies to be mixed. Rude people and no common sense.

Ordered from here 2nd time ever! Hubby loves the lasagna and my daughter and I wanted to try some of the other food here. So we tried a meatlovers pizza, donair and poutine. Pizza was amazing! Daughter got full from the poutine. And the donair was good with the sweet sauce. Can definitely see us going back. Establishment was clean and you are able to see right into the kitchen so you can watch them prepare food! Thank you for quick delicious supper! And almost forgot to mention the old school arcade games! They were fun to play!

Ordered a pizza online after getting home late from a trip. Hop in the shower and when I get out I had missed two calls from the pizza place. Weird but, ok. I call back. Person answers, no hello, rudely, "did you order? " Yes, I did. Proceeds to admonish me for not answering my phone in a really aggressive way. I'm like, "what? Did the driver come and I missed them while I was in the shower? " No, just making sure you will be home. Ok, ya. Tells me I need to "tone down the attitude". What? Then tells me the pizza will be another hour. That would be 90 minutes after ordering. This guy is so rude I don't even want the pizza so I tell him to cancel the order. Can't see myself wanting to support this business in the future.

The staff here are very personable and I appreciate being able to walk in here and order till till 4 am. I reccomend the bbq chicken pizza. Thanks All Hours!

No complaints, great food, fast delivery, the burgers are amazing. And the ol'skool arcade games are a must play before or after your order.

Used to love ordering from here and their website states city wide delivery but they refuse to deliver to millwoods or terwillager! Rude staff hangs up on you when you ask them why! They shouldn’t advertise city wide delivery if they refuse to deliver to certain areas! Severely disappointed in the way they conduct business

Me and my boyfriend get this almost every week.hands down best poutine and the wings are out of this world! They never fail to give the best service and the best food 10/10 highly recommend.

Just got there pizza to my hotel room. Wow never seen so much topping on a pizza. So good. I recommend the Donair pizza, delicious. Thank you all hours pizza

This business lies in the response to their reviews and is incredibly disrespectful to customers on the phone. They stuff ads under hotel room doors and on windshields and deny it in reviews. Such a rude unprofessional reply. I will NEVER eat here and I advise everyone the same. If you want to advertise you can pay for it like everyone else. Not harass people.

I just ordered donair combo with fries and it was probably the worst donair I’ve ever had in my life and I’m not one to even write a review I have never done so ever, so this should say something.

Flew in from out of town. It was late night 1: 30am, no other place was open and we haven't eaten anything. Found this place was open until 4AM on a holiday night. Ordered pizza and they called to confirm the order. When sat down to eat. OMG delicious. I would HIGHLY recommend this place over pizza hut, panago and all the others.

I had finished at a concert and it was late, this was the only place open and my girlfriend was excited to have the pizza. The order said estimated time would be 55 minutes. So I placed my order at 1am, and at 2: 30 tried calling the support number. It rang and rang and never got answered, I kept calling back every 5 minutes but no response, till the line was busy, but I still had no luck getting through. I have now stayed up 2 hours for pizza that I assume is never coming. Don’t waste your time ordering for pizza for it to never come. Super disappointed with the service and the complete lack of communication. 0 stars if I could.

Update: after 2 hours of calling I finally got thru, they were rude and unapologetic, topping it off with saying there too busy and had canceled my order. That would’ve been nice to know before I stayed up for 2hr’s waiting. What an embarrassment.
