Had All-Lock Rescue install a Smart Lock on at my parents house. From making the appointment to the 2 gentlemen who came out to do the install, the whole process was easy and enjoyable. Price was REALLY GREAT. Will use this company again for any locksmith needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I phoned lock surgeons and asked for a rough ballpark estimate for getting a new key for a lock i just lost the keys for. Lock surgeons wouldn't tell me anything not even some kind of a high number. I then phoned all lock and they not only gave me a reasonable price for the job but they charged me less than they quoted me. Thank you guys you really rescued me!

Highly appreciate the honestly of this shop for not start programing my new keybfobs without let me know this may delete remote starter fobs program. I will come again for next locksmith needs.

Great business. Called and needed them asap as I locked my toddler in my car, in his car seat. Long story…. Todd showed up in 20min or less and helped me out. Hope I don’t need again, but if I do I’ll call them first.

I had All-Lock Rescue come help me with one of our rental properties yesterday. We have used them before, and their service is usually very prompt, professional & straight forward. They were able to get us booked in (with only 2 days notice) to have the mailbox keys, apartment suite locks all changed, as well as cutting the padlock in the storage unit downstairs. The actual service was prompt and there were no issues with that, however they told me they would be able to have someone “on-site" between 2-4pm. At 4pm, I received a phone call they were headed to my rental. Upon arrival, the locksmith realized she did not have the proper tools to cut an electric (keypad) style lock; and said she would need to go back to HQ to get them. She told me that would take about 1 hour, & asked if I would be OK with that. I let her know that was fine, as I had a couple errands to run in the area anyways. However, by 6: 20pm, she still did not come back. I called All-Lock Rescue, to inquire, as I was wondering what was going on. It turns out that my locksmith got called out onto an "emergency", and forgot to notify me. She ended up returning at about 7pm, and completed the job by about 7: 30pm. Definitely something to consider, when deciding to go with All-Lock Rescue for help in the future.

Had my 2004 KLX key made off of the barrel measurements. I spoke to multiple locksmiths and most was making up excuses and wasting time to not do the work. These guys did it in couple hours. Helped me load/unload. Curtis was very helpful. 100% recommend them

Great customer service from Wolfdang, was ready to come see me in a matter of hours. A display of professionalism, prompt to answer question I had regarding the re keying service, and was very convenient so that I wouldnt have had to wait til the next day. All lock rescue literally rescued us from a difficult situation. We had lost the only key to our vehicle. Not only they squeezed us in,
into an already fully booked day (which is greatly appreciated) but they also sent this amazing guy named Wolfgang. He was very patient with our difficult to Crack lock and we couldn't thank him enough to make sure he got us a key anyhow. He also managed to get us an AMA discount which people get if they have AMA membership, along with additional discount he gave us from his end. We are recommending them to everyone in our circle who will be in need. Great job guys!

Todd rekeyed our building for 1/2 of what Lock Surgeon charged us last time. Great service. Will use them again.

I contacted them if they can have a replica of my drawer's lock key, they emailed me back requesting the kind of key I'm using. I took the picture of the key, but I have never heard back from them, it is about more than 3 weeks.

I just phoned 3 other places before this one and they only have mobile service. They charge $30 for the service call and then $45 for the minimum charge - but I might as well go and buy a new deadbolt and install it. But when I phoned All-Lock Rescue he suggested I lubricate the lock first and if that doesn't work I can bring it into their shop. When someone offers free advice over the phone, that is the place you want to do business with!

Fast, affordable and great customer service. Simon was able to open a lock that I had been told by another company was "impossible to open". I won't ever call anyone else again; All-Lock-Rescue were superb.

They were so nice. They helped me cut a key that nobody including the dealership could cut.and i brought the blank in and no questions asked! Several dealerships recommended them as well!

Forgot our roof rack keys in Regina on a long weekend vacation. After calling many places we got ahold of Terry at All-lock Rescue. He met us at a park and even though he didn’t have the right stuff in his van he went back to his shop and met us at another place in the city at the end of the day. I called All-Lock-Rescue for an after-hours lock-out of my car - they arrived when they said they would and were quick and efficient in getting me back into my car.

My husband needed to replace a well worn key for the car and was blown away at the customer service and the affordability! The staff were helpful, took the time to make sure the keys worked before cashing him out. Definitely recommend and will return for any other lock help we need.

Excellent! Locksmith called me when they were ready to come out, as promised by the representative over the phone. The locksmith arrived on-time and upon examining the lock, let me know that that type of lock can be re-keyed easily, meaning the cost would be less than replacing the lock. Work was done within 25 minutes for re-keying the deadbolt lock. Professional and friendly service! Highly recommended! Thank you!

I was worried my ignition went or I needed to replace the tumbler because my key wouldn't turn at all. I got a quote that was 1/3rd of what the Honda dealership told me and I towed my car down to the shop. Within a half hour Curtis told me that my ignition was fine and that it was just that my key was extremely worn out. I ended up paying for a new key and my problems were solved. If I have any lock related issues in the future I'll be returning for sure. Honesty is hard to find and I found it here.

My wife broke her key in the car ignition and phoned around edmonton to see who could help. A friend suggested all lock and I'm super glad he did. They came out in -30 on a last minute call and she was back on the road in no time, for half the cost of other quotes my wife got! Todd doesn't know it yet but he just became my new best friend. A really bad experience trying to return an item I bought there with their really bad advice. I find this people very rude and unfriendly all the way from the management to the bottom. Both times, when buying and returning.
I will never go back there. Makes you wonder if its because I am a woman and with an accent.

I had a problem with my BMW lock trying to put all the pieces together from a repair kit that I had bought over the internet. I phoned and a young man who answered by the name of Curtis was very polite and pleasant and agreed to help me out promptly. I visited their location and within minutes he solved my problem, he gave me a good price and sent me on my way very happy. Great experience!

Curtis (from the 11709 170 Street location) made a new key for my 2007 Ford Five Hundred (chip key) with zero issues. He was fast and informed me of ANY concern from my perspective. Very considerate, professional and quick. The price was AMAZING compared to AEGIS (who I DON'T recommend for the record).
