I have been to this location three times now with different vehicles with all of them being big trucks from dodge 5500 to F550 and F350 and I am very pleased with the work and staff. I have to say in all the years I have had work done to my fleet this has been the best experience. I would recommend this company to anybody.

These guys do great work! Very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was done right and talked with insurance on my behalf about things to fix on my vehicle.

I was recently in an accident that required dent removal and paint to my beloved car. I was so happy with the service provided. Not only did my car come back to me flawless, the interactions I had with the staff were above the rest. From the moment I arrived to the day I picked up my car I was greeted with a warm reception. They went above and beyond for me and now I will pay it forward and only use All Makes as my go to for body work.

Staff is all super friendly and very clean business! Will be coming back again for all my future vehicle services.

Jag is the worst, rude and oblivious to how others feel. A business that supports these types of employees are the worst.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and quality of work from their auto glass replacement team, and also their auto glass repair team. I've been very happy with the OEM windshield I had put into my truck, and when I went in to get a rock chip repair done, the gentleman advised me that it was not all the way through and so should not be repaired at this time.

He could have taken my money and charged me for service I didn't need, but instead he gave me good advice and let me know what I needed and didn't need at that time.

Also, and I really appreciate this, everyone is very friendly and no one is pushy.

The customer service here was absolutely awesome! My truck was in for PDR (thanks to Calgary’s notorious hailstorms) and Ali handled all the details, from coordinating insurance to lining up my rental. The repairs make it look as good as new! Thanks all!

Previous work that was done was excellent no complaints. Today Front desk lady was very friendly. Did a walk in for private quote and was told they were too busy to assist me. (with an office full of people staring a computers). Thank you for the complete lack of customer service. I guess they have enough business they don't need mine. Just goes to show customer service is on the bottom of the list once again. My car will be completely redone somewhere else.

I went in for an appointment at 11 AM on a Saturday for an insurance quote. Jason Lush was the one to help me, her was friendly and professional. He pointed out to me that my frame had been bent due to the accident, this was overlooked by a different body shop i had gone to no less than 12hr prior. Called in for a quick estimate, showed up 20 minutes later and a bearded guy gave me a rough estimate for damage on a bumper politely and efficiently, explaining all aspects of price and repair! 5/5 would recommend for anybody in a fender bender collusion!

Clips broken and or missing. Damaged the tint on my rear window. With even the slightest movement of air outside the vehicle I can hear whistling through my weatherstripping. I've been to numerous body shops over the years and to me, these guys are like kids playing in a sandbox. Would only recommend to people I don't like.

Edit: The headlamp assembly that was installed was subpar to the factory, I added a couple pictures, will add more later when I get more time.

Thank you Donna and Jason for SUPERB service today! Donna was so helpful, friendly and polite while booking my appointment for an estimate, and then when I arrived for my estimate, they were able to fix the issue while I was there. IN LESS THAN 20 minutes! The sensor in the front bumper became dislodged and the Ford Dealership advised that I would need a whole new bumper that would cost over $2000 with labour in order to fix. All Makes was able to provide a couple of options and then re-attached it in the existing undamaged bumper. I drove far across the city because this place came highly recommended.

He told me the quote would be $1500 which is way more then the rest of the quotes I’ve gotten. Then he offered a paper quote so I could see the full break down.

To my surprise it went up to $2300. I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t agree to the $1500 cause he would have overcharged me in the end.

Either way I feel like he took advantage of me as a lady who came with a child. I bet if I would have sent my bf alone the price wouldn’t have been changed.

Overall my first impression was you can’t trust these people.

I just had my car in for hail damage. All Makes Collision went above and beyond expectations. I Highly recommend them. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The facility is clean and comfortable. Pricing was also great for windshield replacement so I had that done at the same time. Can't beat one stop shopping when you work full-time. Thank you all.

All makes Is a useless repair facility!
Three years ago my wife was hit from behind in her Lincoln mkx. I had to go back three times to get the work they missed like not tightening the rear hatch bolts or lights not getting hooked up.that should have told me something about the kind of work they do.
Three months after the accident my wife said the traffic indicator stopped working. I took it into a certigard automotive repair centre in Calgary and was told the left rear sensors attachment harness was broken and not making correct contact. A replacement was 1200.00 plus labour and I told him you must be kidding. After some conversation he agreed to try and fix it. The repair had lasted for over three years up to the day my wife was hit from behind again this time on the exact spot the sensor is.
Last month (feb 2019) My wife was hit from behind again and not only was their damage to the wheel and bumper the sensor stopped working.
I told the estimator that the sensor was repaired three years ago out of my pocket because they missed it and he said he would look into it.
Got the car back with the sensor not working and not only that they said it was not covered because it was repaired and not replaced.
I told them that yes it was repaired because they obviously missed it in the repair they did three years ago and I wasn't paying almost 1400.00 for their f*%k up I reminded them (now I'm speaking to the manager) that I had to pay once for the mistake they made and that it was working before the accident and I wasn't paying again.
He said he would have the owner call me and guess what. A month later was still have a car that's not fixed right and no phone call from the owner. This place is a joke! And I will tell me story to everyone I know and will give All Makes the worst review for others to read and hopefully take their business to a more honest and reputable establishment.

They do good work, but one of the receptionists is very slow. I spoke with her twice on the phone. Both times should have been a quick two minute call that ended up taking 15 minutes. I know she's new, but she needs someone helping her until she is competent on her own.

The work itself was done well, but on my drive home my hub cap fell off and one of the coverings inside my car fell off today. Need to take a little more care in reassembling your vehicle.

Outstanding service and staff! Their attention to detail is simply the best. I never have to take my car anywhere else!
