Just had a new set of tires put on by these guys on my (new/used) 2016 triumph street triple R.
They were very accommodating and basically fit me in on a day's notice so I could ride for the weekend.
I will probably get some names wrong but Ashley and Christine were awesome at the front desk. Michell the mechanic was very personable and Jeremy was so.good and did a fantastic job with the tire install and reassuring me the bike was in tip top shape as well as going through a few things to watch out for.

Great place for a bike rental and gear! Tina assisted me in finding the perfect fit for the rental of my bike, jacket, gloves and helmet and gave me excellent tips for my road test. Definitely recommend this place for all your motorcycle needs.

At All Season Motorsports in Calgary they inmediately knew what I needed. Called from down the road when my bike broke down and needed a whole rebuilt of swing arm, rear wheel and brake. In 3 minutes all was arranged and planned. As I am from overseas and my bike (XT660Z) was never sold in Canada the parts needed to be shipped in from Europe. Shipping details were shared and the arrival of the parts monitored by All Seaons (Sterling). Anwyn was ready to get on the job as I and the parts arrived nearly simultanously. Anwyn worked hard to get me riding out of there the same day, wasn't it that the parts had a 2 hour delay and I needed some sleep.

If you want to deal with down to earth, all around good people to add to your motoring memories, I highly recommend this place. I had a bike reserved at a different business but when it fell through I called All Season to see what they had. From the initial phone conversation with Christina, to meeting her and Zack in person, I knew this was going to be a great experience. I was treated like a friend, got a great bike and already planning on booking again.

The Team at All Seasons were great, they explained everything to me in plain English and offered me the new Husky 901, which had bearly any kilometres on it.
The staff were very friendly and fitted me our with all the gear.
Had a great ride and enjoyed the experience. Only one note.you will need to be prepared to part with the $4000 deposit upfront, which in my case was very quickly refunded when the bike checked out.

This company is running a dishonest business.for about $85 worth of minor damage to the dirt bike, one mechanic estimated they took $700. They make money not on rent, but on fake repairs. Avoid them if you don't want to lose money

After driving the new Norden 901 in the Spring I returned to rent the GS 1200 BMW, Tina worked out a great deal and i was off going south to Vulcan and up through the Kananaskis to see the beautiful fall colors over to Morley on the 1 a and across on horse creek road down then up on the bearpaw rd.just over 400kms.
Before you buy rent to know. Or just rent to see the fall colors,

Bought my motorcycle from the shop last year and the employees were amazing. They helped me out and we got everything figured out, great deal on the bike I purchased. Went back yesterday to purchase some parts I needed for maintenance and Chip helped me out wonderfully and got me set up for what I needed.

I recently reached out to Christina to secure a couple rentals for an upcoming weekend. She took my multiple calls and questions about renting while we coordinated with a group for our camping trip. Unfortunately, In true alberta fashion there was multiple days of torrential downpour rain and prevented us from getting to our camping spot. Two days before our rental all of this happened. Christina allowed us to reschedule for an alternative date without any penalties and she was so fantastic! The customer service is phenomenal! Thanks Christina!

What can I say that's not already been said. Customer service is truly amazing. Kristina took the time to make my rental experience happen. From the first inquiry to the rental drop off the experience was simple and above expectations. She was in communication multiple times and ensured everything was ready and perfect for my day ride with my young son. Thank you so much

Pathetic experience. One of the worst ran places I have ever seen. Unbelievably poor organization. The lady that runs the rentals “department” is a joke. Doesn’t return calls, doesn’t answer calls, never at her desk when I showed up. Waited 10 min for her to come back, then she comes back and leaves before even servicing us. Pathetic management and an awful place. Wouldn’t recommend.

Tina is wonderful. Through multiple rentals, she has been extremely friendly and accommodating. I'm always glad to see her at the front desk, and know she'll help me with what I need.

Recently moved to Calgary and needed a routine service and OPI for my dual sport bike. Sterling and the shop staff were great. They went out of their way to take care of the details that make for excellence customer service. I learned about All Season Motorsports through Too Cool Motorcycle School. After completing my training course at Too Cool, I needed to rent a bike in order to take the Class 6 road test, so I contacted All Season and spoke to Tina. She was very helpful, and I was pleased to be able to rent the same bike I used at the school (Honda Grom) and to learn that they could provide an escort to the nearby New Urban Registry. Their service greatly simplifies the process of taking the class 6 road test. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They have a nice selection of bikes to rent, and I plan to take their Africa Twin for an afternoon ride in the near future. Special thanks to Tina for her friendly helpfulness, to Tom for discussing various bikes with me and to Fin for escorting me to the road test and for his helpful tips.

My bike was having issues. Brought it here. Customer service was great and actual service was great. Costs maybe a tad on the expensive side, but that might just be my ignorance in what these things typically cost. Overall great service and will be back.

Wow where to start, the level of professionalism and patience they showed in diagnosing my bike or the absolutely rock bottom pricing when i got it back. Denis is amazing to deal with up front and tom the mechanic will answer any question no matter how inane. These guys are the best!

30+ years in the automotive business has taught me a couple of things about customer service and it's SO refreshing to be able to report the team at All Season Motorsports 'gets it'! From my initial phone inquiry with Dennis and then my subsequent visit for new tires, brakes, and battery for my 'Blackbird', I have nothing but THE BEST things to say about (Manager) Tom's people! From Christina at the door, to Mary (who installed my Michelins etc) in the shop, they are first rate people and a true joy to deal with. I cannot express how high the level of customer service is at this location, from the manager to the rental department, the whole experience was amazing.

They got me a bike on such short notice and made sure all the documentation was sorted out in a timely manner. The staff helped with the loading and unloading of the bike. The whole thing was stress and hassle free.

This is a terrific business. We rented two snowmobiles over the Christmas break and our family had such a spectacular experience. The machines were in amazing condition and the process was flawless every step of the way. The Customer Service was the best I seen in any rental business. Kristina ensured we were well taken care of and she went above and beyond to sure everything was absolutely magical for our family.

Really great place to rent motorsport equipment. I am returning customer for ATV'S and we never leave dissapointed. Stuff is very friendly and accommodating, equipment is close to new and no issues with renting, returns etc. Definitely a great spot to grab all you need before you head out from the city. Shop and service is also 5 star so give them a try!

Came in to buy a set of tires and get them mounted up, best service i've had from a shop in the Calgary area in the 18 years of having bikes here. I was able to come in buy tires, they got them in the next day, I dropped the bike off and got it back end of day.

I dont think they deserve a star at all. Brought my bike in for tires to be put on, which I purchased through them. Asked if they could give an opinion on my clutch lever not a repair just an opinion. He took my bike for test ride after tire install which is normal practice after installing tires. He said my clutch felt fine and lever squeaked so he put lube on it. They added $25.00 plus $8.00 shop supplies for the diagnostic work lol. He said it should have been more but they were giving me a deal, apparently the tech took quite a bit of time on the squeak. I told them that I felt this charge was taking advantage of me. He was adamant that I had to pay. For 25 +8 it was money well spent to learn what they are all about. I was a repeat customer last year spent couple thousand there. I will never recommend them to anyone I know or run into and will never Spend another penny at this shop. Use this information as you see fit. Happy riding to all. Over and Out

They provided me with a full explanation of the repair process and they were always available by phone and email. We rented a razor and 4 wheeler from here, the staff was great, the equipment worked amazing, price was more than reasonable, we will be returning for sure.

I'd rate them 10 stars if I could. I needed a huge list of work done on my Harley Sportster so they came and picked it up from my house just before last winter set in. Chris the mechanic did an absolute amazing job on it. It rode and shifted so much better after I got it back. All the time spent at the shop, and all the work done on it, and there wasn't even a scratch on it. They definitely take good care of your bike and are very careful when working on it.

And Melissa the Manager, well let me tell you. Super friendly and personable, patient with me (I was so indecisive), knowledgeable, professional, and has great taste in colour matching, accessory choices etc. She helped me make decisions I was struggling with:)

I truly believe you'll be happy should you decide to bring your bike to them. I've had bikes worked on by other shops here in Calgary over the past 25 years. None of them compare. Not even close! I will definitely return when my bike needs attention.

UPDATE: I took my motorcycle in for the spring service. No surprise, but it was quick, reasonably priced, and the staff remembered me and were very friendly right from the get go. They also seem to love my bike, and I bought a riding mask from them that looks deadly. Thank you Melissa! If I could, I would give you 5 more stars for a total of 10/5!

EARLIER REVIEW: So there is a motorcycle expert named Kelly M who is a friend and neighbour, and I have relied on her help since starting out as a junior rider last year. When I mean expert, I mean she has been riding forever, is obsessed with motorbikes, and neighborhood riders go to her for all advice when she is hanging out at the local. I too always seek her advice, so called her up when I took my little 250cc bike out for the first time this season and got a flat! I managed to safely get to a gas station, but the tire wasn't taking any air so something was wrong with the tube. I made plans to tow it to where Kelly used to work, and Kelly told me to give Jason a call at All Season Motorsports.

Needless to say, I was incredibly impressed with how quickly Jason knew which tire size and tube I was talking about, even though I had barely any idea of what I was talking about! He said he would get me in the same day if I got it towed to him. So I did, and the team at All Season hooked me up for a very cheap cost and quick turnaround. I was back on the road again same afternoon. Thank you Kelly, Jason and the team at All Season! I was wondering where to book my Spring tune up before I start havin a blast this upcoming season, and I'm all set to see them again next week!

The service and parts department are always very friendly and knowledgeable! Their pricing is excellent and the staff provides tremendous service! They provided towing when I needed it, and cleaned up my bike making it look brand new once returned! 100% recommend them to anyone!

These guys are seriously awesome. I was buying a helmet but they didn't have my size and had to order it. I needed it that day so they just lent me one of their (brand new) rental helmets. The guy being served in front of me spent 10x what I did but I was still served with the same great customer service. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

Talked with the store manager Melissa. Wow. Great customer service. Helped me out and checked the bike, gave me a credit and made sure everything was perfect.

This place treats their customers like we matter. I will definitely be back!

Picked up my bike, had a mess on both sides of engine that hadn't been cleaned up after their service, the choke cable does not stay on any settings now except completely off. They said the mechanic spent almost an hour trying to find my seat release cable (I had called previously to explain where it is located. Obviously that person did not communicate with the mechanic). And there's scratches on my gas tank that weren't there previously.

I unfortunately do not recommend this place.

Melissa, at the service desk was very nice when I picked up my bike though, hence the 2 stars instead of 1 or less.

Sorry but I had a terrible experience with this company as they refused to issue me a refund even though I followed they're cancellation policy perfectly. So I booked a rental motorcycle, about a week before my rental date I called in to cancel my reservation (I ended up buying a bike instead). The person I talked to on the phone got my name and said it was all good to go. Fast forward a week and I get an email saying I did not show up and that I would be charged the full amount.
I immediately emailed back explaining that I had called in to cancel. Never got a response. Several days later I call in and am told by the person on the phone that a manager will call me back the next day since she wasn't in at the time. I never got that call. Several more days go by and I call again, where I am once again told that they would sort it out and call me back. I never got called back. This brings me to today where I called for the third time where I was finally able to speak to a manager Malissa. She explained to me that because I didn't have the name of the sales rep I talked to on the phone when I tried to cancel, there's no proof that I cancelled and there's nothing they can do for me (who in there right mind would remember the name of a customer service agent from a month ago, that's not even something that ever comes up). This company messed up by not putting me in the system when I called to cancel and I get blamed for it because I'm not able to prove that I called in. They stole $89 from me that they refuse to refund. (I eventually got offered $75 as a credit for a future rental? I'm never going to rent from them again so it's pretty much useless.

I've never taken the time to write a review before, but after this experience I felt it necessary. Horrible customer service. I wished I read Melissa's "professional" responses to the negative reviews on here before booking my bike in here. I dropped the bike off for an Out Of Province on Thursday, they had said it failed for a couple reasons, I asked for a quote on the repairs, had to call Melissa 3 times asking for a quote, she finally got back to me Saturday and I said I would pick the bike up and do the work myself. She then said that the fork seals were already done, as well as some electrical, but they had to wait for the new turn signal to come in, as it was "hanging by the wires" I said it wasn't broken when it was dropped off, and then she said the mechanic said I told him I broke it, which didn't happen. I said they weren't authorized to do any of the work, and she said that they could undo the seal work, then a few minutes later said they didn't do my seals, it was a different bike they worked on. Completely disorganized. In the end I paid for the OPI and $80 in "electrical troubleshooting" which was replacing a licence plate bulb and a turn signal bulb, I have no idea what was or wasn't done to the forks. Their service writer seems like a decent guy, acknowledging that there are some major problems with the manager's customer service.

Rented a quad, double trailer, helmets and straps for a short hunting trip. Great experience renting and picking up. No hassles, good suggestions, friendly from front desk to equipment bays. On the way home the trailer's bearings blew out. Texted the emergency number and in a couple of hours they arrived, unhooked the trailer and let us get on our way while they took care of it. Couldn't recommend this place more. Great service.

They serviced both my Vstrom and Harley. Misplaced keys to the Harley but delivered it to me for free and gave me a gift certificate for the inconvenience.

Brought my bike in to have the tires changed on short notice this weekend. Staff was fantastic, tires were in stock and they had them mounted in no time at a reasonable price. Will do all my services here going forward!

Went here to get a new tire, the people were very nice, Jason and Kelly gave me a great deal and the shop did an excellent job on tire, It is great to have traction once again, I would recommend seeing what these people can do for you, I will use them again due to their professionalism and great customer service. Great rental equipment, worked great and was in good condition and super friendly service and great prices. Only little thing would be that the helmets they rented with the machines were super uncomfortable so might consider bringing or buying your own. I will rent from them again! But will also bring my own helmet.

Used this company last summer for service. Very slow to get any work completed and get back to me. Bike had to go in again as work incomplete. I left a review last year but their reply was completely incorrect to the point where I think they had me confused with another customer, hence another review. Once again, very poor and rude front desk girl Melissa. I now do all my own work to save wasting time and money dealing with this level of business.
WITH REGARDS TO THE RESPONSE BELOW: There was NO verbal abuse towards any staff members, I actually commended 2 staff (Jay & Nick) in my original review. I was never rude to any staff members. I did not say I wasn't happy to pay, even though they charged more than the original quote, I still paid. I was never told anything about being "black listed", this is obviously a fabrication made up by the person responding to online reviews. I did wait 3 weeks before I was eventually contacted about the work needed on my bike and was given false info about the repair needed. Upon pick up I was told by Melissa that the bike didn't need to be run in after having the work completed, the tech in the shop told me completely the opposite to this! The work was not completed properly and had to be picked up again. The attitude of the front desk person Melissa was awful, she was extremely rude and since reading this recent response have been firmly reminded what a joke of a company this is.
I strongly recommend that anyone should think twice about using this disgrace of a shop.
All Season Motorsports, you should be ashamed & think twice before making up lies and slander about a customer. You could end up digging yourself into a very deep hole. Good luck with your shoddy business venture. If I could remove your poor ONE star I would.

I took my motorcycle in for a Out of Province and a coolant flush. I had a issue with regards to not enough coolant added after the flush. The information I was given at the time with regards of what would be done to rectify the problem was unacceptable for what had happened. I had left a negative response. Since then I have heard from Melissa at All Season. The apology and offer that I have had to rectify the problem is far and above anything I have experienced before from a motorcycle dealer in the 30 years I have been riding bikes.
This is something that just makes you say WOW!
People make mistakes, but when someone stands to fix the problem, it is refreshing to see.
