All Weather Windows was the supplier of the windows and doors in my previous house. Having had an issue with one exterior door around 1.5 years ago, and after a few crews coming out to try and fix the issue, they finally sent Denver out. He was nothing short of amazing! He fixed all the issues I was facing with the exterior door. It was because of Denver that I called All Weather out to my new (er) house (it was built in 2017) that we just moved in to. Again, I was having some issues with 3 exterior doors. I specifically requested Denver to come out. Well, he came out today to do the work and he (along with 2 other crew) were nothing short of amazing! I will continue to use AWW for my window and door needs, and I recommend you do too!

I could not be more thrilled with All Weather. I have worked with Gord on multiple projects along side Jacek and Eva to install the products. The entire team is refined and professional from the show room to the delivery associates. I will be completing the rest of my house with All Weather when the time comes.

Windows are good, but not the installers in Saskatchewan - Prairie Dog Construction, from Regina. I would buy windows from a manufacturer who warrants the window and the installation.

From the beginning to the install it all went smoothly.until I got home and tried to open the crank window and the handle came off in my hands. I have the same type if windows in my home so I know how to open the window. I am quite disappointed that this happened the day the door was installed. I left several emails to Mitch and never got an answer on any of them. Funny how they will take your $4000 quickly, but never return an email. It makes you wonder, will I use this company again or even recommend? Not sure about that. My pet peve is being ignored after they have all my money. Just sayin.

We waited months for our windows to arrive and ended up very disappointed when they came damaged (scratched glass panels, beat up frames, and 1 incorrect size). We were also disappointed with the quality and customer service as we would have expected better for the amount spent. I have been told on 4 separate occasions that I will be contacted within 1-2 weeks but not once have I been contacted within the promised time frame. I have had to chase down answers and am again waiting for a call that was promised for last week.
Original order date was June, delivery was Oct, and still waiting for answers on my damaged windows today.

Extremely disappointed with our windows and so far now, one of our doors. Pretty sure the other two doors will follow.
Replaced all our windows and doors in 2017. Within 2 years, we had to start getting them replaced because of broken seals. More replaced last year again and now, every single window left in our house, and now one of our patio doors, have broken seals. Apparently no warranty because we are past the 5 year mark. We had NO idea that we were spending $30K+ on windows with a 5 year warranty on seals! We would have certainly done our research if that was the case. Our old 20 year windows were literally in better shape of most of these that are just a few years old.
This was definitely a faulty batch of windows and we suspect it was known when this mess started and feel there are many other customers with the same issues during this time frame!

Do your research, especially with seal warranties if you are replacing your windows. Who can afford to replace them every 5 years or tolerate foggy glass until you can afford to replace them again? What an expensive joke!

When I had the window cleaners do my windows in September, they informed me that some on the windows lost their seal. These are triple pane casement windows.
I called All Weather Windows replaced all my windows and doors on my house in 2004, they informed me that I don't exist in their system, I did find some copies of the deposit and install dates and emailed them.
All Weather have a 20 year warranty, but they updated their warranty in 2006, and it's pro-rated, so they would cover 25% of the cost, I cover 75% plus installation costs.
Now here is the problem I have with the customer service, they lost my records and file for all the window sizes, they want to charge me about 120.00 to come out to measure the windows for insert replacement, why should I pay to have my windows remeasured, since they lost my file?

Go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache. Replaced 9 windows and three doors (including garage) to the tune of $17,000. The second measurements were not done correctly for two doors (Garage and Front). The garage one opened up the wrong way and had to be re-ordered. The front door was ordered small and they didn't check this before they ripped out the front door so had to temporarily insert the front door using extra lumber. 8 weeks later the doors arrived at the shop and a couple more weeks to get the doors installed. The back door let in ants and sunshine so had them come out to fix that. Today the same back door was frosted up. The temperature outside right now is -13C and the temperature inside at the back door is a balmy 7C while the rest of the house is 20C. I can't wait for a -30C day.

The first set of installers who did the initial doors and windows were quick. Too quick. One screen (which by the way does not keep out small mosquitoes) was torn and one window frame was damaged when they inserted the lock. They did not putty the nail holes which we found out should have been done by them when the second crew of installers came to install the re-ordered doors and deliver the new window screen.

There are also marks between the window panes from manufacturing because they were not removed when the windows were professionally cleaned. I am placing another repair request for that back door, but our original door was doing a better job.

Have a broken window at our house, have been trying to get in touch with anyone from all weather windows (who installed the window) for months now in order to get this fixed. They refuse to call me back or give me any information. They promise warranty on windows, but that is pretty useless if they won’t even get in contact for you to be able to use it.

Ive been very excited to get this new window cut and installed into my stairwell. I ordered it in June and paid half up front. The window is delivered and has been laying in my yard since September. The install day came and the installers were not comfortable doing the install because they felt the person in charge of the quote didn't prepare them enough to build the window support properly. I was rebooked for 3 weeks later. The installers no showed. They give you a 1 hour time frame to wait for installers to show up. 20 mins after the time frame passed I called to inquire. The receptionist had to get back to me. 10 mins later I got a call back saying the installer called in sick. I have now wasted two full days, taken time off work for this. They said they would get back to me with a new install date. 6 days go by without any word. I called again to inquire and the receptionist tells me they rebooked me for 2 weeks later but failed to ask me if I could make that day work, or to communicate at ALL about this booking. The day arrives and now it's too cold outside. I understand the weather is out of our control. It's rebooked. TODAY it is +1, they have seen the yard, the window is here, they are prepped to build this support. The installer actually shows up! "Your yard is too sloped to put scaffolding on in the winter this has to be rebooked for spring" SEE ATTACHED PHOTO (they had already seen my yard previous to this day) The only slope, is the 'TO CODE' grade away from the house to prevent water damage. My yard is as flat as any normal backyard. I have NOT had my window installed. I have already paid just over $1500 towards a service that they are now saying I won't receive for a year from when I paid. My window is now covered in snow laying in my yard for the next 8 months? I have YET to hear back from All Weather Windows about a solution. I sure hope they have one.

I built a custom home in 2019 and have had to have several pieces of glass replaced due to seal failure nd I am still waiting for my 2 large patio door glass replaced for seal failure as well. I had initially contacted All Weather in late February, early March/22 and it was determined that we would wait for warm weather in June. All glazing except patio doors were replaced as the patio door replacements were the wrong size. Had to wait until October for replacement panes. Turns out they are the wrong size as well. Now waiting until the so called correct size is ready, who know when. Went through spring, summer and now fall to get this replaced. Would not recommend.

Installation was already delayed since September, finally was scheduled Nov. 1,12pm-4pm. Installer doorbelled 13: 27pm was in the living room and didnt hear anything. Left at 13: 29. Called him at 13: 38 and voila need to rechedule as they wont comeback again. Told my wife they waited 10 minutes and camera says otherwise.

Love the service from this company. Had a leak in the top of my door. The service rep came out, identified the problem, and had it fixed by the technician. I have had All Weather Windows for many years in a few houses, and have never been let down. Strongly recommend this company.

I have Been trying to get warranty work done since last may 2022. I keep calling every 2 weeks and they keep telling me they will have someone phone me back to make an appointment…… And it never happens. I have spent over $20,000 dollars with them. My last order of windows was ordered June 2021 and was told that they would be in September. Never showed. I called was told that they didn’t have me on file…… they raced over right away Re measured didn’t get them until November 2021. No one show until December to install them. I will taking my business elsewhere for my future orders

All Weather Windows provided us a 6-8 week wait time to have the window gap in the photo remedied, we reached out to the customer service department as we hoped to have the gap closed before winter hits.

After multiple ignored phone calls and emails our situation culminated this morning in Lori Stuseck (customer service) yelling at me on the phone that every customer has to wait 6-8 weeks. Less than an hour later we noticed All Weather Windows trucks working on our builder's showhome which is 3 doors down from us. Those employees were very respectful and helpful, they ended up fixing our window on the spot.

In retrospect, this seems like a very simple solution that could've been offered to us if someone took a look at the company's scheduled work that day and the location of my home - which they have. Instead of that, Lori opted to yell at me over the phone that every customer has to wait 6-8 weeks for service.

The window installers who came from All Weather Windows were very professional and completed installing 4 windows and cleaning up after themselves in a prompt fashion. The windows look great and function well also. I would definitely use their services again!

Multiple frustrating experiences. Broke trim when replacing a defective window under warranty. Replaced trim with wrong color and will not fix/change. Wrecked weather stripping when repairing a sliding glass door. This one they will come back to fix but long waits to get service back out to house.

I was happy with the windows and they seem to be ok. The pricing was competitive.
I so have a major concern. But Randy has addressed this issue in a timely manner.

We were under the impression this company stood behind their products.
We have windows installed that are leaking and doors that won’t seal.
They will not repair the leaks or adjust the doors.
I would advise that if you use this company they won’t stand behind their products.

Gord was very accommodating with our every changing decisions. Windows were ordered September 2020 and installed November 2020. Ernie and his installation team were first class! Was some small issues noted after install and a service appointment was quickly booked to get them taken care of January 2021. The small deficiencies were corrected and the deficiencies with the glass on one window was noted, a service appointment would be set up for a replacement at a later date by Mitch, after months of unreturned emails, I contacted in May 2021 Gord and he made sure I got a response, I had also discovered additional deficiencies with the trim when repainting my house, broken trim pieces were used in areas you wouldn’t see unless above the window, once again arranged for the small deficiencies to be corrected and was told his manager would be in touch. Again months past with no response from Mitch, in October 2021i once again contacted Gord and this time I got a response from Kurt, Kurt said he would get the glass ordered and set up an install, install was finally set for January 2022, install day came and I get an email notification that the glass was dropped and broken, they said they would issue a $150 cheque for my wife’s inconvenience of have to miss a day of work for nothing. A new install date was set for March 2022, install date came and once again I get an email notification from Kurt that once again my replacement glass was dropped and broken…. Was told that Diane the manager would be in contact, have left her voice mails and have had follow up emails sent to her by Kurt and Gord and no response, it is now May 2022 and I’m still waiting for deficiencies that were noted by their techs in January 2021and no $150 for the first day wasted waiting for their techs, maybe a phone call next time. Will definitely be using someone else for the replacement of my remaining windows! Very unprofessional company

I had their windows installed in my home 6 years ago and I can only describe the experience as a Gong Show. Fast forward 6 years and I made the huge mistake of contacting them again to install some windows in my daughter’s house. After booking an installation date and making arrangements they contacted me at 5: 00 pm the day before install because windows were not ready, this is 14 weeks after deposit was made. Rebooked for 4 days later and when installers showed up they were the wrong windows, can’t be installed. Ten days later they have the windows to install and installation is booked but the installer had to cancel this time. Send off email to customer service rep and ask for response, no response. Call said representative and ask for call back, no response, it’s only after I call and ask for the contact for renovations manager did I get a call back. After windows are installed I mentioned to the installer that there are scratches in the PVC window frame and he tells me that I can sand them out with some fine sandpaper, thanks! I will NEVER, EVER give this company another dime! As an addition to this previous post, I was told by the owner that this poor review was forwarded to the regional manager. It’s been almost three weeks and there still hasn’t been any follow up from this individual. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I just have windows replacement today, and was dissatisfied with the service. After replacing new one, the window looks so dirty, I asked if your crew can wipe the external side, they said it has been wiped and rushing left the job site. If I don't have warranty job on the other window, I would not use their service/product.

*Update: I've called customer service to complain, so the guys came back and cleaned this up. Thanks.

Purchased 6 windows, 2 with solar Ultra violet treatment, one was installed in the wrong room. Talked to the installer at the time of installation but it was not taken seriously. Contacted the company and changes are scheduled for May, 3 months after the initial installation. Window trim was put back on the windows but poorly and nail holes were not filled in, sills had silicon trails left on them.

Very poor customer service. Scheduled delivery and installation about a month in advance. They never showed up to deliver and would not return my call. The next day the installers arrived, eventhough there were no windows. Still would not answer/return my call. After three unreturned voice-mails and a couple of days I had to get ahold of the office the put me in contact with the customer service representative. All they could say was that they are very busy. I would not recommend using this company simply based on their poor customer service and willingness to ignore a paying customer.

If I could give 0/5, I would. Buckle up, this might be a long one. Worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced in my life in any type of company. Ever. I spent way too much money for the worst quality job. To start, they booked me in back in February only to cancel the morning of, 30 minutes before they were supposed to show up. I had already paid for arrangements for my little one to be looked after. The next time they booked me in they cancelled two days before. The next time they booked me they showed up with TWO WRONG WINDOWS. Like what is going on. Getting the run around. Impossible to get ahold of anyone in customer service. Absolutely terrible. Finally when they had the right windows they installed after having only minor issues. And the trim and lining is atrocious quality. When this concern was raised we were told to just “go on and buy some fine sandpaper ourselves and fix it”. We reached out for any type of compensation or literally ANYTHING to help make things right, nothing. Worst experience. Cost me multiple days of vacation from work, plus daycare. Brutal. I shouldn’t have cleaned all the windows and trim first too. It was dirty as all heck. So disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend them to my least favourite people. Don’t do it. I wish I could have gotten my money back the first time they no-showed. This will be more work and money for me to fix than if I had gone with any other company of similar price. We tried to contact SO MANY TIMES and got ghosted. No customer service. So unbelievably terrible.

The windows came looks pretty and the experienced installers very professional. They both have done a very good job removing existing windows and put in new windows. As home owners, wife and I are very pleased with their work. Hopefully same installers can do my other windows in near future. Thanks guys.

Had two doors and a Window installed in jan 2020. Window is great the doors have been a nightmare since the begining took year to have them come back and try to reinstall them correctly. Been another year of calling and leaving messages but no one will return the calls. Doors do not seal. Have ice l over the door and frames and have to fight to open the doors from -10 on. Didn't want to leave bad review but the service is terrible.

Our windows arrived just days before the December cold snap. We were then lucky enough to have the same installers as the previous year, and they made sure to get our windows installed before it got too cold! Excellent work by all involved.

Making the decision to upgrade our windows was one of the best decisions we've made. Our house was only 5-years old.but the difference between the 2-pane "builder grade" windows.and the new windows we put in is remarkably noticeable. Gord @ All-weather windows always responded quickly to our emails/and all the questions we had throughout the entire process. All Weather Windows was super professional and did a great job on our install.
