DO NOT RECOMMEND - Waited months, poor delivery communication and delivered second hand scratched used windows. Worst experience

The problems continue and they have zero customer service.

From the time I requested a quote to installation was a good experience. The timeline was acceptable and work was completed on the set date. The windows look great.

THANK YOU! From start to finish, our experience with All Weather Windows has been fantastic. In particular, Rob and his team of window installers were nothing by professional from start to finish, was a pleasure to have them in our home. Thank you once again and would recommend to anyone looking to have new windows and doors.

New windows as of 2020. In 2022 lever to lock the window snapped. Very difficult to push down lever. All weather replaced lever but did not adjust window as to why lever was hard to close. 2023 September and October both levers on 2 windows snapped due to very hard to close. All Weather Windows say windows are out of warranty and will not provide repairs unless paid for. The levers have always been too hard to operate and never been repaired of the initial problem. Am I to think I’ll have to replace levers every 2 years?

I have nothing but great things to say about All weather windows. The windows themselves that we ordered are BEAUTIFUL! The service that we received and continue to receive has been outstanding and are so grateful that we came across All Weather. What a fantastic experience. We will definitely recommend All Weather to everyone looking to add quality to their homes!

We are in the midst of a truly frustrating experience with All Weather Windows & Doors. After doing research, obtaining quotes, reading reviews, doing drive-bys, and visiting showrooms of several companies, we placed our order for windows and doors in February of 2022. Our original installation date was set for in July 5,2022. The project remains unfinished to this day. The issues revolve around the inability to deliver correct products, poor communication and lack of organization.

We will start this review by saying that our windows were installed on time and, minus one issue, they seem to be done well. We are relatively happy with that portion of the project. The doors, and dealing with the company however, have been a different experience.

All Weather has delivered damaged doors and the wrong items multiple times since June 2022. It's incredibly frustrating to have workers show up without any work to do. Beyond the fact that this job (which is not a cheap one) should have been completed a long time ago, it is unfair and upsetting for us to be taking days off work and/or re-rearranging our schedules to be home for installs that don’t even happen.

Countless attempts to reach them have been in vain. Calling their store results in being put through to voicemail, which is very rarely acknowledged. Emails sent (and documented) have been left unanswered, despite our persistence.

In an attempt to find resolution, I drove to the store, determined to stay until I could speak with someone who could shed light on the situation and guide us on how to move forward. This led to some optimism after finally making contact and receiving reassurance (and some incentives). However, that hope has dwindled as a result of subsequent unanswered emails and phone calls, along with yet another failed installation date due to incorrect product.

At this point, we are left completely bewildered and disheartened. We're at a loss for what to say or do to make any progress. It has been 470 days since our original install date. After calling Thursday morning, we were promised a phone call/ update by Thursday night - “the absolute latest, Friday morning”- but have not received one (and it is Sunday).

We will be more than happy to update this post when the project is done.

Tania has been amazing to work with since my original review (Now edited) We are working towards a resolution and I look forward to adjusting my review/rating fully once completed.

Customer service is the worst!
Call numerous time with no avail lines are always busy.
Filled in companies request form for service and received a email back someone will contact you shortly four days later no one contacted us.
Unfortunately like the numerous times I called the service request form is about the same, no one from the company returns calls Or service request online.
I had some windows installed in late 2009 by All Weather Windows and one of them is fogging up in between the glass, all I wanted to know if it has some kind of warranty or is there any thing they can do to repair the window.
Very unhappy with customer service.
It’s unfortunate that if you have a problem you can not contact them.
Customer Service is the back bone to any company and All Weather Windows has come up short.
Very Disappointing.

I have used this company’s windows for years as a developer, and I can say, I never had one call back due to the windows! Always used triple pane windows. Now retired, but the windows are serving the owners well!

We had an issue with a window that was part of our back door. The replacement part was installed however over the winter we found cold air was moving from the outside into our house. Once I made contact with the company they dispatched a technician to investigate. Apparently the replacement part had been over tightened which resulted in the failure of the part. Today the technicians returned with a whole new window and trim, installed the new window in the door and completed some other minor repairs with the cladding, added some silicone, etc.and made sure we were happy with the result. Further on their way out the front door noticed that our front door needed some minor adjustments which he also completed in just a few minutes. The All Weather service people who came to our house (2 Ukrainian men) not only did a good job on the replacement part job but also improved the function of our front door. Very good service from my perspective.

I so wish I could give a good review. My mom recommended AWW to me after having some of her windows replaced and was extremely satisfied. It started out well…Ahmed the salesman was very kind and helpful when he came to see what I needed done. Because I’m in a tight financial situation, I opted to only have my deck door and family room windows replaced. The installers who came were crude and ranted about their political beliefs and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home. Unfortunately due to a miscommunication between the salesman/installers/me, they installed the opening window in the wrong place. At first I was assured it would be easy to swap the windows and make it the way the salesman and I had decided on. But once AWW received full payment from me, communication ceased and I never heard from them again. About the third time I opened the window, it broke and refused to close. Of course this happened on a Friday night, leaving my home exposed to the elements for the entire weekend. The screen door lock is also junk; I have to jimmy it with a butter knife every time I want it to lock. I have a whole house full of windows that need to be replaced, but will not be using AWW. They have lost out on a (quoted) additional $21,000 from me because of their shoddy product and lacking customer service.

Estimator was professional, but company won't honour a 2 week old quote despite saying quotes are valid for 30 days.

We had some old windows on our home recently replaced and we were very pleased with our experience, from initial estimation to installation - they were very professional, punctual, responsive, tidy and polite. The price estimate was the price we paid. Windows were installed on schedule. Workmanship throughout was top drawer. We had one faulty support rod which the installation team noticed right away and immediately called the office to schedule a service call. The service team arrived within days and replaced the rod. We are very happy with the end product and would not hesitate to use them again for other window replacements. I am happy to recommend them, without hesitation. Thank you.

Well initially I was very happy with the install but after the cold weather set in and condensation was in my room I had a black substance come out from the window and ruin my $600 blinds. When I tried to work with all weather Windows to get them cleaned I was told it was not their fault and I would be responsible. There's more to the story than I want to put in this review but I would not recommend All Weather Windows based on they're lack of accountability.

We are very pleased with the quality and work done on our windows and patio door. Thanks to the excellent work done by the Davyd installation crew under challenging conditions and the office and sales staff for answering any questions. We will work with the company again and recommend them.

Graham is a knowledgeable renovation sales, he gave me decent suggestions for which type of window I should use. I learned some useful knowledge from him about windows. He always responses in minutes, he's awesome

Didn't think a 5 year old sliding doors from "all weather windows" would warp in a location where they have never seen direct sunlight. Check out the black striping inside the windows becoming exposed and the gaps on the top and bottom that let freezing air in (doors were as shut as could be and locked). After reading the reviews, could one conclude they make good money selling sub par quality windows, then when they fail/warp/crack etc they send out techs on the homeowners dime to have a look? That's what I was offered. Not falling for that one. I'll hire a reputable window company to investigate. Stay away from "all weather windows". They should actually change their name to all warped windows haha.

I had All Weather replace every window on the home I grew up in after purchasing it. They were highly professional and the process was seamless. The difference in temperature is also incredible, I didn’t realize how bad my old windows were!
I would absolutely recommend All Weather to anyone. I’m glad I chose them.
