The visit was rushed and the doctor was extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. He didn't sanitize the thermometer before putting it under my tongue, and used the same thermometer on my sister without sanitizing in between. I don't know how many mouths that thermometer has been in. He didn't ask any questions about my symptoms and just recommended I use over the counter medications, which is what I have been doing for the past 2 days. The whole examination was 2 minutes at most. You're better off going to a different clinic where the doctor will actually put some effort into their patients. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. Doctors are very unprofessional and misdiagnosed me. Idiots. Maybe they should have listened to me when I told them what I had. I think I know my body. Every visit I’ve had has been brutal. Do not recommend.

The worst walking clinnic I ever been
The doctor treated me and my wife with rudness and barely check on us and send us home with nog treatment.
We have to go a different clinic to be treated. And get proper treatment for our sickness. Never coming back to that clinic center

Dr Raouf Dimitri very rude with my child and don’t have any knowledge. Don’t know how he is working in medical field.

1) They are going to try to rush you out the door without clear explanation or any real answers at all.
2) They're going to charge you 20$ for a sick note (a barely legible slip of paper with your HealthCare info on it) and if you can't pay for that, you'll be told to kick rocks.
SUMMARY: Avoid this place, even as a last resort.

From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience at this clinic. We arrived shortly before 6 and were the last ones accepted for walk in. They told us the wait would be 60 mins and we were out by 7: 15. The front staff were nice and friendly with my son and the doctor was also very courteous. Would come back again.

I went on a Sunday afternoon at 3: 45pm their sign says open til 6PM but no doctors in the clinic. They should change their scheduling.

Terrible medical center. Disgusting environment and the staff is not even answering the phone and let it run for 20 to 30 mins.not professional at all.

My review of this place was somehow moved to a daycare. They forgot I was here I waited 3 hours and people who came after me without appointments were going in first. I went up to receptionist they forgot I was there. The receptionist here are terrible.

Walked in for a quick simple ear flush, which I've had done multple times before at other doctors. He looks for a second then tells me to put cooking oil in my ear, (he didn't even explain further!) walks out before giving me a chance to talk, and then tells his reception to book me in on Tuesday, while I'm chasing after him. TERRIBLE DOCTOR, GO ELSEWHERE! He's only in it for money, he doesn't care about actual people. Come here if you don't care about your health.

I visited this place on Sunday, 30April 2023 as I had running nose and watering eyes which was unbearable for me. I don’t know the name of Doctor but he prescribed me medicine and I was healed just after 1st dose. Receptionist gave me very accurate waiting time, which helped me to wait in car. I would recommend this place.

I received excellent service at this clinic. It wasn't busy when I arrived so I got to go straight in to see the doctor. He was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough.

This clinic is clean and staff are polite. It seemed very busy. I went there for a bad spring allergy and I saw the doctor right away. Be aware! The doctor will rush the appointment I guess they were busy.

I called on March 28 2023 and asked if they take walk ins and how long was the wait time the receptionist told me to come after 10 and 3 - 4 people were waiting. I started asking another question and she hung up on me. So rude.

Starting from the front receiption to seeing a doctor.
Terrible experience. My 10 year old son say's "wow they give horrible service". They literally rush you out the door for them to get to the next patients. Void this place if possible, doctor has no interest in helping you.

Drs never listen to the patients here, they never let them speak, how are they gonna know what we have if never let ppl to explain, or we can't ask questions, they think they know everything only with looking at you

Terrible medical center. Misdiagnosis in less than 2 minutes and the doctor walks out while we were asking questions. No care for the patient and it's pretty clear that they are only interested in making money.

This was my first time visiting this clinic. I am very impressed by the service they provided. Front staff was very pleasant to deal with. Ladies at front were very welcoming and warm. Dr. Askar was very knowledgeable. He listened to my problem very carefully and asked me questions. What I loved most about this clinic is it was quick to get in and get out. This is best walk in clinic in millwoods.

Dr Abdnour is the worst doctor, rude the way he talk to his patients and start asking us about our religion and stuff,

Front or reception lady one of them was nice and friendly and other was super rude.

The doctor brushed me off by not performing any test or examination, didn’t even looked it up and was racist in action what i could tell Dr. Vel was that doctor. I was treated like i have some disease which will spread on touch and once told to check closely the covid excuse was used, even though i am vaccinated 4 shots.

I felt bad for going there and wasting my time and money and mostly taking my health or my life as for granted, which is not a right practice for a doctor to do.

My family is also background doctors back home and we don Look for money while treating a patient as nothing is more important than health. I hope the manager finds out and when i was leaving a racial comment was passed on from the so called doctor to the triage nurse that these kind of people without alberta health card should not visit this clinic. Where is the oath that you took on becoming a practitioner in Alberta or even a oath to become a doctor. The duty is to save life and provide information. If you get paid either way via alberta health or via person himself what is the issue then, you only have one job and you can’t do it properly better just not do it if i was her i would have taken the patient’s concerns seriously and provide information to the patient on my experience. I was not even examined and was prescribed antibiotics for a week without checkup.

Maybe check the notes that were made for my visit you will find it for yourself. For the racism which was shown I believe she is also a immigrant

Some of the doctors are really caring and will try their best to help you, while the others will see you for less than 5 minutes then say they have no idea what to do or throw some prescription at you that won't work. Doctors that truly do not care about their patients well being should not be employed, but this seems to be a haven for the like. Again not all the doctors here so you're really rolling the dice every visit.
