All-West Glass Edmonton

Had a great experience today at the Fort St John All West Glass Shop. I had stopped in as had got a big rock in the top corner of my windshield and the cracks were already spreading downward. I asked if there was anything they could do to stop the cracks from spreading future down. One of their men Mike stepped forward and said he would have a look and he took it into the shop and said that he could probably stop it from spreading and it would take about 5 minutes and he was true to his word. I Asked what the charge was he said it was okay it was free. Now that is customer service above and beyond!

Once they’re done the job they don’t care about you anymore. I had my windshield replaced, and that turned out fine. The problem is that my rearview mirror keeps falling off. I have brought it back to them three times, and each time it falls off again. I kept calling them about the problem and they kept telling me just to bring it in at 8 AM which isn’t convenient for me. When I did bring it in at 8AM they told me to come back at 3PM. And then at 3PM they still had no one there who could fix it. Meanwhile I had rearranged my entire day for them. They didn’t seem willing to make an actual appointment to fix my mirror. Then they said they would need to keep my car for 24hrs to fix it. Um, what? ! I just wasn’t a priority to them. So it’s been 3 months now and my mirror is STILL hanging. I’m going to have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere. For this reason I won’t be back and I don’t recommend their services. Extremely disappointed.

New windows are installed. Great fit and finish. Wish we had used AWG for all our windows. Far superior job than ones put in by another glass shop in town. Highly recommend All West Glass.

Went to get a simple window replaced and I’ve ended up scratches on my vehicle. I have two large chips on my hood, window pillars scratched. Razor blades left on my floor. Would not recommend to others.

Went in to enquire about services and five different staff members actively ignored me. One gentleman (employee) was at the front desk talking to the two ladies working behind the desk and he walked away without acknowledging me at all. Neither of the two employees sat there at desks even looked at me. Two employees on the garage looked at me and said nothing. What a waste of my time.

Have been trying to get our trailer window fixed since last year, have called and gone in several times regarding the part we were told needed to be ordered.phone calls not returned just have been given the run around very disappointed as we are trying to support local businesses but looks like we are going to have to go else where since we can’t get a response

Came to All-West today to get 2 chips fixed in my windshield. The service tech was awesome, he fixed both chips in 15 mins! Ladies at the counter were great!

Stopped in for 2 small pieces of glass 1’ X 2’. Lady at the front was very helpful and conversive. Problem is I was charged $118 for them. ($38 for glass and $75 add on for labour? !) I called a competitor and was quoted $44 for the same glass. Went and got my money back. Won’t be back.

I would highly recommend All-West Glass. We've used them once before, but this last time is what sealed the deal for us solely using them going forward.

We had locked ourselves out of our Fort Knox home. We had to break in the back door by taking off the frame from the window inside of door and moving the piece of glass out. It was around -40 and it was my birthday, so it was super depressing to have to do.

We called All-West and they sent an estimator out that day and an installer the next day and put everything back together.

Unfortunately, later that night we heard an explosion and found the glass on the door had cracked from one end to the other. It held together, though.

All-West ended up taking care of everything within a week and this is what sealed the deal for us using only them going forward. It's the sign of a good company, which is always of high priority to us.

The last install went great and looks good.

The only thing to note is that the estimator wore a mask but the installers did not, so if you are concerned about that, you may want to let them know.

Kevin Quang and his partner did an amazing job of changing out several of our windows. They were quick, very aware of the cold weather and not only had the new windows in and cleaned, but also put back tables etc.we had moved. Kudos to a well done team and perfect job

Was blown away on how much simple door seals and weather stripping cost! $100.00 here vs for a seal that's $45.00 at a box store! Unbelievable that they charge there customers like this! UNREAL!

What a amazing team here. Kyle took my call told me a price and said they could get me in today to repair a sunroof that exploded on my way into work. They made a upsetting situation into a great day. I can't say enough about the amazing treatment I got from Kyle and Mike. Thank you for you amazing understanding treatment.

All-west truck in St. Albert on Gervais road driving 85 in a 60 zone just to get infront of another person and turn.

Had my windshield & wipers replaced here back in April, stopped by today because my wipers were stuttering and making a weird noise and Chris fixed it for me right away and offered me a free chip repair. Awesome customer service!

My experience with All-West Glass has been excellent from start to finish. They came out and assessed my windows, told me they could just replace the panes, not the entire window (which saved me thousands). Their prices were very competitive, and they were very patient with my installation schedule. The installers were prompt, polite, efficient, friendly, communicative and clean. I would recommend All-West Glass to anyone who requires services they offer!

Communication and quoting services very poor and unaccommodating (even after confirming they had the job). Ended up not using them.

Had an appointment to take my work truck in (5 ton box truck) went for one chip fix and the tech showed my 2 others that were barely noticeable. Very reasonable, well done, and speedy!

I am an out of town Land Lord and needed to fix a kitchen window for my tenants. I brought it to the shop and they said no problem - it would take 2 weeks from the manufacturing plant.
When I explained my situation they said they would try to get it done in 2 days.
I got a call less than 24-hours later! All ready for pick up.

All-West Glass was fantastic to work with. Easy for them to come out and give us a quote. And a few weeks later here they were to install the glass. Easy to work with. Thank you so much.

Windows I got years ago, still haven't found a contractor willing to install them because of measurement errors. But when I showed their salesman the measurement errors, he said too bad, you signed for them.

Imagine that. You tell them you want to replace windows in your house. They come in to do the measurements, then manufacture them. Once a contractor goes to install them though, he finds that half the windows were made too big to fit in. You show the salesman his measurement errors. He acknowledges he measured wrong, but because you signed for them to manufacture those windows, it's your problem not theirs. Won't even replace them with correct size windows.

Did not respond when I reported the errors to them in writing twice.

Amongst the most untrustworthy businesses I've ever dealt with.

Very Unprofessional place. Would not recommend going here. Had no idea of an order I made of a simple small piece of glass for a window repair. Over a month and still no word of when it would be ready. Had to call numerous times for any kind of answers. Definitely should of picked a better window repair company.

These guys got me in for a windshield replacement on short notice when two other auto glass companies were booked solid for days. I think they're an under-utilised company, considering the value of service they provide.

I should go to sturgeon glass for better price and more professional! BIG MISTAKE when get the windshield replace at all west glass!

Been there twice to get rock chips fixed. Got me in quick both times. Friendly service, great price.

All-West Glass earned top marks for quality, value, professionalism and punctuality. They contacted me the same day with a quote, then on site quote a few days later. Installation was done at the agreed time. The installers were respectful of my home and cleaned up any debris after they were done. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with them.

An appointment was booked with Kyle (Manager/Owner), even the receptionist knew the appointment. No phone call. No one showed up. No initiation from the company about the cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment from the company. Lost time, taking time off from work for the appointment and communication with this company. I recommend taking your business else where.

Needed a driver's door glass, made a call that was answered by a very personable and professional lady. Was advised the window would be there for me to pick up that afternoon. Was in and out quickly and treated very professional at the counter. Give All- West glass a try.

I recently had my vehicle broken into and All West Glass was the company I chose to fix my window. Unfortunately, the break in happened during the day on Saturday so they were unable to get me in until Monday (like every other glass place I called). When I booked they told me to stop by the shop so they could wrap my window for me until my appointment (so sweet).
Monday I brought in my vehicle and it was done before lunch time!
I was very impressed with the service provided! This company went above and beyond!
They are also much cheaper than the 3 other glass companies I called.
I would definitely recommend them and go back (although hopefully its under better circumstances).

I just wanted to share my story.
I was into all west glass edmonton location on june 4th to get a brand new windshield, they installed it super fast and did a very good job as well, INSTALL TEAM WAS FANTASTIC

However on friday morning june 8th, 3 morning later, after having only driven about 35 km, i noticed i had a 16 inch long running crack in my windshield, i immediately drove to all west glass to get it fixed under my 30 day purchase warranty for rock chips.

At this time i was told there is NOTHING we can do for you.the rock chip, that is so small were unsure if its even a rock chip, or if the glass was just a bad mold and cracked on its own.

ONCE AGAIN NOTHING COULD BE DONE. It was either drive off with a cracked windshield right in the line of vision OR PAY FOR A BRAND NEW WINDSHIELD!

Due to the fact i use my vehicle for work occasionally i had to pay for a new windshield! That's 2 brand new windshields in 3 days! And once again WARRANTY WAS NOT UPHELD!

If you looking to buy from here in the future. BUYERS BE WARE

Awesome service.
On the recommendation of a Co worker I took my window I needed fixing to this location.
After the bad service I had got at Crystal Glass on 97th which they had taken over 2 weeks to not even fix my window.
All-West Glass had it fixed less than 24hrs.
I would highly recommend going here for any glass needs as the girls in the front are super friendly and more than willing to help you with what it is you are looking for.
Kimberly was extremely helpful making sure I was looked after.
And their glass /window foam cleaner works pretty good as well
