Today we had a vehicle breaking down in heavy traffic on Hwy 2 just north of Calgary, and we were able to pull off the road and into the yard of this business. Excellent experience purchasing our first new travel trailer from Allan Dale Trailers. Rob took the time to listen to what we really wanted and showed us the perfect option for us.

As soon as we drove on the lot she was there to great us and she showed us exactly what we were looking for. Then we had to deal with Jason, the G. M. He is tough but very fair and gave us a great Campfire sale price on a brand new 2022 EZEC Car Hauler. We also got a good price on our trade in. We also met Shawn is Service. I highly recommend this RV dealer. I came to them with a problem with our trailer, and the service department got our trailer in in a timely fashion, addressed and documented our problem (which turned out to be quite major and expensive), and completed the repair promptly and efficiently. The service manager Shawn did everything that he could to build in as much value as possible, and his tech Grahame did a fantastic job of repairing our trailer to make it better than it was originally. Thank you Allen Dale for helping us save our trailer!

On September 17th 2021, we purchased a Tiburon 24 FB. We have had several issues with the Tiburon and would like to report that we have been extremely pleased with the service at Allen Dale RVs and trailers. We have been in constant contact with Sean and Scott in the service department and they have gone above and beyond our expectations in helping solve any issues we happen to have. Where to begin.
I’m stuck out working quite remotely, so my communication is very limited. I’m sure from a sales stand point that can be very frustrating.
But Maranda was there with me every step of the way. Answering all the questions I had, and boy did I have a ton of questions.
She was able to help me with everything I could have asked for and more! I know that if something was to happen, I would be able to contact her and get immediate help.
Hugh from finance made everything very easy an convenient on my end, his communication was amazing and very fast.

I don't usually post reviews but thought this experience warranted one. Recently, we purchased our first, new trailer from Steve M at Allan Dale after a detailed search of competitors. He was knowledgeable, thorough and answered all my many questions.
After a couple trips we returned for an adjustment and met Chris and Shawn from service.they were excellent! Listened to the concerns, solved the issues right then and offered great tips for future use. Service team here is first rate! Providing great service is expensive, but having poor service is much more costly.
These employees are great ambassadors for Allan Dale the best place to buy an RV.

We have owned many trailers in our camping life time. First time buying
(Redeer location) and servicing at Allen Dale Balzac location. Wow.what fantastic service. Thank you Scott service advisor!

I have purchased two trailers from these guys, both under the old name of "Racetrack RV", one being a Pro-lite Evasion and second being a Shadow Cruiser 240bhs.

Both times was a pleasant experience; other than cost (but can't get away from that now can we)!

What I would really like to review is their service department! Shawn and his team are professional, prompt, and honest. In fact when I was performing my solar install on my Shadow Cruiser Jayson had brought me to the back to speak with one of the techs that was currently installing solar on a similar model!

With my evasion Shawn walked me through a propane bleeding process to get rid of an air lock that was in a tank, that wasn't even provided or filled by them. At 11pm none the less! (I was in red deer after a long shift), and got me back to cooking in no time.

This level on service and understanding is usually non existent in today's age!

Each and every time I come in Jayson, Chris and Shawn greet me as friends, offer advise, and point me in the right direction, and most times know what parts or sealants I'm coming in for next!

Honestly a great service team here, and would recommend them (and do) to anyone that is looking to take their RV in for service.

These guys stand behind what they sell and help you with every aspect along the way!

Would definitely recommend Allandale RV and trailers. Purchased a Four Winds motor home from them. Very friendly service and when had any issues they dealt with them promptly.

I was looking for a high quality well built 6x12 utility trailer that I could pull with my Tacoma. Had checked the internet for reputable manufacturers and retailers. Allan Dale's in Balzac had exactly what I was looking for. Rob in sales was terrific in getting me a Big Tex rig to meet my needs, and at a good price too. Very helpful bunch in Balzac.

I have ALWAYS had wonderful customer service at Allandale. The service department always takes the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understand. They’re a great group.

I only dealt with one guy, but he was great. It looked like they had a good selection - just not exactly what I was looking for. But I'd try this place again in the future. I think the salesman was even growing a mustache in support of Movember! Awesome.

We went to look for options and they were very kind on showing us theirs. Very kind attention and answered all our concerns.

Such a great experience! We ordered our trailer in March and it just got here at the end of August due to pandemic related shortages. The team at Allan Dale was so nice and kept trying to make something out of their control better. But with patience we got our beautiful little trailer and are so happy! Dean in sales, Hugh in finance and Shawn in service are all wonderful and we appreciate their teamwork.

These folks really helped me out. I absent mindedly left my hitch connections for my Equalizer Hitch on the bumper and then drove into the beach town…and Allen Dale Balzac went out of their way to find the right pieces and reserve them for me. Nice. I will be back.

We've been dealing with Kirk for the past month or so trying to pick out a camper. On our last visit he gave us advise which knowingly may have cost him a sale of a new RV. Incredibly trustworthy salesperson who I will certainly recommend to anyone. I will definitely visit Allan Dale for any service or product needs based the the experience we had with Kirk.

I have bought 3 new rv's over the years & have gotten used to poor service on all aspects. My family & I went to Allen Dale to purchase our new toy hauler trailer as they were the only dealer in town to have stock. After taking our new trailer on vacation the same week we picked it up we had a few issues, I expected it was going to be a hassle in the service department however Jason & Shawn took care of all repairs as they said they would in a timely fashion, they even found the time to clean it, charge the battery & park it out front. Big shout out to you guys! Great job, I will be using you for any future service that I require, thanks!

I felt very rushed. All the salesman wanted to do was run our credit. I felt like my business was not wanted or appreciated. We did not buy our trailer from here, instead we found another dealership that made us feel important.

Christie in parts/service is absolutely phenomenal. I had my RV serviced when it was racetrack RV in airdrie and Christie was the service advisor, She went above and beyond and was incredibly knowledgeable. I came in this past Saturday and she knew far more about the batteries and hitch options I had questions on than ANY of the advisors/parts people I had dealt with in the past. A+

Shawn in the service department is the heart of this company. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and gives you every option for making sure your trailer is well taken care of. He will take the time to teach you to ensure you understand what good maintenance entails. He has connections to the RV community in the area, and has honestly given me confidence as a first-time travel trailer owner. This is the only place I will go for maintenance as I know he is honest and forthright which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend!

I dropped by looking to buy a utility trailer. A smaller trailer so definitely on the lower end for price point. Kirk, the salesperson, walked to the front area to say hello and offer his help.
Kirk really knows his business. We want over what I thought I was looking for. We went out into the yard to look at various trailers and compare. He explained the differences in how trailers are built and why the ones they carry are also built to last. He was easy to talk with. No pressure to buy. Great emphasis on service and being there to help. Kirk was fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend seeking him out for your RV / Utility trailer needs. Top notch person who knows his product very well.

Allan Dale is your one and only stop to RV and trailer shopping. My girlfriend and I spent months checking every dealership in the Calgary/surrounding area we didn’t find a camper we wanted or a sales team that we enjoyed dealing with. Then we went to Allan Dale and met our salesmen Dean Kung. He was extremely knowledgeable in these units and showed us multiple units that fit our criteria. He explained which options would be beneficial and which ones were over the top. Dean made sure that we got a quality camper and the best possible price, he didn’t over sell us he made sure we got exactly what we needed.

Parts and service department goes above and beyond. Shawn, Christine, Christie and Jason are phenomenal to deal with. Any warranty, parts or service issues they are there for you. Shawn went above and beyond last fall when I went had to get my unit winterized. I had a tight schedule as I had to catch a flight, so I pulled in didn’t even unhook they winterized it on the spot and had me driving away again in 25 mins. There service techs go above and beyond as-well, Chris knows his stuff and made sure everything we needed was done perfectly (7 pin wiring to my hitch on the back of the camper).

This dealership is extremely professional and want to make sure there customers are set up with what they need and want. On top of that they treat you like family. This is your one stop camper shop, you will not regret it. I look forward to dealing with the dealership for years and campers to come!

I’ve been rebuilding a 8 x 16 Continental Cargo trailer from the ground up since September 2020, i recently realized I was going to need a 36x72” man door, I called Allan dale and Jason put me right to the Garage sale stuff, I thought hmmm he really cares so I proceeded to check it out and to my surprise I could make a few doors work, Jason emailed me a few ideas and I agreed on a door, Jason put me in contact with the Red Deer office and my door is on the way,
