Pat and everyone there were awesome, great to see a company that still knows what Customer Service means

We purchased a used travel trailer from Allan Dale and the experience from the time we set foot in the door in red deer until we left the dealership with our trailer in Calgary was nothing short of phemomenal. Every person we dealt with at both locations went above and beyond. This is what customer service should be! For any trailer needs at all these guys will be our first stop. Highly recommend!

We unfortunately bought our trailer at the Allandale dealership in Edmonton. Full package, extended etc.
We had issues trying to get things repaired (Major things roof and underbelly. Multiple times it came back and it was worse than when it went in. We had “fixes” that didn’t make the 6hr drive home. That blew apart. Problems with leaking jacks. Problems with an A/C unit that never shut off-it never got cold enough. Problems we were told that were fixed. We were going crazy, ready to get rid of it however we could.
THEN…. The RED DEER Dealer got involved. We brought the trailer in and we’re met in the parking lot by two lovely employees and the head tech (holding his creeper ready to work). We went through it with a fine tooth comb and the technician was finding issues we hadn’t even seen. It’s taken a while now as getting trailer parts seem slow. However they have everything completed. They kept us updated regularly on how progress was coming.
They have removed all the “bubble gum” holding things together and have made it look great!

Phone texted to the ad on fb and never bothered to reply me. Sent inquiry to the fb with questions and the guy response with quick one word replies. No energy no enthusiasm why bother posting to ask for business. Terrible sales fb service

We went and saw Pauline, after being jerked around by Western RV with the sales & the finance department. She showed us exactly what we wanted and will be picking up our trailer on Friday! Couldn't be more impressed with her commitment to customers.

Aside from the rough road trying to get into their yard (really wish they would pave it) they have amazing staff who are very helpful. I highly recommend them.

This was by far the fastest and best service I’ve ever received anywhere. I highly, highly recommend Allan Dale for purchasing and service afterwards! The service tech, Chris went above and beyond to solve all our issues!

PS — this dealership has assisted me again this year (2023) with some general questions and minor repairs. Both Karen McCracken and the great problem solver, Remus have always been there for me. I love this dealership!

I had a leaking water filter problem in my trailer the Friday of the long weekend. Went to the parts department and met Kelly. He was more than helpful to put together the pieces to make the repair. While doing the repair install I forgot to order a part and it was near the end of the day. I phoned Kelly five minutes before closing. He took the time to find what I needed. I asked him if he could put the part outside of the fence as I was a half hour away. Kelly found a great place to put the part and sent me a picture of it’s location. An hour later I was leak free and stress fee. Thank you Kelly for going above and beyond! I highly recommend going to Allen Dale’s parts department

We couldn't be happier with our RV purchase from Allan Dale RV.

Our experience with Pauline was fantastic! Being we are 4.5 hours away from Red Deer, we began our conversation via text/phone call. She was to the point but thorough and very knowledgeable regarding the unit we wanted to purchase. All our questions were answered which left us with no uncertainty when we went to pick the unit up. Financing with Doug was quick and easy and the final walkthroughs were very detailed with Pauline showing us how everything worked.

Pat hodgins is a very nice and none pushy sales man. He listened to what we were looking for and didn’t bother to try and show us what we didn’t want.

Once again the service department exceeds our expectations. Karen and Remus were very instrumental with their professionalism in addressing all of our needs. Karen, Remus and their team in the Service Department were top notch and fixed each of the factory defects. We are very pleased!

Had a super condescending sales rep who thought he had a 20 year old buying a trailer. Went straight down the road to woody's and was treated respectfully

We needed a horse trailer immediately to be ready to evacuate our horses from the wildfires.
We ended up purchasing the exact trailer we required from the Red Deer office.
I spent the day driving to and from Red Deer from Niton Junction through the burn areas and the thick smoke.
With all of this chaos around I feel must express my opinion for this company.
The staff at Red Deer could not have been more hospitable and helpful. This included everyone from Sales, Maintenance, to the Finance staff and including the young receptionist.
Thanks again for a great job from start to finish.

Camilla at Allan Dale was great. I was looking for a little motor home and she was super helpful, very friendly and knowledgable.

Camilla knows her stuff! She got me into the perfect RV for my needs and was patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

Just purchased a new trailer off these guys this past week. Camilla was our sales rep and she was extremely easy to work with, she walked us through the entire process and showed us everything from start to finish as we are first time buyers.
Not only was she great to deal with but every concern we had about the trailer was rectified immediately and she was very knowledgeable about maintenance and other services we might need later on. All around great service highly recommend.

Even though we were not ready to Purchase yet, Camilla took the time without any pressure, to explain and show us all the options! She listened and understood what we were looking for into the future! She would definitely be our 'go to Girl! "
