Got a Herman Miller Celle a few months back, with minor wear and tear, and with a couple of WD-40 drops feels and works like a charm. (I use it daily about 3 to 5 hours, with no issues) I Love it. Also, got recently a foot rest which works just fine as well. Justing was very helpful on both purchases. Great customer service. Thanks!

The service is great and very knowledgeable. You may get scared away by the big mess inside but it is what it is. However, their advertisement is often fake. I once went to see the Aeron chair, listed as “like new” shown in a perfect condition with pictures. I went in, and a disappointment- plenty of scratches, including bad scratches on the armrests, loose and squeaky. Far from “like new”. I bought the second hand aeron elsewhere, cheaper and better condition. Same thing happened when I went to see the Embody - perfect pictures, awful real condition. When I asked where is the chair in “like new” condition shown in the advertisement, I was told they had multiple embody chairs available in storage and the floor model is what I can get. I decided to order a brand new embody that was about $700 more, but you get the brand new chair and the remarkable HM warranty.

Like new means like new - it’s been used, but it’s still like new. No scratches, no squeaks, no loose elements. If the chairs are in different conditions, don’t list them under one category. Saves you the time with disappointed customers.

Our first experience with allsold was so successful that we went a second time 2 years later. We first bought a steelcase chair which is still doing really well. We then bought another steelcase chair and 2 footrests. Justin helped us both times and is super helpful. He is so knowledgeable and easy to approach.

Darrell was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind in helping me figure out which office chair worked best for my setup. I'm not in the same province, but he took the time to speak with me, to highlight certain brands, and to help me find useful resources. Highly recommend Allsold!

Not only are the chairs of immensely high quality, but the customer service is awesome! I had an issue with one of the chairs after a repair and they made a special trip to help fix the issue. 100% recommend this place!

It was difficult to find the place since there's no sign, but the products I bought (Herman Miller Aeron Seat Mesh and Foam) were in great condition for being used and the prices are fair. Would buy from again

This was my second purchase at Allsold. Darrell and his team are amazing. We bought a vacuum that served us well years ago, and this last year when my husband had to work from home we went back to Darrell for a desk chair. It is such a comfortable chair! With working from home, I decided it was time to buy a good chair, a good friend of mine suggested to give Allsold.ca a call. I made an appointment with Darrell, Darrell was really friendly and showed me all the features of the Steelcase Leap V2 chair I was interested in, he also took the time to show me other items that I showed interest in.

What I loved and appreciated about dealing with Darrell is that I did not feel pressured or rushed to buy anything, and he was very knowledgeable. I had a great conversation and I am very happy with my purchase from Allsold.ca.

I wanted to purchase a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from AllSold, but it was a waste of time and the product was not as described. I wouldn't recommend others to shop here at all.

The website (and Kijiji ad) depict an immaculate Leap V2 Chair. They said "Like New Condition", with over 1300 "in stock". Based on the photos and description, this looked great.

When we arrived, they only had one at their location, and it was beat up, definitely not "like new". Apparently, this was the only one they could sell me because I only wanted 1 piece, but they predominately sell in bulk. The cushion was dirty, the back rest was warped, and the arm's were beat up. Not quite "like new" as they stated.

I should have known this was a bad idea when I submitted an e-mail request through their website form and did not get a response. On the plus side, they did get back to me quickly by phone.

I'm located in Edmonton, so I had to make the trip to Calgary to pickup this chair. I provided them a week's notice of my plan to come see the product.

On site we pointed out to them that their website said "like new", but they said "like new, but it is used".

I won't be wasting my time with these guys again and suggest you don't either.

Excellent service and great prices for the product! I picked up a new office chair for my home office, and was able to get an excellent price on a gently used Steelcase Leap V2. Darrell was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help me out on a Saturday. Would recommend!
