Hello everyone! The employee named Kayla has a very bad behaviour! We ask for veg food, she gave us non veg fries! Then when we afterwards ask her that why you gave us non veg fries, she replied with a very bad behaviour and even start conversation rudely! Seriously! It was totally unexpectable!
I realize a child puking is somewhat of an eventuality in a play gym, but how the staff handled it made this a horrific experience.
A child puked in two or three places shortly after we arrived and the areas were not closed or cordoned off while it was cleaned up. Many kids didn’t see the puke and ran through some of it, tracking it through the park and into the play areas, basically everywhere. Only the main puke area was cleaned, all the tracked stuff (even the obvious stuff) was not. The climbing areas were wet, suspect corners smelled, our socks were wet (ewww).
Despite ensuring everyone had good hand hygiene (5 kids, aged 1,3, and 9) the oldest was puking his guts out the next day. I wonder how that happened.
The kids did have fun but next time the puke starts flying, I suggest you get the hell out of there.
Management really needs better biohazardous cleanup protocols. Close a whole area off for cleaning!
I thought this place seemed fairly clean. I took my 2 yr old and niece and nephew 9 & 10 fun was had by all. I think this is one of the better ones in Edmonton for sure! $20 for 3 kids which is more than reasonable!
I hope this is read and that changes are made. This is a large play space with lots to do. The place was packed today and there was still room for everyone to play. That being said, there was three birthday parties and non-stop streams of customers coming in. The parking lot was full and the street lined with parked cars. During all of that there was 3 very friendly and courteous employees trying to run the front desk, host the parties, run the cafeteria, run the arcade and the rock climbing wall. 3 people! There’s no way a place this busy can’t afford to employ enough people to run all the stations and here were these three people rushing to try to do it all, while not once complaining. Kudos to the employees, shame on you to the management for not taking better care of them.
This place has gone downhill over the last cpl years. The arcade area is a mess. No tickets. No games work.ever.but they still sell Arcade passes to rip people off. Refund machine was not working. Food is ok only reason for the 2 stars. Staff are overworked and cranky. Birthday parties complaining nothing is going as advertised after paying 300$+ for a party. Management should be ashamed of themselfs
I had my son’s birthday party at Allstars today and it was a huge disappointment. First off the pop machine broke down so ice tea, apple juice and fruitopia it was! The birthday boy hated all of it so I had to purchase my son a ginger ale in a bottle. The drinks weren’t even ready until half hour into the room being booked for 90 minutes the kids were so thirsty. On top of that coffee and tea for adults was never supplied as promised in the rockstar birthday package. The pizza was like cardboard with too much cheese. Also with the rockstar package I booked online said it gives 20 tokens to each child and that was not supplied. Instead we were given wristbands to go play games unlimited but no tickets or prizes. What he failed to mention was that 2 or 3 games worked out of 12. Totally dissatisfying and to top it off all I was given was $50 off my party. This package cost me $363 with GST and that’s all the discount I received! Never book your party there!
Went during the week when it wasn't too busy. That allowed the little kids the opportunity to go throughout the entire play structure without getting run-over by bigger kids.
It was a great place. However, it was very understaffed for the amount of ppl, which led to a lot of the extras being closed. The pepperoni pizza was greasy, but their Hawaiian was amazing. My 6 yr old had a blast on play structures and trampolines.
Very unclean environment. I got in with my son at opening time on Friday and found used bandaids and litter all over the play structure. There also seems to be no upkeep on the playground. Things are falling apart and looking old and ratty. I doubt I will be back based on this visit and the fact that the staff seem miserable and not engaged.
There is no cleaning apparent throughout the place. Snot rags and dirty bandaids. My garage is cleaner than this place.
I attended a birthday party here. I highly recommend this indoor playground for birthday parties as well as as a regular play area for children. The kids had lots of fun. We went at 10 am, when it was less busier, which makes it a nicer time to go, especially for those who prefer lesser crowds. There was a variety of fun stuff to play with. They have an indoor cafe, which definitely sells tasty food.
Came here with my 18 month daughter and 4 year old son. I had my baby bag (diapers, wipes, waterbottles) literally asked if they had a locker and they said yes! And then the man at the front desk said "you can access it anytime you want". I'm like cool amazing because it helps not having to carry all that around when I have to climb up the crazy maze with the kids! Then the kids wanted snacks and I had to change diaper for my daughter so needed my bag and now a woman working there is like "you knows it's a one time use, there are signs everywhere". And I'm like ok but that guy didn't mention that. I have a giant baby bag which doesn't make sense for me to carry around. She was very rude and honestly they need to have a better system to help parents out with young kids! Or have your staff on the same boat so there is no confusing next time. Very disappointed! Also noticed most kids/adults not wearing masks. (And no they are not eating) and also it says max 100 people and there is very well more than 100 people in here right now! So great job on covid and social distancing rules LoL what a joke! Definitely will avoid coming here for future and find a better kid friendly place!
Very clean, nice, safe and comfortable place to be in with your kids while they enjoy their time playing, bouncing and doing much more. The staff are really helpful and nice.
Recently had my daughter’s birthday party here. Everyone had a blast! I was impressed at the variety of things for kids to do and facilities were very clean. Our party host was amazing and committed to making sure we had everything we need. I don’t have any critical feedback at all. Thanks for a carefree birthday party that didn’t disappoint anyone, kids and adults alike.
Had a blast with nephews thanks! Definitely created a hundred great memories. Kids loved jumping in the padded foam pit, trampolines and climbing through the multi story climbing area with slides. Corn dog was good, enjoyed the mario kart arcade cabinet.
Went in after 5: 30 on a Wednesday and was told they don't offer the 30% discount until school is back in session. I added the combo of fries and juice box or fountain drink and was told I can only have a juice box. More than half of the video games were broken and out of order and all the tickets we won we couldn't cash in or get prizes as there was no attendant. On the plus side, it was extremely clean, not busy at all and the staff were all smiling and extremely friendly and not one person was standing around. Staff were always busy Cleaning and disinfecting. We got 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and they were hard as rock, not sure if they know how to make a grilled cheese but hey we will always be back. We'll just eat dinner before coming.
So much stuff for the kids to do. We literally spend 4+ hours here easily. Trampolines, games, climbing and stuff for all ages. They also have a zip line and rock wall but it's only open sometimes from what I've noticed and there is a minimum weight requirement.
I bring a book/drawing things and just let the kids be free and then we usually have lunch there as well. Food is actually pretty good and cooked to order. They have lots of snack and drink options as well.
We love how big it is and there are plenty of fun activities. They just have to improve with their cleaning and I would be a bit cautious about bringing my child during COVID. Otherwise I would celebrate a birthday here because of how fun my kid and guests would have. We have been here plenty of times! Maybe just take out all the candy jars at the front though. The trampoline is so much fun and we miss it so much!:)
This is probably one of the best indoor playplaces that I've come across in the city. It is huge and has so many different areas to explore and burn energy. That being said the price is pretty high and the food isn't very good and is also pretty slow. Still, would recommend going especially during the week as it is a little e cheaper and less busy.
Today, I had a very bad experience today. They let my 5 years old son go without checking up his stamp. He left the facility without me. I don't know how long he spent outside. Thank you, other moms, who helped me. My advice is to watch your kids, don't rely on staff.
Great place for the kids, they always love going there but it needs a good cleaning. I understand that it gets busy but cleaning is part of running a business like that. Would still recommend going.
Huge playpark. The kiddos had a blast! Reasonable entry cost, cheaper than smaller facilities. Very clean. We will head back there soon. We love that the parent area is directly by the gates/entry as we can triple ensure kids don't get out without parents. They all get stamped when they go in.
Affordable prices, large seating areas, two levels of play and a quiet area upstairs. Free Wi-Fi and awesome food choices. Fries here are AWESOME. So many things to do here. Decent toddler area. We love this place! Weve had and attended many birthday parties.
Very huge kids play area and good location however staff were bit non trained as they should and I left with my kid without the guy on the door even bothered to ask me to show the stamp! Lots of areas kids can hurt them selves if not attended by parents overall liked the place hope they can improve safety which is first
Had fun playing with my son again however there are a few of the toys broken such as the hammers for hitting the chimes. Would be nice if these were fixed.
Was awesome, till I had a employee who was handling my little sister's birthday party me and my family was there for, litterally call me fat and then proceeded to fat shame me cause I asked if I was able to go on the zipline. I weigh under 115lbs which is the max weight limit. When I told her I actually weigh under that limit she then got mad I was continuing the conversation and said well we actually have an age limit you look to old, then turned and walked away to the back room. I was so shocked me and my family left afterwards! Deffanitly wont be book a party there!
Not a clean place very unorganized staff 3 staff out side smoking around a kids play area kids play there the cards they give you are used from the last party with 10 mins play or 15 minutes play it varies there is also 5 min play for the price they charge for a party they could do a lot better for there sandwiches are left overs for one I'm a chef so I know and from what I saw you can walk out with any child I saw one guy leave with child the kids had stamp but he never had one that's how well they watch your child had to give one star wanted to give a good -2 star poor employees and manage meant you dont smoke near a child's play area that's rude and un called for
I wish they had one on the North Side. The layout of this place is wonderful for kids and for parents. Its so roomy and doesnt ever feel over crowded. The playground is user friendly for younger kids BUT older kids will still enjoy it. They have several different areas and tons of sitting! Prices are good also!
Everything was great my kid had lots fun and suprised how big that place was, hope next time that zip line and rock claming line was open to watch other kids play on it.
The climbing structure is huge and sure to entertain kids for a long time. The red and green bouncy trampoline isn't safe when it is crowded. I think there ought to be a sign indicating age and capacity limitations. My little one fell and had his neck snap around a few times due to others bouncing. Relatively clean but definitely room for improvement. Dusty, debris on stairs. Foam blocks disintegrating. Overall a good place to tire out the littles.
All the kids had fun, it's always a great time when we visit Edmonton and it's fairly cheap to get it. Has a little bistro inside where you can purchase food and drinks also. Not really enough seating for the amount of people in there but all and all still worth it
The Allstars indoor playground is one of the premium indoor playgrounds in Edmonton. The play structure is very large and has a lot of fun features for kids of different ages. We took an 8 year old and a 2 year old and they both had a great time. The foam pit is smaller so there's no big jumps or trampoline jumps into it. We never utilized the food service portion but it looked adequate and comparable to other similar facilities.
The area Allstars could improve on is more hand sanitizer dispensers and a simple water fountain. They offered tap water and cups but a simple water fountain could prevent a lot of single use cup disposals.
Yes the place is huge and kids got a lot of things to play and do, choices from zipline, arcade (by points card, you need to buy a card to use them), mini trampoline park and foam pit. Wash room are good, though for peak times not quite good but still decent enough. The ONLY DOWNSIDE for us and its been the same for a few times that we've been here is the small cafe and their food, other than they are slow (staff are not that cheerful or always feeling tired even on the first opening hour), the food are quite hard eventhough they say its newly cooked like hotdogs and fries (hotdog should be a little bit juicy and fries at least soft inside and crunchy outside not stiff like a stick), other kids beside us also complain the food being to salty, yes they are, even the chips that comes with the combo if not old, they are all soft. Yes, I did and we did made few more visits but still the small cafe haven't got any updates nor corrections on these, too bad having a grand place like this will have its flaws on the food considering that after a great game of its patrons would definitely love to eat some decent food and refreshing drink as well. All in all its a nice place to stop once in awhile? But not at all a place to go back every now and then.
Such an awesome place! Great to plan your child’s birthday here. Fun fun fun. Had a good time and will bring the kids back here another time sometime soon.
Busy Saturday well done. Great staff trying to work their butts off in a busy environment. The women working the climbing feature was especially kind personal and awesome with my 5 year old trying something for her first time. Super kudos on being an amazing human being. I strive to bring as much care to my workplace as you showed tonight with girl you are an awesome person.thankyou:)
We hosted our child's birthday party here just over a week ago. We had a great experience, everything went so well! The booking was so easy and the staff were happy to answer all my questions during the process. We and our guests were very impressed with all there was to do at Allstars, it would be impossible to be bored here!
Our party host, Damara, was fantastic! She checked on us on a regular basis, brought out the food exactly when we had previously arranged, and was very helpful and courteous. At first, the party package seems a bit pricey, but when you see all that it includes, we found it to be a fair price for a smooth and great party experience. We would happily host another party here in the future. The birthday boy said it was the most amazing birthday party, and a guest said it was the greatest day ever! Everyone at our party went home played out and happy.
The only tip I would give someone booking a party room, is to try to get the first booking of the day for your particular room if you can, because the staff may let you put your things in the party room early if no one is using it before you.
Huge space for kids and toddlers to play, lots of keep them busy and active. Somewhat clean but toddler and baby area needs deep clean. Dust bunnies and soiled toys were everywhere. Food prices are ridiculous but decent for the venue. Overall the kids loved it and had a a good time.
Severely understaffed - same set of staff runnng the zip line and climbing walls. Waited over 30 min for climbing wall and then asked for a refund when they were still no staff.
It was good with a huge area for kids, but toys in the toddlers section were old and really dirty, this section need to deep cleaning. Also there was just one staff today and she couldn't handle all things.
My kids freak out whenever we go here. Always a good time had. I'd recommend eating before you go. The food is underwhelming & pedestrian. Even for an indoor play place.
Very good place for your kids. Kids of different ages will like it. Friendly staff. Reasonable admission fees and prices. Very clean. Enough parking. Cons: Bad expensive coffee Pizzas come in large sizes In general, food isn’t that good Will go back again but won’t buy any food or drink
