Called to ask if they had any used engines for a Subaru outback XT. The lady was quite snarky and proceeded to ask if it was a legacy or Impreza, to which I responded that no it is an outback. She then told me quite rudely that I’m wrong and Subaru only makes a Impreza and legacy. Wish I could give a good review but couldn’t even get any real help on the phone.

Very good and friendly service. I enjoyed the service of the Representative Mr Colin in securing my required parts.he went above and beyond to help me. Very descriptive and they do offer extra warranty on their items which we purchase from the store.

Spoke for a week about new interior as I live in Calgary, supplied with broken drivers seat and wrong carpet for Silverado, console had no brackets had to remove myself as no staff, offered alternative and Colin said no, return everything, can’t go there everyday gotta work, not recommending this place! Great place! Parts lady Helen was very helpful and friendly. I was allowed into the yard to check the list of trucks I was given to look for my part. Yard was clean and well organized. Zach was sent out to remove my parts, he was super nice and did a great job. Very impressed the parts were discounted due to some damages. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service, saved a couple hundred bucks for a fan clutch on my truck. They had it stocked, tested and ready for pick up within minutes. We will be doing business with all west moving forward.

We phoned ahead of time and they had our part ready for us and also provided a back up for us to look at. Friendly and Knowledgeable, and competitive prices.

Worst auto wreckers in the city came in to get a fuel neck for my friend's truck we asked for the whole assembly my friend had to go out to go make sure that it was there we waited for over an hour for something that should have took 15 minutes the gentleman came in with just the fuel neck and we asked where the part was too connected to the Box they said it wasn't there like literally was cuz my friend went out there and that was the reason we were going to take it the lady Helen I believe her name was flipped out at my friend screaming and swearing told us to get out of the store when you ask for the whole thing you're expecting the whole thing then having the courtesy to say I'm not sending somebody out there for $20 ignorant staff

I’d like to thank Helen and Steve for the superior customer service that they deliver. The store is neat / clean and well organized. Along with the fact that they return calls promptly with the needed information.
I blew the motor in my car and they had it replaced in a day and half. They came in under the cost that they quoted me for the engine replacement. After I received the car back I had an issue with it over heating which was no fault of theirs. It was caused by a faulted electric radiator fan, again they had it in and out within hours. Allwest Auto Parts is definitely the place to go and I’ll be back if I require anything.
