Worst customer service if there is no start I will give them. I shopped many times and every time I said maybe next time will be better, but, it become worst. When I complained to the owner, he did not pay attention as he has enough money. Communication is the worst, meat the wrest if you do not keep eyes on the worker

Good quality meat products. Owner is friendly and I am happy that they are willing to exchange if the meat turns out to be bad. Better than grab and go butchers.

SELLING EXPIRED PRODUCTS - I PICKED UP TWO HAIR OILS AND THE EXPIRY WAS FEB 2021, AND UPON INFORMING THE CASHIER KINDLY, HE STARTED BEING EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID IT IS NOT EXPIRED YET IT IS STILL GOOD FOR NEXT 15 DAYS, I SAID I AM JUST LETING YOU KNOW THAT IF SOMEONE DOES NOT CHECK EXPIRY THIS CAN CAUSE HARM TO THEIR HEALTH, THE CASHIER WAS A TALL PAKISTANI GUY WHO STARTED POINTING THE BOTTLE ON MY FACE TO SHOW ME THAT EXPIRY IS IN NEXT 15 DAYS AND WAS VERY RUDE.please AVOID buying from this man's shop, he sells expired items or short expiry products shamelessly.he has no dignity!

Worst customer service that I faced in Calgary. The butcher in this shop thinks he knows everything and even tried to argue with customers like me. And they gave not so fresh mutton as well. Never coming back here!

If u are looking to buy young beef meat then this is the best store to buy. Especially shanks and ribs. Store is run by two brothers, customer service is a friendly. Meet cutter is nice guy.

Please change your opening hours for Saturday, I came all the way checking online that shows u are open but disappointing you were closed when we reached ur shop at 10.30am.
Please change hours of operation online they are incorrect and guiding people wrong.

When I ordered the first time, they served well. The meat was fresh. This time the color of some of the meat pieces was literally black. I ordered in bulk considering the previous service but had to waste almost all of it. If they didn't have fresh meat, they could have just told me instead of giving me stale meat that I had to throw away.

We have purchased from here a few times, the first time the beef ribs we got were great, the couple of times after the quality was terrible, so we thought we would give them one more chance and i just threw 30 dollars worth of "fresh" meat we bought yesterday because it smelled so bad and was discolored. So clearly it was not fresh at all and has been sitting there for long. Never going back there again, very disappointed with this mistreatment of customers.

Horrible service, they just want to take money out from your pocket. Whatever good comments are posted here, possibly they posted for themselve. The lady on the counter doesn’t know how to talk with customer. I bought two times mince from them always smell bad and lots of fat.
I gave one star only because without giving any star cant post my experience here.

Awesome service. They were very friendly and helpful. They were open after hours for another customer when I walked in. They stayed open for my order of pasanday. Nicely done pasanday as well. Perfect for our bihari kababs bbq in Wateron. It was my first visit and I found the place neat and clean, well stocked with Pakistani and South Asian foods. Thank you my friends!

This place is stocked with EVERYTHING, literally everything from Pakistan. From all your childhood biscuits, Shan masalas, teas, prayer mats, utensils, and more! Great store for stocking up on your supplies at a reasonable price.

If they don't know you, they will give you the worst meat they have that's been sitting in their freezer for weeks, possibly months.

Went to this store today after a long time and had a great experience. The girl at the counter was so friendly and helpful. She greeted each customer and was so polite. Finally! Someone who understands customer service. Will definitely come here more often now.

The meat here was disgusting and had a horrendous after taste. My husband was in a hurry and went to this place and purchased 4 pounds of ground beef. It looked really fatty and the meat smelled old. I cooked it anyways, and it tasted like old meat with chemicals in it. The aftertaste made us feel sick. We ended up throwing out the meat. Just because something is halal does not mean that the meat should be awful. DO NOT buy meat from here or you will end up throwing it out. Very bad meat!

Garbage store rude staff and owner. They sell meat which is probably old and no taste and it's over priced.

These guys are rip off worst customer service In calgary they mark up the prices I would not recommend it.
