Love this store. Not only did she suit me up with a bike but they got my wife and girl into a bike that they love. On top of that their accessories and hydro packs are amazing. The team them selves are knowledgeable and super friendly always willing to help. I spent allot of money there recently and I and happy with every penny I spent. They would rather see you happy then make you buy the more expensive upgraded items. I will also add their bike are quality. Thanks Alpenland

I have memory issues and could not remember where I parked my car. I saw a young man helping customers with their bike outside of Alpenland and waited for him to finish. I told him my problem in hopes he could help somehow. He said his shift finishes in ten minutes so I waited for him. Soon he came back to me, hopped on his bicycle and sped off quickly. He returned in 5 minutes and took me to where my car was parked. I am soon going to Alpenland to purchase a bike for my granddaughter

The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. They let me try out different bikes and explained the differences between the price points and brands.

My hubby and I were shopping for E bikes and had Salesman Caleb and owner Steve helping us. We have not experienced such amazing customer service in any Lethbridge store like that before. They were the best. So very accommodating and knowledgeable and friendly! I will recommend Alpenland to anyone looking for e bikes. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Drove down from Calgary and purchased a mountain bike at Alpenland. They checked stock for me over the phone and placed a bike on hold for me several days prior to visiting. When I arrived, they provided helpful, patient and thorough service to get me set up. Well worth the trip down. Would recommend this shop!

We were extremely happy with the service at Alpenland. Steve, Wes and Cody are awesome with great service and great equipment. We've rented our skis from them back to back years. The service we received in 2022 from Cody was what made us come back in 2023. Then again this year we had great service from Wed and Steve. Thanks staff at Alpenland. We'll be back!

Great service, bought a pair of boots on sale for the end of season, helped with getting them fitted properly.
Previously bought a pair of boots that was way too big from here, associate who helped somehow recommended the wrong size and led to issues.

Was my favourite store in Lethbridge. Until my friend dropped her snowboard and brand new flow bindings off. Upon picking them up, we noticed that there was a lot of damage to her bindings that was not originally there. After sending multiple photos of how the bindings looked and that they were clearly damaged by their store. The owner Wes continue to mansplain,
to my friend how they couldn’t have damage the bindings because he has 20+ years of experience. I know for a fact that the bindings were dropped off in perfect condition and were picked up damaged. All we asked for is acknowledgement not even our money back we didn’t get that however, we were called liars. We were told that he would not accept any responsibility for his employees, but he would personally buy them off of us to deal with this issue. Which we declined because again we were not there for money we were there for them to acknowledge that they damage the bindings.

I have had an amazing experience each time I’ve gone in. The staff is very knowledgeable and enjoy helping you find the best fit! I went in only looking to get a helmet. And walked out with information on how boots should fit. And the type of skis I should start with for the type of skiing I enjoy. This is the place to go to find all the winter gear you need for a great season. Thanks to the staff working there.

My experiences with the bike shop were always pretty positive. They fixed my bike when no other shop in town could get it in and they special ordered some shoes for me, which was really appreciated. And they provided excellent follow up service on a bike my partner purchased from them.
