Had a 2007.5 dodge and I destroyed the ECM with a power washer and 4 fuel injectors
Alpha fixed it all for me and added my Fleece turbo

We were the 1 in 7, that misfueled our vehicle thanks to ignorance & Chevron putting their friggin 94 octane where the diesel pump should go By Gods grace, & the knowledgeable staff at Alpha, we have our truck back from the dead! We called at least 4 other locations, and ONLY Alpha Diesel was capable of giving us a thorough step-by-step of what needed to be done to get started. They were very encouraging & hopeful in our situation, & even gave knowledge based on the year, make, model etc of how things could go. Super appreciate everything they did and to have our family ford f-350 back

A+ experience with Theresa and Luke at Alpha, truck was kms away from limp mode from the DEF unit malfunctioning, they got me in for a delete at a great price and with an incredible turnaround time. Have recommended two guys at work to take their trucks there for the same treatment. Thank you again!

I was very impressed with both the service and the workmanship. They found a broken manifold Friday afternoon and were able to find a new one and stayed late to ensure my truck got done the day they promised. They are knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend this company

Without a doubt the best Diesel shop I've dealt with, quality work at a good price. From the girls at the front desk to the fellas at the back, everyone knows what they're talking about. I had a steering issue with my 01 Powerstroke and the receptionist had the problem figured out before I even came in for a diagnosis. Every time I come in here I'm more impressed, the security system Tim made for me is still working great.

Hard to believe some of negative reviews posted here as my experience and those of my friends has always exceeded expectations! From the front desk to the mechanics in the shop I have always been treated with respect, received great advice and always more than satisfied with the work done!

My experience here was awsome fast and professional service. Truck was fixed on time and right. Highly recommend to anyone that needs work done on there diesel trucks

Im assuming the older blonde woman is the owner as
she made it clear she's only interested in taking your money and doesn't care about you or your vehicles needs.
They had to get a mechanic from the back for any questions I had and it seemed like the front desk was uneducated in anything vehicle related
Made the decision to go to another diesel shop in town as this place made me feel uneasy

Alpha Diesel has been a great diesel shop I have been going to for the last few years. I have always been treated fairly with pricing, quotes, and labor. The techs in the back are very knowledgeable and always able to fix my trucks quickly and properly. I would recommend Alpha Diesel to my friends, and family. If anyone is questioning where to take there truck, give Alpha Diesel a call. One stop shop.

I bought a SCT tuner off them with custom tunes that were supposed to be unreal good took 6 weeks to get it after being told 3 days to get it. The truck was horrible to drive, It was far better with the box tune that i removed i called and informed them of the problem and was told he would look into it and call me back. Its safe to say that I am not getting that call.no i have to try and solve the problem myself, so much for local customer service. I also ordered some parts that i gave up on

Turbo went (blew up) in my 2011 F350. Called Alpha and had the truck towed there the same day. Got it back with new upgraded turbo and new tunes in a week, can’t even get an appointment at some shops within a week. Email correspondence was fantastic. Quote was accurate. Had a few people recommended them and I’m glad I went there.

Incredibly disappointed and ripped off.
Just goes to show good mechanics are hard to find. Got my diesel back after having 2 injectors installed, mechanic never tightened up fuel line and stated leaking fuel on manifest. All 5/6 bolts were different tensions, they changed a battery post connection then broke it when I picked it up. Charged for a power steering pump, but never said it leaked when picked up, they charged for a diagnosis stating replace pump. Then after I took it other power steering leaks occured. My guess with the injector leak was it was a way to get me back to fleece me for more $$$. However the staff is very polite but guilty of nothing and not mature enough to say so in my case.
I talk to a lot of people through my work and meeting Cummins guys and will be happy to share my experience that goes further than this. I'm guessing the "spongy breaks " that are not is a mechanics key word to soak the customer further. These people and the owner Theresa don't have the ability or maturity to be honest nor ability to admit any wrong doings.

Loved Theresa and her guys in the back, did a phenomenal job on my truck! Excellent customer service and very good energy. Especially the two nice girls up front!

If you are looking for a place to get things done.look no further this is the place! I would highly recommend.

It’s always good to have a mechanic in your back pocket, and Tim and the crew are all that and more. Super knowledgeable, professional, and great service - from Tatyana at the front desk ordering parts and booking you in, to the guys in the back providing advice and turning wrenches. They also stand behind their work - if you have any issues you can always get a hold of Alpha and they will make it right. I took my 2017 Ram there to get a bunch of mods done and it is now a different beast. This is the only place my truck will ever go to get work done.

Took my truck in for a Titan fuel tank install. The staff and mechanics were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They kept me advised, the quote was accurate and everyone was approachable. Great work combined with a great atmosphere means I will be going back.

Seems like a shop for customers with a lot of money (and can’t wrench) that want to look like gear heads with decked out diesel trucks. Only went here once service was slow and they had a rookie work on my rig. Can’t say too much more on my limited experience.

Ken that is the shop Forman at alpha diesel is amazing. Give him a call with all your diesel needs, his knowledge is hands down by far fantastic. He is truly a great mechanic who is looking out for the consumer. Saving his customers money every chance he has. Any tech that can take a call from you and diagnose your diesel to keep you on the road and not charge you a penny is a great guy to have on your speed dial.

I brought my 09 ford f350 6.4 to the dealership. They told my 15 hours+ cab off fix. Called alpha took my truck straight there. They could do this fix with cab on and saved me 11 hours at dealship diesel rates. They are very Knowledgeable. Great guys great customer service. They cleaned up under the hood changed a faulty glow plug and I was on my way. Truck runs great. Fully deleted 420000km on it. Thanks team Alpha

Super high quality work. They do the best work in Calgary for diesel engines. Very professional and great staff.

They seemed very knowledgeable but it would have been nice to get a call back. Called 3 times with no return call Had to go somewhere else and get my work done.

By far one of the best shops. They have accommodated me while my truck is being fixed. Tim even let me use his personal truck while it was being fixed. Always very fair with me.

Had brought my truck in for some work and it was a great experience hands down, I will not ring my truck anywhere else for work. Tim was super helpful and kept my updated on everything. Keep up the outstanding work.

After deciding to move to a new shop. I decided to give these guys a try when my truck started making some grinding noises. I had phoned in and booked my truck in for the following week to get looked at. Long story short, it took them 2 full weeks to diagnose the issue. The part that upset me, was it took 2 weeks to pull a diff cover, and to bore-scope a T-case. After I had given instructions to pull the T-case and open it up (make sure that was our problem), they decided to push the truck back out of the shop and take another 3 days to QUOTE a new T-case. I had also asked for additional work to be done with my exhaust, and that also was never completed. I decided to pick up my truck and take it somewhere else, reason being this shop is too busy, and I felt that I was just a side project to all the other work.

Really an awesome place to take your vehicle. I'm not a picky person but these people are. I set a budget and they stayed in it without any issues.

This shop is great. Justin is knowledgeable and pragmatic. They did some tuning work on my '14 Cummins - amazing tune, improved mileage and I LOVE driving my truck again. Had a minor issue that needed fixing and their after sales support was way above beyond what I was expecting. If you're considering if you should use this shop - just do it. Thank you Alpha, well done!

If I could give zero stars I would. My vehicle has been going here for a number of years and while I was out of Calgary I had to take it somewhere else because it would not start. The new mechanic that I seen did a new oil change, changed the cabin air filter, which was absolutely disgusting because Alpha never once changed it. Changed the air filter which was black a nasty! Clearly never changed with this company. My PCV valve was pure black and had so much crud build up on it clearly the mechanics never checked that either. Sure don’t care for the safety of myself or family in the vehicle. Never ever going here again! I will never recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

These guys are awesome. They put a 6 inch BDS lift in my 2018 f-150. I have had zero problems, it rides straight, and also smooth. I took it in after a week of being on and they looked over everything just to make sure everything was done right. I am happy and I will be further using alpha diesel moving forward.

Had my truck deleted and the pricing was just as good as the service 10/10. I will not be going anywhere else

Needed some forged 10 lug wheels put on my dually, and due to circumstances I needed it done that afternoon but hadn't booked anything yet. I didnt feel comfortable letting a quick service center handle the wheels, so I gave these guys a call. The lady who answered was very friendly and helpful as well as the shop staff she dealt with for my questions. Unfortunately they weren't able to get me in, but they were nice enough to recomend a few places I could try instead that would fit my needs, as well as offeres their next closest available time. Based solely on their above and beyond customer service I give them 5 stars, and look forward to actually getting work done here in the future as reputable diesel shops are hard to come by now.

I have only taken my diesel to this business and always recieved the best service and reasonable rates.very experienced diesel automotive techs and above the rest customer service staff.

Awesome service, they ordered the parts and as soon as they received them they were able squeeze me in for a quick and painless install. Also the knowledgeable mechanic gave me tips and future service advice after the test drive to ensure everything was tight and leak free. Will be returning for future repairs and service.
