Since finding Justin and the team at Alpine a year ago, they have become my go to shop for my fleet. In my line of work scheduling can sometimes be difficult and they always find a way to fit me in. They always go above and beyond, super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend going to Alpine for all diesel truck needs.

These boys put in work day in and day out. They are very professional with what they do and take pride in their work. The videos the put out clearly show that they care in what they do and I would strongly recommend them.

22 - F350, Alpine got my truck on a weight loss program and got it up and running the way a diesel should. Great work, great bunch of guys, they were nice enough to fit my truck in on short order, and also stayed late to finish my truck same day.

Alpine Diesel is wicked to deal with! They are very knowledgeable and very experienced! I took my 2020 International CV515 with the L5P/L5D duramax to them for a full delete and train horn set up.
Justin (Owner) and his team spent multiple days and late nights working on my truck and doing research and we successful in deleting and tuning the first International Duramax in Canada! They killed it. I would highly reccomend taking your work to them

I wouldn’t bring them my truck back even if it’s the last diesel shop in the country. They botched all the work they did on my truck. Never been upfront about scheduling or issues they would run into.

My truck got in there on nov 12 and ended up staying for an entire month. About 500km after my truck left the shop I started to have rear axle issues because of their errors. So I took my truck back there and they left it untouched for a month …. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere with your truck

After installing a few mods on my 6.7 powerstroke the truck had no power, called up Jordan at alpine diesel he said to bring it by and they’ll have a look, after a bit of troubleshooting him and guys guys found out there was a mass flow air sensor issue and I was on my way! They went out of there way to help and quickly figured out the issue with the experience they have

Fixed the rear crank seal on my VW Tiguan. No more leaks! Couldn’t be happier super quick and easy to deal with! Very reasonably priced as well thanks again!

Was in to get a diesel delete done. The service was amazing. I have been driving and maintaining diesels for 10 years and this was the most responsive shop I have used I won’t go anywhere else.

Thank you to alpine diesel. Guys went out of there way to help me find a bushing for my bds lift. Got it installed at there shop and not a scratch on the powder coat. Also did a delete on my 2021 f350 and install was clean and no cutting of factory exhaust done. Appreciate everything!

This place is a joke. The person at the front desk doesn’t know anything about his job. Highly DO NOT recommend this shop. Have had several people tell me horror stories of how their trucks went in for service/ repairs. And maybe the initial repair was solved but later had to take it back cause of something else they had broke/ damaged in the process. DO NOt recommend.

Had my 2021 ford f350 deleted, programming, CTS 3 dashboard etc done by Alpine. I've been a diesel guy since 2006 and have done the tour when it comes to diesel shops/techs. These guys are legit. Great communications, suggestions, pricing and they were able to accommodate my schedule by getting me in and out fast. So far, the ecm tunes are perfect. The extra exhaust work and dashboard installs were done by pro's. Thanks Geff, Jordan and the wrencheads!

I had my truck deleted over a year ago before I knew of Alpine. I’ve had a few issues with water in a sensor throwing the check engine. I called them and they told me to swing by and they would scan it. They had my truck fixed in 15 minutes tops, and I haven’t had a code since. I was just used to driving with the engine light on. Service was excellent! I’ll definitely be going back for any work that needs to be done! They even threw on a movie for my kids while we waited. Highly recommend

Would recommend alpine to anyone. Great crew of guys. First time bringing my work truck to them told them my time line they had all the parts ready and installed before the deadline. Will be taking my truck there for any more work!

Alpine diesel was more than helpful changing out my transmission in my f-350 gave me all options from the biggest and best trans to stock, they actually asked what I did with the truck and recommended what type of trans I put in it. Communication was clear and are very Down to earth people, will definitely be going back

1st things first, Alpine Diesel failed to communicate about being behind schedule due to shop error/staffing problems. I made sure they were aware before taking my truck in, that I had a deadline of when I needed it back by. I even dropped it off a few days early just in case they could get to it. I had expected a call after they got a look at it, so I followed up 2 days AFTER the scheduled appointment to find out they were behind. Then, after they've had the truck for a week, they refused to complete the job I was quoted. On top of this, I was charged diagnosis for some repairs I requested - and received no report detailing the problems. I also had a tire rotation completed. When i went to retorque after approximately 50km, one tire had 6 loose nuts and 2 completely broken studs. As I was heading out on a trip out of cell range, I had to wait until returning to contact them. They refused to acknowledge their fault on the tire because they were "positive it was torqued". How they could be so positive when they were rushing everything last minute before I had to pick it up, enough to forget to plug in my engine tuner, I'm not quite sure.

If you couldn't complete the job, I wouldn't have brought it in the first place. And 3 other shops disagreed that the tidy tank could be installed the way I requested

I was also told the owner would call me several times.after following up multiple times, and 3 weeks later, I've yet to receive a call

Justin and the crew managed to fit us in pretty quick whilst we were on a camping trip. Even went out he’s way to drop of and pick up at our campground.

My experience with Alpine Diesel was fantastic. They are friendly, they kept in touch with all details and their pricing was very competitive. I have high standards when it comes to having work done on my truck as I am a former mechanic. These folks are honest and that alone is hard to come by these days. I will be back for more based on the above information.
