I can't say enough about these kind people, If you are looking for that good ol' mom and pop shop then this is the place! I have had several things done here over the last few years. I got my cowboy boots re-soled, I was sure they were destin for the trash and they came back like new! My blundstones tore a tab off, turns out they are super hard to put on without that! The kind fella here put a new tab on that was 10x better than the factory ones. We have also had blundstones punched out to give a little more room and it was perfect! 10/10 reccomend this shop!

Super friendly service. I appreciate being able to take in my favourite old boots and get new heels and soles.

I had two pairs of Allen Edmonds repaired here and I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of work. The repairs took about a week and they went above and beyond what was expected.

I've used this shop's services about three times over 20 years. These days I'm wearing leather boots daily. The boots are expensive and once I break them in they fit like a glove, so keeping them in good repair is important! The two people who own and run this shop are amazing! I come in with a lot of questions and they give me a lot of good information, recommendations and tell it to me straight. They are really personable people in a genuine way. The turn around time is great. The quality of the work is never in question and I think the price is fair. 20 years ago I was told they are the best hiking boot shop and more recently I was told they are the top fashion shoe repair shop. I agree with all of the recommendations and I am so grateful they are in business.

Despite what SCARPA has on their website, they have not repaired climbing shoes for a number of years.
I can see what people mean in their reviews; the gentlemen working there greetly me nicely, but I was quickly dismissed but a sassy and not so friendly lady within a 10 second interaction.

I love this place! Service is quick! Same day service for minor repairs. Competitive prices. I would highly recommend this shoe repair store to anyone. I will be back soon!

Please retire, for everyones sake. I'm sure your experience/skill is profound but the dismissiveness and general distain I was shown by who I assume is the wife/owner made me walk out. You guys are obviously done with the business. Just, go enjoy retirement.

I don't care how good their actual repair service may (or may not) be, when their customer service on the phone, to ligitimate questions clarifying their information, is so ignorant I will never take my service there!

I was really impressed with the quality of customer service here. I was recommended this cobbler by Gravity Pope but after reading some negative reviews I was unsure. I'm glad I took the plunge and I will definitely be back. You can come here expecting experienced professionals that won't try to up sell just for the sake of making a buck. It's clear their objective is to develop a strong base of returning clientele and they achieve this with honest, low pressure service.

Rudest experience I've had the misfortune to experience. I will never ever use their service. They obviously feel they don't need to treat people with even the most basic common curtesy.

I’ve been going to Alpine Shoe Service for almost 20 years, mostly to have my Birkenstock sandals and dress shoes resoled. They have always been very nice and helpful and I will continue to go there. Workmanship has been great and have never had any issues with a repair.

Awful service, will never come back here for anything. Head to Conti's in the north if you need anything done

Went in for a repair of an Alpine boot, Lady was very unfriendly and said she could not help me.

Been going to this shop for years. Excellent work! For those dummies complaining about hours of work or otherwise. Move out of Mom and Dad's basement. When this shop is gone, which will likely be soon based on their age, you'll be left without the incredible experience and quality work of people who know.
