Alta Custom Exhaust

I was very pleased with the services I received from Alta. They even accommodated my schedule without complaint. I own several cars (including Porsches) and they treated my old Lexus with the same care and consideration as my other very valuable vehicles. Thank you very much for your outstanding work.

They got me in on short notice, I requested they make my modified vehicle quieter. They did a great job of this and gave realistic estimates on about how much a particular part would reduce the noise. I ended up buying 2 things to quiet the car down.

Welds look good, they started the job when they brought it in and finished it in a reasonable amount of time. I had to be somewhere else afterwards and they got me out the door with plenty of time to spare.

I went to repair an exhaut pipe and the pipe was welded within few minutes. The price was reasonable yet could have been bit more cheaper.

They charged me 91$ for changing a 18$ bulb in 5 minutes. Very bad people. Be careful about this place. Much more expensive than Canadian tire.

Will be recommending this shop to everyone. Brought my Mazda 2 in to get an exhaust cause it was way too loud when i bought it, turned out it was straight off the headers. Within less than a day they custom built a full exhaust system that sounds as close to factory as possible and absolutely nailed it while still being budget friendly. Thanks for all your hard work, very much appreciated!

The employees here are wonderful, straightforward, honest, and are happy to explain things. I compared several shops to fix my cat converters, and they not only had the best price but they were willing to stay within my budget and not push extra work on me. Just did what was discussed. I will definitely be returning!

Awsome staff, excellent customer service, they installed a catback kit I brought into them aswell as tips and the final fit and finish was awsome, super happy, everyone who wants a custom exhaust plz go see these guys

My exhaust pipe had become detached from its rubber hanging bracket at the rear of the truck, creating a bad potential situation where my full exhaust system could have come down while driving. On short notice just before Alberta Custom Exhaust Saturday closing hour, they ushered me into a repair bay where a seasoned technician identified the problem, welded on the appropriate retainer piece and checked the entire system for additional damage issues. Finding one other issue, he repaired that and sent me on my way. The boss wouldn’t accept payment for the brief time in his business, which in this day and age was refreshing. I told him Alberta Custom Exhaust will receive all my future business as a result. Great business, friendly knowledgeable staff. What more can I say?

I had been referred to this shop by Choi Motorsports. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Zak got my vehicle repaired despite being very busy. Fantastic service!

I cannot say enough about the staff that work and manage this business. They are all humans with compassionate souls and truly care about YOU and your vehicle. Big shout out to the mechanic Brett you fixed my vehicle. He charged me no labour out of the kindness of his heart. Who does that? He restored my faith in humanity.

I have dealt with Alta for generator exhausts for years. They are always fair and get my things done on time.

This review is late in coming, but I have never been so impressed, and felt like I was so well treated by an auto shop before. I brought my car in after the exhaust pipe had rusted through and was almost falling off. I expected my first visit to be an estimate of how much it would be to fix, and for there to be a follow up to bring my car back.

There was no second appointment, they took my car right in, let me know how much it would be to fix it, and got it done within the hour. And it was a fraction of the cost that I had expected.

Throughout the short time I was there, I was treated respectfully and honestly, and I saw that treatment extended to other customers as well.

I really hope that this review helps Alta Custom Exhaust get more business, because they deserve it, and people deserve to be treated with the level of honesty and respect that they deliver.

I should mention, the quality of work was also exceptional!
