Had an amazing experience moving this past week. Excellent and professional service from Edward, Alex and Alex. If I ever move again I will definitely use alta. Thank you again guys.

Our first ever experience with the Alta Moving and Storage went great. Their service is appreciable and exceptional. Mr. Jatinder Singh Jeetu and Alex were our assigned movers. Mr. Jeetu was very quick and handled the packages with care. They had loaded the truck in under 50 mins which was the expected time more or less.
Mr. Jeetu is highly professional and considerate. He gave us all essential tips of packing, provided us with the updates about the move, storage and has shared photos after everything was kept professionally in our storage unit.
Overall a great company and great service. Will definitely be using Alta Moving in the future. Highly recommended!

Working with Alta movers like Alex and Aa Ron makes for a professional feeling at the end of every day

I had A-A- Ron and Jason for my move this week. This was the forth time I have used Alta Moving in the last 2 years. Obviously I like their services! Everything was great from the beginning to the end of my move. I love the Frog Boxes that are supplied. It makes things easy and organized. They confirmed everything along the way, showed up on time and were super efficient and courteous and friendly. They are a very reasonable company as well. Hopefully I won’t be moving again soon but I will be referring them as often as I can.

I booked a move from my storage unit to the new apartment. The booking process was easy, cost was cheaper then everywhere else I was getting quotes from, and my movers Wayne and Aaron were fantastic - super friendly, worked hard, and got my things moved very quickly. I’m so happy with my experience, and would use Alta Moving again in a heartbeat!

I've known Aa Ron for years as a mover and astounded by the fantastic pack, wrap and safe deliver client's possessions/products. If you're looking for experience, strength a friendly how do pls ask for an estimate; you won't be disappointed.

We used ALTA moving for our most recent move from Edmonton to Fort McMurray. The guys were beyond excellent, all 3 gentleman were extremely professional and very hard workers. They treated all of our belongings like they were they're own. The price was also very fair and more then competitive with than other moving companies we received quotes from. Kelvin and Johnny took excellent care of our stuff, while still being as efficient as possible. They hit the perfect balance of speed and carefulness. Everything that needed to be wrapped was wrapped, everything that needed to be padded was padded. Our stuff was moved to storage during renovations, so they moved it double the amount of times needed for a regular move. Still not a single scratch or bump on the walls, furniture, or floors. They also displayed a high degree of professionalism and pride in their work. We were truly impressed, and would hire them again in a second.

Kevin & Jhonny were amazing during our recent move. They were super quick and professional and there was not a single item damaged. They got a huge truck and things were load and unloaded seamlessly. They seemed to be on red bull cause they never stopped. Alta was good to deal with and the frogboxes were a nice add on.

Affordable and efficient! Edward and Robert were amazing! Super friendly, professional and flexible. Our elevator went down temporarily and they didn't bat an eye! I'd use this moving co again anytime!

We recently hired Alta Moving to move us from a 4th floor apartment to a duplex, across the City. We both agree that Wayne and Matthew are fantastic! They showed up on time, and let us know how the day would go. They were both friendly, hard working, and extremely organized. Everything arrived without a scratch. True professionals!

Excellent communication throughout from the whole team, with Nour, Audie, and Maria in the office, and including Jason, who delivered our frog boxes. We couldn’t be happier with this team and their service, and would absolutely recommend Alta Moving to anyone looking for a professional moving company. 10/10

Aa Ron and Wayne were doing packing and moving me I was absolutely astounded by their professionalism, so so nice

The team of Wayne, Aaron and Jason was indeed excellent. This is my second move with Wayne and he is exceptionally outstanding and personable and willing to go the extra mile in doing his work. He's a great asset to the company. I will always recommend AltaMoving to others for their high standards of service working with the customer. I am totally happy and satisfied and glad I called them both times. Having the use of the frog boxes was very helpful as well. The owner, Nahhid followed up with me after the move, which was impressive too.

Huge mistake hiring Alta Moving. I spent $900 to have my belongings moved. Later that day, while unpacking, I found a bunch of my things broken. Damages to my items include a broken tv, broken legs on bedroom dresser, holes in my couch and smashed dishes. The cost of damages are in the thousands. I made several calls to have this problem resolved but was dismissed as this situation was clearly not a priority for them. Almost two weeks go by with no news, so I call again. They return my call to tell me they won’t cover my tv. They asked me what I thought would be an appropriate price for the damages. I said $1200 (very reasonable considering the cost of the move was $900 and it would cost me well over $2000 to replace my broken items). The lady on the phone promptly told me I was asking too much. She then proceeded to claim their movers are very professional. Which was insulting to me as the movers didn’t take care with my property at all. I am still attempting to resolve this issue, but am highly doubtful Alta is willing to take accountability for their actions. This experience has convinced me never to hire any moving company again. Please do not make the same mistake I have by hiring Alta Moving or this very well could happen to you.
