Super friendly staff, easy to find street parking, and best of all your physiotherapist treats you for the entire appointment rather than running between multiple patients. Thea was great and had me leaving feeling sore, but in the best way!

This new (ish) physio studio in Marda Loop is the epitome of lovely, from the relaxing, bright and airy feel of the clinic to the individual attention that one receives as a patient. Thea was my physio and they patiently poked and prodded until they were able to identify where my pain was (it took a while!) and then provided me with options for stretching and strengthening, as well as immediate therapy to address the sore spots. There's a gym in the basement too!

Erin is wonderful and educated. Experienced with injury and healing. Proper amount of pressure. Love her!

Office staff were very friendly and offered beverages while waiting. It was my first time at Alta Physio but very quickly I felt very comfortable.
The appointment started on time. Janine was very friendly and thorough as we went through the history of my health issue that she was to treat. The physical assessment was also thorough and she found places where I didn’t even realize I had muscle tightness. Once the assessment was completed she offered both a short term plan for treatment today including exercises for home as well as a plan for further gathering of information and a path forward with her and other medical professionals to definitively determine the cause (s) of my pain and solutions to heal my body in the affected area.
I cannot say enough about how personal and professional she was during my appointment. I am confident we will find a path forward.

My wife has been going to Alta for years now, she recently recommended I try acupuncture with Eryn to deal with an old hockey injury.

Eryn was so great, it was the best treatment I have ever had of any kind. Not only was it accupuncture, but some cupping, massage, and needling. I left feeling great and later noticed my range of motion had improved already.

Also, the building is so cool, and the front staff was super friendly. I will be back for sure!
