Right from the first phone call to Always Affordable, Sandy was great with her excellent customer service, after speaking with her, she set aside the perfect product for my new doors. That Saturday, we spoke with Ian, and again, Ian was awesome, he educated my wife and I on the product Sandy had put aside for us. Ian was efficient and professional. Had an awesome experience! I called them up to change one of our office locks, and they answered all my questions. Got a next-day appointment, and a locksmith showed up the next morning, finishing the job in just 30 minutes. The actual cost ended up being less than what they quoted over the phone, and the accounting folks emailed me a duplicate invoice. Super professional, super friendly, and no surprise charges.

Truly a great experience. I called to enquire about getting 3 exterior locks changed on my home. I was able to get the next appointment, and within a couple of hours Dave came by and did the work. I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone, and Dave took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Very professional and friendly, with no hidden charges.

We called to have our locks re keyed and what a wonderful experience. They had the rep over to our house within an hour. Just like it says on the tin: always affordable! Other places quoted me $140+ for a residential unlock, but this place did it for $99.75! I love that they give the quote on the phone, and a reasonable time frame. Thanks so much! If I'm ever in another pickle, I'll call again:)

I highly recommend this place. I called to get my car unlocked and they were happy to send a tech right away, fast service and price was cheaper compare to other companies out there.

Would not recommend. These folks can't even cut keys properly. I went out of my way to take a rare vintage key blank to a "real" locksmith instead of just some hardware store, because I thought I would get a better quality result, but instead they botched it. Very disappointed.
