Horrible service. Instead of lying to us this company should have kepted better records. They have never treated us with integrity. The office manager Lindsey had been rude and jacked up priced and lied about it. They wouldn't even fulfill the contract we had with them to service our a/c. The owner told us that since we had the contract that we would be taken care of. Not once did yhey do this.

We woke up to a cold house and dead furnace. Always Plumbing actually answers their phones after hours and had a tech in our house by noon! He quickly found an electrical issue and fixed it, then checked for any other issues and did some preventative maintenance, all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

$350 quote. Oh, sorry, another problem; add $775. Oh, sorry, another problem. Your total is now $1950. I could have spent another 2k and bought a brand new furnace. Maybe train your techs to thoroughly and properly diagnose issues before ripping the furnace apart when it’s -30 and leaving me no choice but to agree to whatever you claim I need to have done.

It's not fun you have to reach out someone when you have leak in the house. But I must say as per recommendation from a friend who had been using Always Plumbing & Heating from a while, so we ended up calling them and have our leak fixed by a technician Chris. I have to admit very professional, took his time explaining all the options and helped us choosing the right way to have the job done so that this job is Atleast fixed for the life of the house.

Amazing service & we felt safe as Chris is in industry for over 2 decades which is wholesome awesome experience. From the day we connected Always Plumbing the communication is alive as in reminder for the appointment making sure things are moving on right track with timeline.

I am sure many of us think things can done on our own and which we did almost a year ago with help of one of my plumber friends but the issue knocked again to us and that is when I had a feeling it's the job for professionals to come and take care of it.

Chris not only fixed but also suggested to have fixed in a way so that it's easy for us in future as in to have it accessible and doable for life.

I use Always for all my plumbing and heating needs. They offer fast, efficient and reliable service without fail.

Called always plumbing to come do a main drain clean. Fixed the problem that day but 5 days later the issue happened again. Called them to come return to fix the problem I had paid for. They called me back and said they wouldn’t be able to and referred me to another company. I said I would like a refund for the services that I paid for that didn’t get fixed. They told me they would look into it. I have called again and left a voicemail and they said they forwarded it to their office. I am still calling trying to get a refund. Avoid this company.

EDIT: 3 weeks later and still no update. Still trying to get an update from this company.

They phone in the morning of the install stating that they were on there way.were professional and friendly. Explained what they were doing and showed me how to work things when they were done and cleaned up after themselfs. Would highly recommend this company

My experience with Always Plumbing & Heating started off very professional and friendly right from the beginning with my comfort technician Brandon visiting my house to provide a quote. Brandon was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful for my time, as I work a night shift and had just gotten off work. Scheduling of my services, AC unit, garage heater and water softener was a very smooth process and they easily accommodated my work schedule. The installation of my AC unit and garage heater was completed with great professionalism, on time and friendly service. Nolan and Tariq did an amazing job and was very particular with their installation showing great care and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Great workmanship, very neat and tidy installation. Water softener was installed by Fraser and again completed with great professionalism and workmanship and set up to work with respect to our family setup for timing of softener operation. It took them 20 day to get a part for the air conditioning, then got the wrong part, has been 10 more days and we still have no AC.

I called Always to get a replacement part for my garage heater as I had already had the problem diagnosed. I was told they would not come out to do there requested repair unless I paid to have them come out and do their own diagnostic. I paid $130 to have the tech out. He did a last second cancellation the first time and when he came 2nd he said there was no issue with the heater. He gave me a verbal quote for about $400 to do the repair I requested and promised a written quote would be emailed. Had to phone for written quote and was shocked to see a $300 charge for a high limit switch. Despite misgivings I booked the visit for a quote to replace the heater. Once again last second cancellation but this time not even the courtesy of a cancellation call for 2 appointment. I then managed to source the replacement part for a grand total cost of $67.90. I would call that highway robbery but I would be insulting the highway robbers. I don't know which is worse the lack of follow up and courtesy or the feeling that I have been majorly ripped off. If a company is so busy they don't need my work then at least have the simple courtesy to say so instead of stealing my money and wasting my time

Absolutely phenomenal service from all involved. We had 2 different techs come out (Robyn, who provided our estimate, and Samantha, who did the removal of the old tank and installation of the new tank). Both were friendly, professional, and extremely wonderful to deal with. They both answered all my questions about the process, and Samantha even spoke to my partner on the phone and answered additional questions about a different plumbing issue.

Admin staff was extremely warm and helpful as well - each time I phoned, I was answered quickly and was professionally. Kayla even phoned me back the morning of installation to clarify some info, rather than making possibly incorrect assumptions.

Top notch service and truly a 5 star experience. Absolutely recommend Always!

We had to have our 40 year old double furnace and AC units replaced recently. David and his work colleague were both fantastic. Very courteous and professional, they had our 2 old furnaces and 2 old AC units taken out and new ones installed in 3 days. Myself and my wife were both working from home and were surprised by how non disruptive the work was. After 2 days, the upstairs furnace had some teething problems and stopped working. I made a call to customer service early the next morning and David was back out within the hour to fix the problem. Highly recommend David and his team.

Craig spent the time needed to learn a system he was unfamiliar with and returned Fortwo consecutive days to ensure the job was done correctly and thoroughly. He was pleasant, provided good information and completed tasks effectively.

I had Nathan at my house about 2 weeks ago for a leak. It turned out it wasn’t a plumbing issue, but he took the time to figure out the problem and direct me in the right direction.

Robin was excellent as a tech to replace and install our new hot water tank. Give this person a raise. As good a tech as you want visiting your house. Super professional but also extremely friendly. Laid out all of the options but wasn't pushy and was accommodating. Basically the ideal person to come into your house.

If I don't update this in a while the install was fantastic and the water heater worked out great!

Igniter.was charged $255.00.can buy it from supplier/on Amazon for just under $50.00.
Plain furnace filter.was charged $91.00.available at home depot for under $10.00!
mark up on parts is between 500 to 1000 percent. I understand a company needs to make a profit but in my opinion this is just price gouging.

I will never use Always Plumbing and Heating again!

Today Samantha replaced my failed water heater gas valve/thermostat. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I appreciated the quick response from Always Plumbing and Samantha's great work.

Eugene was prompt and courteous. The task was completed professionally with a thorough review of all work completed.

I would highly recommend both Eugene, and Always Plumbing, for any plumbing related work being considered.

Tyler was very professional, and was very experienced regarding the task at hand. Very easy to talk to and was able to describe the issue/task at hand to a non plumber like myself.

I had an appointment booked to have my gas fireplace looked at as a condition of the sale of my home. The appointment was made weeks in advance of my closing date but two hours before my appointment they called to cancel it stating that they are two busy to keep the appointment causing me to not meet the conditions of the sale of my home.

I do not recommend Always plumbing and heating as They can't seem to keep appointments and do not have 5 Star service.

The service technician (John) was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and he was able to explain the operation of the new tankless system.

Always Plumbing came to my rescue when my hot water tank started spewing water from the tap. The service was quick a efficient, the technician (Prince) was friendly and knowledgeable, provided options and pricing in advance. I have made use of Always Plumbing & Heating in the past and will continue to use and recommend this company.

Fantastic experience, Always did some repairs for us and installed a new hot water heater. The work was great and the technicians were very efficient.

The Installation team does quality work.   The same can't be said for the office/planning/dispatch staff - incompetence and dysfunctional is probably the best way to describe it.   My garage heater install was rescheduled 3 times.   They don't return phone calls or emails.   It took over 2 days for them to finally give me my permit number so I could book the gas inspection.   After I already had my permit number and the inspection booked, someone else called with excuses as to why I still didn't have my permit number!? !   And, they had the wrong info on my account - I'm not Richard!
Save yourself the headache, call another plumbing and heating company.

Tyler was on time, professional, nice to my kids and dogs and best of all fixed my sink and toilet quickly! I would use Always plumbing again next time.

Brandon was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. His honesty when answering my questions was one of the deciding factor. Pricing was comparable when researched online.

Got charged $113.35 for a quote On my garage Heater. (especially when I already had a report made by ATCO and showed to the technician pretty much was a piece of cake for him to know what has to be done didn't last not even 30 mins at looking at it.) I would prefer to put that money towards the repair or a discount on the quote.

I came to brand new house in 2019 September 26. Always plumbing they did my hot water tank and furnace.my hot water is not working then I called them, said I didn’t do regular maintenance so warranty it’s not cover for labor but parts covered.manager Lynsey promise me to call me send someone it’s been more than 7 hours she didn’t call me back when I call them she said she is busy she will call me.they said five star service but not even one star.poor service from management.dont recommended at all.

Cale MacLean is the technician who came down today, September 23,2021, to our place to assist on the repair of our water heater tank. Cale provided options for me before proceeding with the work. Even though the option I chose which is to remove and clean the burner assembly did not fix the issue, Cale did not stop there but continue to follow-up on it right after the service is completed. Now, we are just waiting from the provider's advise on how to proceed on this as Always plumbing and heating confirmed that our unit is still under warranty. Really appreciate again your help Cale. All the best to you and this company.

Always was available for a next-day appointment, was able to arrive early and deal with our tenant's leaky toilet in one visit. They were willing to source a hard-to-find part, but we chose to just replace the toilet. They had the assessment and replacement done within hours.

I had a whole house poly b replacement done by Nathan and it looks excellent. The price shocked me when I first heard it, but after much research, I found he was on par with the rest. He sounded like he had a lot of experience so I went with him and am glad I did.

Not yet. Just got a quote to replace poly-B plumbing lines. Robin’s customer service was outstanding.

Nathan was at my house last week to complete some much needed plumbing repairs. From the first introduction to last goodbye, I was genuinely impressed. He cared about my house more than I do. Work was fair priced and he also completed a full home safety evaluation where he found a potential weak spot in plumbing. Having a flood prior, having this fixed before another catastrophic event was a great peace of mind.

My service technician, Robin, was amazing. Super professional and she sure knows her stuff! Made me feel very comfortable and gave me great value with her expertise and excellent work. I will only use Robin in the future, she’s amazing!

The service is ok. But if anything goes wrong it’s impossible for customer service to do anything. I have been calling since June 4 to have them fix or replace broken tile around my toilet that they broke. I only get empty promises and they never call back. I used to love always plumbing now I have no faith in them. I’ve been a long time customer but not any longer.

Our service agent was Prince. He was fantastic! Very efficient, professional and kept the area he worked in very clean. He explained everything he was going to do step by step. We have used Always Plumbing before and have been nothing but pleased with there service. Prince was great to have as our service agent!

There were called out to Mobile home for trouble shooting as hot water tank not working. They said the pilot light would not stay lit because of the “internal gas valve”. Something that cannot be replaced so would need a new tank - cost $1546.00! Tho was for a senior lady on government assistance! SHAME on them! Called another plumber and after what I told them what Always said… they knew we were being ripped off! Fix It came out and changed a part and done in under an hour! Either their technicians are inept or they knowingly overcharge people!

Awesome service. The plumber who came was knowledgeable, efficiently solved the problem and was very up front with the cost of the repair prior to completing the job. You know what it will cost BEFORE they start. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.and will use thier services again.

What a huge disappointment. Nothing but excuses as to why they could not perform the services in a timely manner. Blamed the supplier for not providing the proper parts. Interestingly, was able to hire another company who found the parts and completed the work.

Today Chris came out to service the air conditioning unit. He was amazing. Friendly, professional, super knowledgeable, great at explaining things. You could tell he loves what he is doing. Prince was a very nice and friendly person, and was very professional. He did his best to explain as he went along without wasting time. A very good balance of professionalism and time management. He provided estimates for work that will likely be required in the near future and left the space clean when he left.

Mackie was so professional and friendly. I called them to get a nest out of my dryer duct and look at my furnace as well. Signed up for their diamond maintenance program as well. Was such a great experience!

Relocate furnace, I had two companies bid on the project, I choose "Always" because the presented the best way to complete the work. Bids were within $20. When Mackie came back to begin, there was a price increase for material, I agree to it as a few days had passed and I want to get it done. Then I found out I had to order the inspection, I called the city 4 times, but was able to book because I was not on the contact list, finally, Always called and book it, I had to meet the inspector on site, this was day 7 of what was presented as a one day job. 3-4 after inspection, Mackie shows up to complete the work, excuses used include, new computer system at work is malfunctioning, new office worker messed up the schedule, and I had to take me dad to the airport. Next, work is "done" but furnace will not work, says a new gas valve is needed. Mackie wants full payment, for a relocated furnace that does not work, oh and he tried to increase the price charging for electrical. I pushed back on that and he "let it go" I paid $1500 of a $2000 bill and Mackie is gone, no call, no nothing, furnace is not working, as I write this it had been 14 days since he started. The company presents well, people are very agreeable, seems there is not much character.

This company was amazing, and is amazing! Our washing machine leaked about 20L of water nearly directly into our furnace and ducts on a cold Sunday night and they had someone out to us in 2 hours! The repair guy was very professional and had it fixed very quickly. I can’t say enough great things about Always! Use them for sure ️

Always Plumbing came out to the house the same night to service a hot water tank that was tripping the breaker and shutting off. I had used this company before when I needed a tap repaired and while the prices was a little high, the service and work was good so I called them again when I noticed this issue with my hot water tank.

Technician was friendly and followed all Covid-19 safety measures as appropriate. The issue was he didn't do anything to check what was wrong with the tank, he gave me 3 price quotes that included 2 repair options and 1 replacement and pressured me into replacing the unit; never once even popping the panel off the water tank or doing more than looking at the model number (which I gave over the phone when booking the appointment). This would be a $94 charge for someone to come out to the house, and never even turned a screw. The price to replace the unit he quoted me was VERY high, nearly 3 TIMES the amount I was quoted by another plumber when I started looking for more quotes the next day. I expected to be paying a premium for premium service (7pm service call) but this was ridiculous. Unprofessional, predatory, and I definitely will not be using again or recommending to anyone else. Pushy sales person looking to make a quick buck (or more than $3.5k as they quoted me) using fear to sell a new tank where one was not needed. I had another plumber come out (Pitter Patter) the next day, he replaced the two elements and said the tank was in great shape, no need to replace at all yet. Tank is back and working great again.

Would not recommend Always plumbing, go with a local guy or gal in your area.

This was a service call to check the water pressure in the toilets. Inspection was thoroughly done and went beyond what I was expecting. Great service

Always Plumbing responded to our request promptly, scheduled the visit, followed up to give us a reminder, and showed up when they said they would. Robin showed up at our house this morning on time to give us a quote for the replacement of the Poly-b plumbing pipes with Pex. She was very courteous and friendly. She took the time to go through the house to fully understand the job and explain exactly what they would need to do. She was able to sit down with us and give us a written quote right away. Very much appreciated.
Update August 2020 - Service was completed by Always. There were some issues and Glen came out and immediately took accountability and personally insured that everything was taken care of. The mark of a responsible company!

I again used Always for a major home renovation - they installed all new plumbing from the basement groundworks, to the faucets and drains. They also installed all gas and HVAC including HRV system. Glenn Davis and his team were excellent to deal with - always providing helpful guidance and planning and honest when they knew I could find the service/fixture cheaper somewhere else. I will definitely use them again and again!

Mackie came to home late one night to repair a furnace that had stopped firing. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and organized. He also took the time to explain my options for repair vs replacement, which was greatly appreciated.
