Had an amazing night the party bus was very clean and spacious with great soundibg music. Even more amazing that Wendy was our driver. She was so fun and went above and beyond during pick up and followed exactly what I ask for. Will definitely ask for Wendy again next time we book with AM/PM.

Me and my friends had Michael Thaemlitz as our driver celebrating my birthday. He was very kind and we had a great experience in the 16 passenger Mercedes party bus. Highly recommend him as a driver and would definitely book with AMPM limo again:)

I hired AM PM for limo service on NYE. Our driver (Vic) was professional. He was courteous, on-time and readily available all evening. As you know, transportation is sometimes unreliable on New Years Eve. My crew and I were really pleased to have AM/PM and Vic take care of us. Thank you.

Misleading advertising
received a text with a quote of $175 for the trip ; when I called to book I was told that $175 is for only one way

This company completely ruined our night! We were dropped off 30 MINUTES from where we requested to be dropped off because of a broken bus! When I emailed and called for a refund I received nothing but LIES LIES LIES! The manager said he would give us HALF OUR MONEY? ! Back but only if we took down reviews! This is probably how they get all of their five star reviews because I have heard nothing but horrible things about this company. We declined his offer and kept our reviews up! Hopefully they save someone else from booking with them! As soon as we left 6 one star reviews suddenly they got 6 five star reviews right after us. I can only assume all of their reviews are FAKE! DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT!

I wanted a last minute limo for a party and it was so easy to book and very well priced!
I had Reg as my driver and he was awesome, very smooth ride, very kind and made the ride an experience for everyone! I will definitely be using this limo service again and Reg was outstanding made our night great!

We went out to celebrate my sons 22nd birthday and our Driver Larry was so amazing! He was very charismatic and made sure everyone was looked after and having a good time!

Be clear with these people, as lots of miscommunication goes on. I asked for a quote on a party bus, and when you request a quote online it auto populates to suburban limo. Was put on hold for 5 minutes when trying to book, confirmed with the man several times that this was for a partybus and NOT suburban limo, also asked for the 24 passenger bus. When they called me that they had arrived, it was a suburban limo, with room for only 20 people. The driver Kelly was fantastic, she had great service. Called in to let them know I was a bit disappointed about the wrong type of bus being sent and that I had to turn away my own friends to fit. The lady was very defensive and said she will listen to the phone call and hung up. Driver service 10/10. Office service not very good.

Vic Gour was our driver for an galentines day and he was incredible. Such great service, friendly, super attentive and a good driver. He was so attentive, opened the doors for us, took photos of us, put up with our awful singing voices and had a smile the whole time. We often use AM/PM and are always happy with the service but Vic was amazing!

I have utilized this company many times in the past and I cannot state how AMAZING Vic Gour was today! We planned a Galentines day and from the start Vic was kind, welcoming, and a straight up gentleman! We had such a fun time in the limo and cannot wait to ride in the pink limo again with Vic!

Sikandar was great! Arrived early, drive us safely in some pretty bad weather conditions, helped us in and out and to set up the music and we arrived perfectly on the requested time!

Sikander did a great job picking me up in Fernie and navigating icy roads. On time and a pleasure to chat to en route.

My group and I took a shuttle through AM/PM from Calgary to Fernie. We paid an extra fee for groceries and stuck to the time limit allotted to us. After the fact, we learned that the driver claimed that we took DOUBLE the amount of time so we were charged DOUBLE for the stop, which ended up being an extra $150.00 fee. When we tried to resolve the matter the company refused to provide a refund for the double charge and scammed our group with no recourse. Avoid this company at all costs and use a different shuttle, as they will try to add hidden fees wherever possible.

Reg was the driver and he was very professional and very kind. I would recommend him to all your customers. I was pleased with the service he provided. If ever again I would like to have him as a driver. Thanks Reg.

We used AM/PM for my daughter’s 10th birthday party. Our driver Sikandar was on time, friendly, and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Had a horrible experience last year in which the driver began speeding and driving left & right through a parking lot before coming to a full stop. This caused nearly 30 people to be thrown around the bus with no handles and drinks being spilt on every person. When we finally stopped the driver said "the music was too loud & we were sitting on the top of the seats. " He is in control of the music and could have simply told us to not sit where we were but instead he caused injuries to a number of people and ruined our experience. When we called the next day to file a complaint we were offered a $100 voucher and were not told was disciplinary action was taken on the driver. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking to have nice transportation to their event.

Highly recommend the party bus service! We decided to reserve a party bus for our daughter’s birthday to make it extra fun & special (and also make it easier to coordinate a large group of kids to/from Calaway Park). Our driver Reg was awesome! He was punctual, very helpful, good with communication, and he was all round great with a rambunctious group of kids! We will definitely request Reg next time we are looking for a party bus or limo

Driver Wendy come to pickup my son and his bride, after they wedding ceremony, this past Saturday at my house.
Limo wasn't decorated, no "just married" sign, no flowers, nothing at all. Some of the lights on the side of the vehicle was broken and wires were exposed. After they left one of the groom/bride party called to ask us to bring some water. Once we (parents of bride and groom) meet with them in Fish Creek Park for family pictures, they all complained that limo doesn't have air conditioner. They are all sweat, thirsty and very unhappy. It was terrible. It broke my heart.
I personally spoke with the driver of this limo, Wendy, who give me some very weak explanations and promises. She did offer to stop by gas station so they (bride/groom/best man / bridesmaids, it was 6 people in that limo) can buy cold drink and they, i assume AM PM Limo company would reimburse them. Who wants to go to gas station on their wedding day?
Driver never explained nor inform them what do they have available, where, nor how to use some features in the vehicle. They support to have champagne as the part of the package that was booked, however she didn't inform them where it is, it wasn't in the ice bucket, ready for them. They found about champagne at their drop off stop - reception. They should have that drink as soon as they enter the limo at the front of my house when she pick them up!

After our picture with bride and groom was done, parents are leaving and i again spoke with Wendy, she was on the phone with mechanic - who told her to reduced air in driver cabin in order to have AC, well colder air flow in the back - passengers cabin!

Would we use this company again.i don't think so.

However, we had a scheduled pick up of bride and groom from reception, to be driven to their home, unfortunately they don't remember that driver name, but to him we like to say big thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I just wish you where their day driver.

Our driver Reg was very personable, kind and easy to talk to. He arrived early and got us to our destination safely and on time. His limo was spacious and clean and our group enjoyed the ride out and back! We were very happy with the service and Reg definitely helped it go smooth! Very much appreciated this service and worth the money.

The worst limousine company. We unfortunately booked them for our wedding and didn’t receive anything we were promised both in our contract and as per their website. We didn’t receive any ‘Just Married’ decor, champagne and iced water. The driver missed two turns resulting in an hour and a half of wasted time. We lost valuable photography and videography time and had to extend our vendors. The limousine was filthy inside and out and the audio outlet didn’t work so we didn’t have music the entirety of our trip. The AC was also broken and blowing hot air (it was +30 outside that day). The driver didn’t help the bridal party in and out of the limousine at all. Additionally, Kristin was super unprofessional, unwilling to help and super abrasive (going as far as swearing at us over the phone). The Owner and upper management have refused to make anything right. Sadly, the list goes on. Their unprofessionalism is captured perfectly in their responses to everyone’s complaints in these reviews.
Do yourself and favour and do not use this company - it’s beyond terrible.

Wendy was absolutely incredible. Very personable and accomodating. We all really enjoyed her presence and appreciated her driving. She took care of us very, very well. Thank you so much again AM PM! What a great time we had.

An AM PM Limi just ripped down my residential street going somewhere between 80-100 kmph the street is not a blvd and posted speed here is 40 km.

Had a great experience with the entire team at this company! They were super quick to respond to ALL my questions! I want to give a specific shout-out to Wanda as she was wonderful and super easy to talk to. Hopefully we get her as a driver again and get to hear more news about her chickens!:)

Not a great experience and wouldn't recommend.

The bus was sold as much more spacious than it was and our wedding package didn't include any of the perks, no champagne, no waters, not worth the money.

Our driver did her best to resolve the situation but the experience was already ruined.

The customer service is high quality, but execution was unorganized and poorly done. I wouldn't recommend them for a big moment like a wedding, but in terms of a cheap rental service, they weren't bad.

The customer service was top notch! They worked with me to determine which vehicle would be best for my event and guests! Always answered my emails promptly AM PM made the booking process seamless.

We had the pink limo truck come take our 4 year old to her birthday party. We paid 300 bucks for an hour and we barely got 40 minutes. It showed up late to start with then when we were all inside we found broken glass everywhere. This was very disappointing and DANGEROUS. We had three weddings we were hoping to use them for in the fall and now will definitely be using another company.

Arranged party bus to transport son's wedding party for wedding photos. This was one of my biggest worries because I had "one job" There was no need for concern! Received several reminders leading up to the booking time. Bus arrived on time and driver was great. Wedding party had a great time on Godzilla hanging out after photos and before the reception.

I have used AMPM 3 times. Most recently, 2 limos in one night for our bachelor/bachelorette. They have been an absolute delight to communicate & work with. Drivers are always on time, friendly and courteous. They stop when/where we need them too & always give us our full hour unless we ask not too. I find their pricing fair, reasonable & affordable. Limos are always clean & stocked with cups (glasses before Covid) napkins & ice. Office staff are a great help & always work with me, I had to change my pick up times more than twice and they were always friendly, understanding and accommodating. They provided a quote quickly and when I asked for various other limos & quotes, they quickly provided that information as well. I definitely recommend them & will certainly continue using them.

We hired this company to provide a shuttle from our Kananaskis wedding venue to Canmore for guests at the end of the night. Arrangements that we had made with them were not followed exactly as planned and we were informed during the wedding that the final shuttle would have to depart 30 mins earlier than planned because the driver wanted to be done earlier. We worked around this and it all worked out but that could have been better communicated prior. Overall the communication was lacking from this company for most of the process.

On the positive side, the shuttle that was provided was really nice and quite fancy. All our guests got to where they needed to and the driver was very nice and professional. Value was fair. With a little more communication and better planning this would have been 5/5.

We had booked AM/PM limo for our wedding in early September. The limo arrived late, which caused some anxiety as I was worried I would be late to my own wedding. The limo was supposed to have prosecco, be decorated with wedding decor and a "just married" sign. Upon asking the driver where the prosecco was, he said something like "no one really wants that anymore" and once we told him we had paid for it he then said he would drive to the liquor store during our ceremony to purchase some. The AC either wasn't working or the driver wasn't sure how to use it, and we ended up having to ask him to roll down the back windows as we needed air flow. During our first photo location stop, the driver decided to decorate the limo himself by taping fake flowers to the windows and writing in marker on a scrap piece of paper "Just Married. Best Marriage Ever. " and taping it to a side window. The driver seemed unsure about both maneuvering the limo and where to go for photos, so we ended up just cutting him loose after 2 hours and just had our photographer drive myself and my husband to our last photo location and drop us off. I've reached out to AM/PM limo via email and have yet to hear anything back. I'm disappointed because we paid over $1000 for this service, and we definitely did not receive our moneys worth.

3 incidents in 1 hour

We unfortunately had 3 incidents with AM PM Limo.

First, the driver was 5 minutes early but he went inside a Starbucks to get more ice which set our whole day off by 15 minutes.
Second, the driver refused to drop me (the Bride) off at the back door. Instead he wanted me to walk from the parking lot and pass all of our guests on the front lawn in my Wedding dress. After quite a bit of push back from him he finally agreed to drop me off at the back door.
Last, I had ordered a Ford Limo that would seat 12-14 people and a Dodge Truck Limo that sat 10 people was sent.

We brought these concerns up with the company and unfortunately they were not receptive to our experience. I would not recommend them for any occasion.

We have used them many times over the years. Always the best rates and always on time. Vehicles are clean and drivers very accommodating. Highly recommend

I booked this service to bring my entire family for my father's funeral. They came late and we were all late for the service. I said that in this case I would not like to pay for the included tip to which they responded that an 18% tip is mandatory regardless of the fact that the driver was driving well over the speed limit to make up for him being so late and us arriving late to the funeral. I am very disappointed in how AM PM Limo decided to handle this.

Have used AMPM lots, use to use them as out main limo service to book all parties at ranchmans. The gentleman I was on the phone with to book was extremely accommodating. The limo we had requested was not available so he offered us an upgrade at the same rate.
Out limo was booked for 8: 00PM and at 8: 30PM we decided to call. No answer. We were left stranded with no answers. We proceeded to call Edmonton and got a hold of the owner who unfortunately, was very kind on the phone but never got back to us. It has now been 2 days and we have yet to hear anything from the company, an explanation or an apology. We have all gone over the confirmation email on our end to ensure there wasnt a mess up on our end. Very unprofessional and rude to leave 30 people outside waiting with no answers let alone an apology.

I've never been so upset in my life. We tried on numerous occasions to get as much info as we could about the entire night with little communication and little care at all for their customers. We booked a limo for my bday. Called in advance asking if we could get picked up dropped off then picked up again at a later time. They told us to tell the driver and so I asked the driver as we were getting out to come back at 130am and he said he was scheduled somewhere else. So we missed out on an entire hour. And a good $250 stolen from us. This is so heartbreaking. The man that owns the company wouldn't listen.he will not let you speak. Oh and also The subwoofers didn't work. A Honda has a better sound system than the hummer limo. It smelt like pee. And cans from previous riders inside. Happy birthday to me! ‍️

Huge disappointment and management response was even worse:

1) the limo was 10 minutes late and we are paying by the hour and our venue ended at 4pm (we were supposed to be picked up at 4pm), leaving 2 pregnant women in the heat outside,

2) the driver has no idea where to go, we have to guide every single place we are stopping - I have never had this happen before and I have used plenty of limos in my home city,

3) the driver has zero idea how to work the sound system.   We eventually figured it out - after sitting in a parking lot for 30 minutes, and

4) His driving is very jerky with corners being taken in a very worrisome state resulting in some of the passengers being concerned for their safety.

After sharing my concerns with the on call manager.   The patronizing service I received has left a seriously bad taste in my mouth with your business.

I asked for 40 minutes to be removed from my bill. Im told that will happen. The very brief and insincere apology I received does not make up for this.

I do not recommend this company.

I booked a 5 hour package for my wedding - Kristin was great to deal with and was very accommodating. And our town car driver we had at the end of the night, Sierra, was also amazing. However, the rest wasn't great! Our limo showed up 30 minutes late, and I was late to my ceremony and was stressing about it the entire ride there, so I couldn't even enjoy the ride with my girls. The limo seats were dirty and the back of my wedding dress and all of our clothing ended up getting dirty as a result. The limo either didn't have AC or the driver didn't understand that we were asking for it to be turned on. Overall not a great experience and wouldn't book again.

Very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this company. If you want to bring alcohol, you can only bring wine or champagne, anything else you aww HAVE to buy from them with additional 35.00. The Hummer limo smelled lime urine and it was dirty from previous people. Oh and btw. The driver never sees the gratuity! Shame!

Noone told me you couldn't bring alcohol on the limo and they did not tell me I need to pre order it! Our driver was great and was upset that Noone said anything to me! So he allowed us to stop at a liquor store!

I would not wish the AM/PM limo experience upon anyone. The dispatchers, Rafit and Kristin, are extremely rude and condescending. I have never been spoken to with so much distain as a consumer, but moreover, as a human being. The driver was late, went to the incorrect address, got lost on at least 4 occasions, and ultimately made my entire wedding party late for the ceremony. I will never use AM PM again, and I implore anyone reading this to use one of the many alternative companies.

This is not my first time using AM PM Limo Calgary but we have never had a bad experience and would like to especially thank our driver from our most recent trip (I wish I could remember their name but we all drank too much hahaha)! From booking our ride a couple weeks back to the night of the pick up, there were daily reminders for our booking and good contact when we had to reschedule times and pick-up/drop-off locations even the night of our pick up.

At one point, our night went off track and we had to modify our plans accordingly. Our driver as well as everyone at AM PM Limo made it seamless and a very enjoyable night overall. I would recommend them to anyone who needs such services at an affordable price. If I had one complaint, it was that the limo didn't have any glassware of any kind so we couldnt drink the champagne we had, but in the grand scheme of things and after everything else, I am not even worrying about that.

Booked these guys for my second daughters graduation festivities this year. We booked the Hummer Limo. It was AWESOME. The driver James was the coolest driver ever! He showed up nice and early so we didn't have to stress, he went to our various stops for people, photos, ceremonies etc and was totally cool to deal with. An absolute gentleman and he helped make my daughter and her friends even extra special. We rented the Hot pink car last time and it was great too. This is a great company to deal with. My highest recommendation.

Rented a limo yesterday for my daugher's 16th birthday. The girls had fun with the ride and sort of a "road trip karaoke". Our driver, Avais was kind enough to stop by two locations for pictorials and indulged the girls in their singing while in transport. Very good service. Thanks to Daniel too. Highly recommended. Will definitely use in upcoming events.

We had AmPm limo’s for our wedding! They were so helpful loading all days supplies (lots of flowers, plus our large wedding party). They were punctual, friendly, and their limousine was spacious. Thank you for making our day special!

We hired AMPM for our September wedding, hiring a Limo and a Party Bus. Both services were professional and as expected. Our driver was charming and accommodating. Will definitely use AMPM again

We recently used AM PM to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday. We were welcomed by a cold bus to which the driver did not adjust the temperature after our requests. Upon departure we detoured and backtracked from our pickup location. We gave the driver the benefit of the doubt and let him carry on. As we approached the turn to our first destination, we noticed we were not in the appropriate lane. Despite this, we still missed the turn. In the process of trying to turn around, the driver came to a full stop on the exit lane of bow bottom trail. After circling back, our driver doubted where he was going and without warning, drove the vehicle over a curb and on to a median between Bow Bottom and Anderson. We sat shocked and confused as vehicles honked and passed us on both sides. We helped the driver find his way and at our first destination we abandoned his services as we felt unsafe. I will add that not once did our driver apologize or explain himself during the whole ordeal. He only apologized after we told him we were abandoning his services. We were disappointed that when contacting the company, their only solution was to find another driver, which would not work as we had time commitments to make as we were already running behind already due to the driver getting lost and we had already lost our trust and feeling of safety in the company as a whole. The company did not sympathize for us as a family feeling unsafe and as a result offered nothing to rectify the situation. We will never consider this company for future events and will be sure to make sure our friends and family don’t as well.

The driver was so nice and was right on time to surprise my best friend for her birthday! He also offered to take pictures of us with the saddle dome view. 10/10 would recommend and do it again!

We've used AM PM Limo a number of times for birthdays, golf tournaments, and pretty much anything where we want to have fun going from point A to B. The limousines are clean, the drivers are professional, and always on time. It's not much more than an Uber or cab, but waaaay more fun. I would highly recommend calling AM PM for any transportation needs.

AmPM Limo was the first company to get back to us and certainly the easiest we found to deal with. They answered all my questions up front and was flexible with last minute requests. The drive was punctual and took us to the different locations that we requested. They also made us feel very safe during these times with Covid.

Our group had a great time rocking out in our stretch limo and we would certainly rent from AMPM Limo again in the future.
