It’s my first experience in Canada and I have to say it was amazing, I did signature pedicure with Kim, she is sooooo great. Definitely will come again:) I might only suggest them to reduced the amount of lights on the pedicure area to be more relaxing. Otherwise everything was great.

Everytime I phone to book or show up last minute they are always very accommodating. The on the Go service is just as attentive as all the other nail service. Tony is always making sure I’m taken care and if there is ever any issues they make sure to get it right.

Hello, this was my first time getting acrylic nails. Tom did my nails and was very helpful. I opted for a square-oval shape and ombre. They turned out really well, Tom was explaining everything he was doing which I appreciated and answered all my questions. I work as a part time nurse on a very busy hands-on unit and the nails really hold up, not affected by frequent hand washing, glove wearing and they are not in the way of providing efficient and safe care. I treated myself to a manicure when starting my long stretch of time off between shifts and leading into a getaway for my
wedding anniversary. My nails are starting to get a little longer than I like my nails so now after 3 weeks I will be removing soon so they don’t begin to interfere with patient care. I recommend Tom for the service!

I love Amanail. I have been going to this salon for almost 4 years. I used to see Celine who was incredible (she moved), but I now see the other technicians and they’re all great. They always remember who I am, fit me in last minute, and remember my drink when I arrive. Their salon is very clean and everyone is very professional. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had a very nice experience here (Yen, Mary, Sam, etc.) and the manager is very nice too! He always asks how we are doing. I was happy to be able to come back here. Although I did not have a good experience with Angela (not very pleasant and didn’t let me change the colour after I expressed disappointment) the owner let me come back and switch it free of charge. Very good customer service by most staff and will come back. They do a good job and I will be going back.

I debated quite a bit about posting this review over the last few days, but felt that I probably should go ahead just to warn others of my experience. This was my 4th visit to Amanail and the previous visits have always been great (I highly recommend Chloe). I had gone in to get my previous shellac removed and a new color put on. I am attaching a photo of my previous nails to show for reference how long my natural nails are. The visit did not start off great as I wasn’t given the nail tech that I had originally booked in with, at this point I should have just left but hindsight is always 20/20. I had asked for a simple french shellac manicure, post the service my nails felt quite bumpy and uneven. I thought I must have been imagining it or maybe my hands were dry or something. I went and paid ($72.45) and left. As I was walking to my car in the sunlight, I noticed oh no no, I wasn’t just imagining it, the top coat was not applied properly and I had bubbles all over my nails. It was also applied thicker on some nails than others and was a bit of a mess. So I went back immediately (less than 2 minutes had gone by). I showed the lady at the counter and she agreed to fixing it, however fixing it meant removing the shellac and re-doing everything. I was told it should only take 20-30 minutes. I go back and a different tech is removing the polish, while the original tech comes by and has a conversation in Vietnamese with the tech that was helping me. Not once does she apologize or say anything to me. They remove the polish and at this point, I decide I just want a simple color (not the French I had before) as I’ve already been there for over an hour and need to get on with my day. Every color I pick, sold out, sold out, sold out. Finally we land on a color and as she goes to get it, I take a look at my nails and 2 of them are completely broken (point and middle). At this point, I am ready to scream, I had already lost a bunch of length off my nails due to having to repeat the service and now my nails were broken. I am beyond frustrated and decide that we just need to stop the service as my nails are broken and there is really nothing I can do to salvage them at this point. I go to the counter and requested a refund, which I was luckily given and leave the salon. I was practically in tears as I left, as my nails were completely damaged and would need to be cut to salvaged. I am including a photo of my hand post leaving the salon. My nails are completely damaged and I am stuck having to wait weeks for them to grow out again due to what Amanail did to them. While I did receive the refund, it doesn't take back the fact that I wasted 1.5 hours of my time and left with damaged nails. Unfortunately due to this experience, I will no longer be returning to this salon or sending my friends there with a glowing recommendation. If you do chose to go, I recommend that you book with Chloe or Tammy. Please stay away from Angela and Jennifer.

The pedicure and massage was wonderful. Tony was an excellent host and made the experience extra special. Try the iced Vietnamese coffee!

I got shellac nails done for my convocation. The front desk attendant was attentive and kind. He took extra time to ensure I was comfortable. My nail technician, Sarah, was very patient and caring. When I changed my mind on the colour, three nails in, she was very accommodating and switched the colours. She was very careful while painting and the nails turned out perfect. I will definitely go back for my next manicure!

The professionalism here is exceptional. My nails always last so long and always look incredible! I will never go anywhere else!

Service was not good - techs were talking on their phones with their earbuds in, for a majority of the time. Techs rushed through each service, trying to get through each task as quickly as possible. Not a relaxing or pleasant experience.
This salon falsely advertises a "Bio Seaweed Gel" set of nails, which is actually just an acrylic set of nails with gel polish - not the same thing at all. This is not clarified anywhere on the website, and is very misleading.
Against my better judgement, and after being argued with by the tech about gel vs.acrylic nails, I ended up getting the acrylic set. Other than the nail art, the set was terribly done - crooked, bumpy, sharp and jagged underneath.
The owner (when he finally returned my call over a week later) was extremely rude, combative, and difficult to communicate with. He refused to let me finish speaking at any time, continued to interrupt me, escalating the situation by raising his voice at me several times, and then shouted at me to "calm down", when I began to get upset and match his energy. He refused to rectify or refund his salon's poor work.
Very expensive "salon" for such poor quality, and shameful behaviour from the owner.

My favourite place to get my nails done in the city! I come here to get powder dip every few weeks and always have the best experience. Lily does such an amazing job! Excellent service in a very clean and relaxing environment

I got a shellac manicure a few days ago and unfortunately after one day it started to peel off. I called them back and they quickly booked me in for another appointment to have it fixed. When I arrived they looked at my nails and without question they offered to completely redo my shellac manicure, free of charge! They also took the time to explain what could have been the issue with the previous application. I am so pleased with my new nails and could not be more thankful for such AMAZING customer service! It's also a beautiful salon with such amazing staff. I will definitely go back again!

Best experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I am very allergic to most gels and acrylics, but the bio seaweed gel works for me! And all the staff has been very accommodating. Ps the Vietnamese iced coffee is a MUST!

Great service! Beautiful salon. Always greeted nicely by the owner and treats. A star came off for some technicians are really not ready to serve yet. Even if she's trying her best, I really don't need a cut on my finger. You just need to know who's your go-to.

Got a powder dip service, and for the HIGH price I paid you’d think it’d last a lot longer but nope. Lifted in a week! Other places it lasts me atleast 3 weeks. Also the lady owner needs better manners and maybe smile a little?

I am a true fan of this nail salon. I first met the owners when they were at another location. When I went away and came back, they were not there, I was sad. So I kept in touch with one of the nail techs and she told tole me about their new location. I was extremely happy that I had found them again. When you are a client at Amanail, you are treated as if you are royalty. From the owners to the their employees, there is always a sense of welcome, respect, and politeness. Some salons you are worried about the cleanliness, but Amanail, they take great pride. The quality, value, cleanliness, punctuality, and professionalism is on point and 5 star rating. Amanail Boutique, the customer service at your business is outstanding. I have never been disappointed and in today's society, good customer service, good quality, value for your dollar is what keeps your customers coming back. I went in for the first time today, and was greeted with a warm welcome by Tony, then offered a warm beverage and walked to my seat. Lily was the nail technician that took care of me today and she did an excellent job! No skin cuts, or overdrilling. She did a great job with the color application as well and then Tony kindly offered me a paraffin wax add on treatment which was heavenly!

Genuinely pleased with this place and will be back!

Wow! 5 stars for sure. The customer service is fantastic, they serve you tea, take your coat and throughout check up on you to see if you need anything else! The nails turned out so good too, David did an amazing job the design of the salon is stunning, so welcoming, peaceful and chic! Tony did a great job with the place. Will deff be back

The atmosphere was beautiful and amazing. However I felt like I was treated differently. Other customers had their coats hung, teas and coffees served to them, and staff were friendly and talkative with the customers except for me. My nails looked fantastic although I wish the experience was more enjoyable and welcoming. I wasn't even greeted at the door. Still deciding if I want to go back.

Tony is amazing and his team provides 1st class services. We had the privilege of hosting an employee appreciate at AmanaiL and his staff went above and beyond to host our company. He greeted us with wine, coffee, and hot chocolate for the little one. Everyone loved the results and my wife is now a regular. I would highly recommend this nail boutique to anyone!

Make sure you park underground in the back of the building. Location easily accommodated our group of 8 for a 70th birthday. Cleanliness of tools and products was exceptional. Prices were very reasonable.
Owners and service were fantastic.

I started going to this salon right when they first opened and the service was great. However, my last appointment, I was charged $80 just to remove polish from my fingers and toes, which is a little pricey. The ladies were adamant that I put polish on, however I did not want it, and I finally had to tell them, I can't have polish on as I have to go for surgery, which they do not need to know. Unfortunately, after my last experience, I will not be returning as I called to change my appointment. Whomever answered the phone took the information of my appointment and then hung up on me, let alone the phone line wasn't very clear. I've also tried to book online, but they system doesn't even work.

Everything was very neat and tidy. I had no problems with the environment itself. Since I am a teen, I felt like I wasn't treated as nicely and fair compared to the other adults in the salon. Everything else was great, I loved their complimentary drinks and coffee however, I believe that their pricing is unnecessarily over limit. I had a powder dip new set the first time I came in but, it didn't last very nicely on my nails. So Instead of just getting a fill, which is cheaper I had to get a new set and they charged me for everything else the next visit I had. I believe that it wasn't my fault that my first experience wasn't done correctly, which then led me to spending more money rather than expecting to saving money for a fill.

The best place to get your nails done in Calgary! Have struggled for years to find my go to spot but I'm so glad I finally have. They have amazing service and the quality is so good. I get complimented on my nails all the time even if they're grown out! David, Steph and Mindy are the best!

Beautiful, serene, clean, and genuinely pleasant people working here. Best nail techs in the city- shout out to Celine & Mindy especially. 10/10 would recommend. They even have almond milk for their coffee & tea.

The atmosphere & setting are stunning. Is fell peaceful when you're stepping into the salon. I simply can not get over how well Amanail creates that concierge-like service for its guests. I will be back for sure!

Amazing nail salon! The customer service was incredible and everyone there made you feel welcomed and made sure you were taken care of with water, tea, or coffee. The salon was beautiful and a very nice set up with relaxing music playing in the background. Janet did my nails and did an amazing job and I had a nice time chatting with her too! They definitely go above and beyond and would 100% recommend and will be heading back soon with friends and family!

Best place in town to get pampered. They will treat you like a queen and give you beautiful nails every time. Loved the essential oils hot towel after my nails were done.
