Went there for a interview with DFST today.interview suppose to start ar 12: 15 PM and till 1: 30 PM me, and three other candidates kept waiting for someone to interview us.but then I gave up and left.don't waste your time with this logistic company.unless they will interview you right away.

Everytime i come here to deliver load, i have to wait 14-20 mins just to get hold of shipping and receiving. One person at gate should be available all time to assist drivers. Moreover numbers for shipping are written but nobody answered that.

Supervisor named Robert is very rude and abusive with the workers which is completely unacceptable. Just because of people like him most of the people want to quit. Amazon needs to choose good leaders not dumasses like him.

Training was a breeze, then dsp wouldn't call me back.had to juggle around with 3 different people.very disorganized. Bad customer service. Surprised they still in business

Was leaving town that evening, but I had a parcel arriving the following day. So I went there to see if I could get. I wasn't able to pick it up, but the gentleman I spoke with, went beyond his duty. He punched up my tracking number as it arrived at there building. He had sure my parcel was delivered that day. And it was before I left. Now that's great service. Honestly I hear a lot of complains about Amazon. I shop a ton from Amazon and I can't think of one thing I have been disappointed about there service. Same day deliver on lots of items I have purchased or one day.
